URGENT
UPDATE, 12th September 2008: This report was illegally 'snipped' by

THE 'BLACK HOLE' AND EARLIER UPDATES REMOVED FROM THE TOP NOW FOLLOW:

BLACK
HOLE NOTE, 10th September 2008: By definition, ALL so-called 'reports'
filed anywhere on the Internet by ANONYMOUS sources are suspect. An
individual who posts 'reports' which readers are expected to take
seriously, but who lacks the guts to reveal who he is and to publish
his basic coordinates, is not just a coward: he/she has a reason for
anonymity.
What is being hidden is that the 'reports' are
serving interests WHICH ARE CONCEALED FROM THE READER. Anyone who takes
ANY of these anonymous, UNPROVENANCED, sources seriously, or who
attaches ANY significance to ANYTHING that these often controlled
sources post, is thus in danger of (a) deceiving himself or herself and
(b) then in turn, by unwittingly replicating all such dubiously
unprovenanced data, deceiving others. That is the object of the
exercise.
The
Black Hole thus created is intended to achieve the gross, criminalised
US counterintelligence objective known as OBFUSCATION. It's the reverse
of the technique used by Dr Josef Goebbels. His approach was that if
one master lie is repeated often enough, it becomes truth. The modern
technique is to manufacture endless facrications and lies, which may or
may not be inventions or just based on hearsay, and to pass these lies
and fabrications off as FACTS.
Anyone paying attention to unprovenanced, anonymous sources, does so at
their ongoing peril.
What
the 'Black Ops' people want us all to do is to flounder in a BLACK HOLE
OF MALODOROUS, DELIBERATELY DISSEMINATED LIES AND DISINFORMATION. While

BLACK
HOLE UPDATE, 10th September 2008: At 3.00pm today, the Editor received
a phone call from a senior US party of impeccable integrity whom he had
asked to establish once and for all the source of the avalanche of foul
'Black Propaganda' and lies that are being disseminated by certain US
websites. The Editor referenced in particular the familiar US-sourced
'Black' lies about HM The Queen, and also certain 'Black'
disinformation about senior figures involved with the Settlements.
(And
by the way, as the Editor was typing this Black Hole Update, the
website was attacked and an earlier version of this Update was
destroyed, thereby indicating the accuracy of what follows).
After
performing due diligence for many hours, our contact came back to us
with his definitive finding, thus: 'All this disinformation is
traceable, and has been traced, back to George Bush Sr.'.
We
have in fact known about this from US OFFICIAL SOURCES for several
months, but now we have definitive further confirmation that the
cascade of lies and disinformation (intermingled with some facts that
can be verified, which is standard practice), are sourced back to G.
Bush Sr., the US DVD controller, who is STILL holding the whole world
to ransom, through bribery and blackmail.
It is a well known
psychological fact that those who perpetrate lies and deceit, routinely
accuse those who oppose their behaviour, of the same aberrant behaviour
as themselves. However in the prevailing context, the reader has the
comfort of knowing that a source which is open and does not hide his
coordinates, and has, for instance nearly FOUR DECADES of independent,
stand-alone publishing on the record (see Testimonials), does not cower
behind an anonymous cover not least because he doesn't need to. The
perpetrators of these lies, disinformation, 'Black' libels and other
devices to mislead the unwary hide behind anonymity because they are
liars and deceivers.
These
anonymous cowards provide no telephone contact numbers, no street
addresses, and no email addresses identifying a real human being. They
cannot lie and deceive and mislead in the open. They have to stay
anonymous, for self-protection, so that they can continue their lies
and deceits. Such feckless and cowardly individuals cannot be trusted
to report accurately.
They need to be anonymous because their forked tongues cannot be found
out. Or so they believe.
'If
the blind shall lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch' (Jesus
Christ). What this says loud and clear is that BOTH parties will pay
the price of lies and deceit, the misled as much as the misleader.
The
central figure in this crisis is George H. W. Bush Sr., and until this
PRIVATE CITIZEN is cuffed and taken to a cell without any means of
communication sine die, so that he ceases blackmailing the President of
the United States and incriminating him, which is what this evil
Godfather does (he ALWAYS incriminates those he deals with), the
temperature of this crisis will go on escalating.
The norm
preferred by these soulless criminals was expounded by Emile Dirkheim
(1858-1917), who invoked an environment in which official criminality
is standard, and adherence to the Rule of Law is aberrant. This is the
model we are fighting. But MASSIVE PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE. It is only a
matter of time before the model, and the criminalists' facade, crumble
completely. We and others will see to it that this happens, because the
Rest of the World cannot tolerate this state of affairs.

LEGAL
PRINCIPLE: 'The money you make from the illegal use of my money is my
money'. We will answer the pertinent question 'where is the money that
is being used to bail out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac coming from', as
soon as we have confirmation that they are going to do what we think
they are going to do: and if it is as we suspect, we will expose the
'Black' criminality involved.
In
the unlikely event that the financial arrangements for Fannie and
Freddie are 'kosher', we won't need to expose any corruption, will we?
The strategy here is to wait and see whether the crooks hang
themselves, or whether they can hide their duplicity within the bowels
of the US Treasury. One can't accuse even criminal operatives of crimes
until they have committed their crimes, even in the lawless United
States, where the Rule of Law has given way to Emile Dirkheim
(1858-1917). He postulated an environment in which criminal operations
were the norm and adherence to the Rule of Law was aberrant: precisely
the 'Black' environment under Bush-Clinton-Bush.
UPDATE, 5th
September 2008: ANY deviation from the macro refinancing accord agreed
with the Group of Seven financial powers (and advertised to their
representatives in writing) inter alia in June 2007, which the Editor
of this service called 'The Wanta Plan' for which $6.2 trillion was
made available AS A LOAN by Her Majesty The Queen and Prince Al-Waleed
bin Talal bin Abdulaziz with Citibank (after the original $4.5 trillion
of funds had been stolen, diverted, misappropriated and exploited
illegally by the high-level US office-holding criminalists 'working for
and with' President George H. W. Bush Sr., as explained in our
Wantagate reports), will by definition all be fraudulent.
The
Queen's funds must be used for the purpose for which they were
intended, and in the manner prescribed by the lender, and for no other
purpose, including secret, hidden transactions enabling the fraudulent
finance and illegal self-enrichment and funding processes to continue
'undetected'. In short, the terms of the loan(s) cannot be varied
without the express agreement of the lender(s).
Current
crude attempts to emit a 'Queen' smokescreen to cover any such
fraudulent intentions have been detected and are understood.
Furthermore, we understand that the agreed-upon pay orders and payables
outstanding will be enforced and publicised, in precise accordance with
the spirit of full disclosure associated with implementation of the
Basel-II disciplines which the US criminalists have sought to evade,
and with the comprehensive transparency norms advocated in the
proposals displayed in the present analysis and which are indispensable
if the United States is to avoid a far worse crisis during the next
Administration, as the legacy from the Bush-Clinton-Bush period of
free-wheeling fraudulent finance, scamming, duplicity and diversionary

3rd September: Last weekend, we were advised that a deliberate,
concerted, and ruthless operation is underway, directed by US
disinformation and/or Psy-Ops cadres whose noses are out of joint, to
feed us disinformation with the familiar objective of seeking to
destroy our credibility as the primary non-US, non-controlled source of
reliable information on the financial corruption crisis, compliance
with Basel-II and the Settlements.
Although we knew this
already, it was specifically reconfirmed last weekend by people who
know the score. It appears that this website and associates are
considered to be the most effective and dangerous opposition to the
criminalist operatives inside the Treasury, the corrupt banks and the
Federal Reserve, who are STILL trying to buy more time and to
perpetrate dirty tricks and sabotage wherever they can. Of course these
parties are LOSING THEIR REARGUARD BATTLE AND THEY ALL KNOW IT. But the
criminal mentality is such that they cannot stop their reprobate
behaviour.
Nor
can they understand, even now, how it has come about that they have
faced real opposition for the first time ever in their experience. They
NEVER expected to be stood up to, and they thought that their financial
fraud corruption and hidden geofinancial carousel operations would
continue for ever. As one sage has pointed out to the Editor, they

the $6.2 trillion of funds loaned by Her Majesty the Queen and by

Do
you reckon STORY knows? WE reckon not since he does not even know of

that this one or that one is really really upset this thief has been

every time another crook is exposed.

Based upon his lack of knowledge of basic facts we doubt he will sell

Everything
is a-ok friends. There have been some more bad guys late breaking
problems which have been handled as described below but first, after
much thought, WE have decided to respond to the latest attack by
CHRISTOPHER STORY.
In his most recent update he attacks those
of us who choose to remain anonymous even calling them (or us) liars,
cowards, purveyors of black disinfo and insinuates WE work for BUSH
SENIOR. Frankly speaking WE have had enough of this IGNORANT STRUTTING
PEACOCK and would remind him and (you?) of a few things just in case
anyone has forgotten.
On several previous
occasions over the years our reasons for anonymity have been questioned
so once every six months or so we have explained some of the reasons
which are located in the FOURWINDS archives if you would care to
revisit previous writings on this subject. Among the reasons mentioned
were personal and family security which was and is the first
consideration. The "bounties", the murders, the kidnappings and other
dirty deeds we occasionally mention are not exaggerations. They are
true. Richard Jones, for example, was shot three times, stabbed twice
and eventually died of poisoning. There are many examples like this one
some involving torture prior to death.
WE report Intel/info the
bad guys do not want known. WE work very hard to be sure the Intel is
accurate before reporting. Severe consequences for the bad guys are
often involved as you will see when the announcements begin. There is
risk in what we do. For example, one of our own has recently had to
deal with the "jack-booted thugs", 40 or 50 in number, calling
themselves a "multi-jurisdictional task force". They enter your home,
throw people (family around), steal your computers and personal
belongings, threaten all manner of violence and serve indictments and
arrest warrants in the name of Homeland Security and The Patriot Act.
This example refers to a friend of yours who gave much to you and who
you would instantly recognize were we to name him which we can not do
without further jeopardizing his situation
There
are other reasons for our anonymity. Our Intel often comes from sources
who must have same if they are to provide Intel which is critical for
the right people to know, critical in terms of both content and timing.
WE honor their needs. That is why we still have these sources. WE
provide several layers of security between them and the public
disclosure of what they have to say.
Another reason is that WE have never sought the
limelight or the spotlight believing it is the message which is
important, not the messenger. WE do not enjoy this assignment, an
assignment we assigned to ourselves long ago in an attempt to alleviate
some of the overwhelming stress resulting from the continuous stream of
disinformation. Personal motivation came from the loss of 19 friends
who were in the programs and died, most often, from stress related
heart attacks. Casper's best friend, an all American football player,
committed suicide as did many others.
Another reason is to
bring pressure on the bad guys from a variety of "disclosures" which
come from people who are themselves at risk, not just jobs or positions
but "bounties" placed on their heads.
WE don't do this work for "self satisfaction" either as all things
considered, this is a rather crappy job.
There
have been and there still are many very legitimate reasons why WE
protect ourselves and our sources and our resources to the fullest
extent possible. In this world there are perhaps half a dozen people
who know who Casper really is and they understand the reasons for our
anonymity and they assist us in this respect.
STORY
appeared in our world (the programs) a few years ago claiming WANTA to
be the know all, be all, is all, end all and himself to be the chosen
and self declared chronicler of record of the true realities of life on
this earth when in fact, as he has subsequently learned, WANTA was a
blister on the tire of an 18 wheeler. Then STORY decided he knew all
there was to know about our business (the programs) and proceeded to
tell us so. He quickly spotted GREENSPAN as the number one criminal but
refused to acknowledge, much less explain, why his beloved QUEEN took
him to her castle in SCOTLAND and knighted him. In those days
GREENSPAN, BUSH and the QUEEN were joined at the hip and what she
couldn't steal, hide or delay by herself she used her shill HIGGINS at
the World Court to do for her. WE were, at that time, reporting to you
the Queen's every move and we were doing so from contacts inside
Buckingham, the Court and those who were talking to her almost every
day often on her bedside telephone, not to mention those meeting her on
the tarmac during her many secret visits to the U.S.. Is STORY on the

appointed himself resident expert regarding the "settlements"
(programs) he then says, over and over again, "the Countries have been
paid". They have not been paid and will not be paid before us.
Then,
in his recent update, he takes US to task regarding the resignation
(firing) of the top Trustee, the Frenchman, Mr. GUI (GEE) a fact he is
still not aware of several days after the fact calling facts "black
dis-info". Do you, our regular readers, think we would report something
of this magnitude if we didn't know where of we speak? GUI was BUSHES
"ace in the hole", or, more accurately, his ace up his sleeve. And C.T.
who headed up the New York meeting last week and the scams emanating
there from? Bushes third cousin.
Have
you noticed that STORY has offered no real news for weeks, occasionally
saying "I've got a secret but I can't tell"? That's because he hasn't
the foggiest idea what is going on now any more than he did with WANTA.
Story is a Banty Rooster clamoring for attention demanding to be the
"cock of the walk". In the barnyard we work in he would be fox food
over night. Friends it is a simple truth that we have forgotten more
about our business than STORY knows or will ever know.
Who
fired GUI? WE know, we just can't say so publicly. Do you reckon STORY
knows? WE reckon not since he does not even know of his choice to avoid
a firing squad. For those of you receiving info that this one or that
one is really really upset this thief has been exposed and fired you
may be sure that is the very one you better watch out for. Anyone who
wants our programs to fund should be celebrating every time another
crook is exposed. STORY is writing a book. Based upon his lack of
knowledge of basic facts we doubt he will sell many copies in the U.S..
As a matter of fact our sources in Europe say they no longer bother to
read his stuff. One source said the 7.5 ton armored truck which he said
picked up his manuscript "brought the remains back on a two wheel
scooter".
As
for US, we keep our head down and our nose to the grindstone praying
this job will end quick so we can get on with life. Your messages to
Fourwinds meant for us go through channels and we do receive and read
them. Because we write for you it is your messages which mean the most
to us. A recent message from a very important player in Europe said
"you guys have done more to get this completed than anyone else on the
planet". WE are very happy to receive such a message although it is not
as important to us as those we receive from you. And we are happy to
accept this and all messages anonymously as we are not STRUTTING
PEACOCKS looking for a spotlight.
As for brother Story's filthy mouth, we promise to bring a bar of lye
soap to our first meeting with him.

update--which was/is almost as lengthy as the first half.
