    This paper examines how the need to gain unfettered access to Iraq's Extraterrestrial (ET) Heritage has played a critical role in influencing US foreign policy in the Persian Gulf region ever since the Carter administration.
    The paper analizes how clandestine organizations based in the US, Europe and Soviet Union / Russia have historically maneuvered amongst themselves to gain the most strategic advantage in having access to and exploiting ET technology hidden in Iraq.

    US and European based clandestine organizations have since at least the end of the Second World War coordinated among themselves a joint policy in gaining access to and reverse engineering ET technology found around the planet.
            The most prominent international forum is undoubtedly the Bilderberg group which holds closed meetings on an annual basis. These meetings provide the opportunity for the leading industrialists, politicians, media magnates and military figures from different Western nations to meet and coordinate policies that have global significance ranging from financial and economic policy, to orchestrating political events in order to bring about favorable international conditions for their various agendas.
Less well known is that the Bilderberg group has played a key role in ensuring global non-disclosure of the ET presence, and to discredit individuals and organizations attempting to reveal the true extent of ET intervention in human affairs.
    Organizations such as the Bilderberg group and other US / European based clandestine organizations, design foreign policy goals that are 'secret' insofar as these are not revealed to elected public officials, and revealed only to those officials who are bound by secrecy oaths…… not to disclose information about the ET presence and clandestine policies to gain access to ET technology.
    In this way, it has been accurately reported that clandestine organizations have long been able to orchestrate international crises to bring about political conditions that fulfill their foreign policy goals.(...)

    While such a conspiratorial orchestration of International events……..leading to the 'first' Gulf War in 1991, is undoubtedly controversial for many readers, it is very consistent with the way in which the ET presence…….. has been systematically suppressed globally.
    The policy of non-disclosure of the ET presence to the mass media and most elected public officials is made possible by the ability of clandestine organizations to control the mass media by manipulating evidence, intimidating reporters with threats of ridicule or dismissal for investigating UFO reports,   and ensuring censorship by editors and media owners.
    The same clandestine organizations responsible for this global policy of non-disclosure, has the power to orchestrate international crises and events to bring about favorable policy outcomes.
 
    This ability is largely due to officials in these clandestine organizations being appointed rather than elected. This gives them great freedom in formulating and implementing public policy without the oversight and accountability that elected officials experience.(...)

    It is very likely that European / Russian clandestine organizations, had 'publicly signaled' to their U.S. counterparts………. that a unilateral takeover of Iraq was not acceptable.
    The destruction of the Space Shuttle Columbia on February 1 was very likely a result of the clandestine struggle over who would have access and control over Iraq's ET heritage.
    In a report to NASA by Larry Park, a Systems Failure Analyst attempting to identify the cause of the Columbia disaster, he claims that the disaster was caused by a freak convergence…….. of scalar electromagnetic energy in the mesosphere, that struck the Shuttle during its return to Earth.(...)
On March 5, an unusual amount of seismic activity had begun occurring around the planet......  The existence of advanced weaponry, that could produce seismic activity, volcanoes and severe weather conditions, was publicly acknowledged by a speech, given by former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen, in 1997.      ....     Tom Beardon suggests that such technology has been developed for decades  by the former Soviet Union and other states.

I am grieving today for our cultural history destroyed in Iraq. Yes, it is our heritage as well as the Iraqis'.   When looters armed with axes, rifles, pistols, knives and clubs stormed the Iraq National Museum last weekend, they stole and destroyed thousands of the world's treasures.
In spite of desperate requests to the U.S. military from museum staff, the looters came back to the National Museum day after day. But this was not simply a mindless mob of desperate people. This was organized by people who knew what they wanted. After the first Gulf War, nine of Iraq's 13 regional museums were plundered. (...)

The 12Th Planet
Introduction
21 years ago, Zecharia Sitchin (linguistic scholar & historian of ancient Hebrew, Sumerian, Akkadian, and other early Mesopotamian civilizations) published The 12Th Planet (1976) which discusses the periodic return to our solar system of a large, red planet called Nibiru by ancient Sumerian historians (and Marduk by the Babylonians). Nibiru was home to a race of war-prone hominids referred to in ancient texts by either their earlier Sumerian name of Anunnaki or their later Hebrew name of Nefilim (the word Nefilim is mentioned repeatedly in the Bible). The Anunnaki are described as handsome, well developed human look-a-likes who are physically larger than humans; averaging 10-15 feet tall. While the rank and file astronauts who first came to Earth were called Anunnaki by Sumerian historians, the ruling royalty were always referred to as gods. The Anunnaki were technologically capable of interplanetary space travel when they first arrived on Earth about 450,00 years ago.
Nibiru was called the 12Th Planet by the ancients because it is a member of our solar system (ancients included the Moon and Sun as planets). However, unlike the other planets in our solar system, which are in a singular orbit around the sun, Nibiru is in a binary orbit (Z) between two suns: our sun and another cold {unlit} sun far out in our galaxy.
Nibiru returns to our solar system approximately every 3,600 years. Nibiru is sometimes referred to as the red comet or red star in some ancient texts (and the 19th century channeled work, the Oahspe). Sitchin explains in his book that the 3,600 year periodic cycle of Nibiru is called a Shar or Sar by Sumerian historians. While a single shar occupies a time span of a little more than 3,600 years on Earth, it is equivalent to one year on the planet Nibiru. All told, ancient Sumerian clay tablets and cylinder seals record a total period of occupation/visitation by the Anunnaki of over 124 Shars. Sitchin provides compelling historical evidence that the Anunnaki actively participated in the affairs of mankind up to the final destruction of the great city of Sumer in Mesopotamia, about 2,000BC. The Anunnaki's original objective in coming to Earth was to mine for Gold; an element they atomically dispersed in their atmosphere in order to prevent core-produced heat from dissipating excessively into space. Since 99% of Nibiru's orbital cycle is too far from our sun to benefit from its heat, it has to retain its internally generated heat in order to survive The Anunnaki first extracted gold from the waters of the Persian Gulf area, but later switched to land mining in South Africa and other locations due to greater abundance of gold ore.
The Zetas report that the Anunnaki have access to a plant (or tree), native to Nibiru, that prevents normal aging and bodily deterioration. Sumerian texts referred to it as the Tree of Life. Later, the Bible referred to it as Knowledge of The Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden story. Only Anunnaki royalty had privileged access to the Tree of Life (sometimes called Ambrosiac in Sumerian texts). They absorbed this substance into their bodies by taking baths soaked with this life extending plant. This special bath water was the origin of the story of The Fountain of Youth (Z). Apparently, Anunnaki royalty enjoyed extremely long lives. Sitchin's research reveals that some members of the highest echelons of the royal pantheon participated intermittently throughout the entire 446,000 years of the Anunnaki's occupation of Earth. Exodus and The 12th Planet.
The last time the 12th Planet passed by the Earth was during the time of the Exodus from Egypt. (( many say it was 1300 B.C.)) In fact, the upheavals, cataclysms, and fear generated by the near passage of the 12th Planet allowed the Israeli slaves the opportunity to escape from the grip of Pharoah's troops-who had become completely overwhelmed by panic and confusion (Z). A red dust (iron oxide), along with larger chunks of debris. traveling in the tailing wake of the fast moving 12th Planet (as with other comets), rains down onto the Earth's atmosphere during a close passage. This red dust landing in water accounted for the Biblical account of the rivers running red with blood. The Bible also refers to fierce lighting storms and the red particle debris "reddening the face"of men. Electrical/magnetic storms of an intensity which only occurs during a close passage of the 12th Planet reacts with carbon materials thrown into the atmosphere by volcanic action. This produces a type of sticky carbohydrate substance in the atmosphere (Z). In some areas, this substance precipitates to the ground and is available as food if collected in the early, pre-dawn hours. When the substance falls on water, it appears whittish in color. According to Sitchin, Nibiru is  the home of a technologically advanced human-like extraterrestrial race (called the Anunnaki in Sumerian myth) who were called the Nephilim in the Bible. He claims they first arrived on Earth probably 450,000 years ago, looking for minerals, especially gold, which they found and mined in Africa.  Sitchin believes the Anunnaki genetically engineered Homo sapiens as slave creatures to work their gold mines.  Sitchin claims ancient inscriptions report that human civilization in Sumer of Mesopotamia was set up under the guidance of these "gods", and human kingship (( monarchie/monarchy )) was inaugurated to serve as an intermediary between the Anunnaki and mankind.

I will only do a VERY rough overview, with reading suggestions. But
it IS necessary to see a little past WHO is most religiously 'fundamental'
in order to get the flavor of current Earth wars.
Let us begin with the origin of Insurance and Banking on this planet. The
western view that the Templar's invented Insurance and Banking in order to
fund Gothic cathedrals is such an interesting paradox of the real truth.
The Gothic cathedral is a prime example of a mostly parasitic
(non-self-empowering) structure. How come only priests got use of the only
bathroom for hundreds of miles? The real truth is much deeper and concerns
the Templar service to the MAG tradition they learned at Uru-shalem
(=Jerusalem - means literally place of the URU - home of the Snakes
- LEVIathan). Mag was a name assigned to the Orion telepath's whose
matriarchy ruled from the bloodline of the velociraptors. MAGdala means to
TOWER snake like.
Nothing wrong with snakes in your DNA as long as their is
some bird brain to steer. That MAG culture had set up parasitic harvesting
of numerous planets by installing insurance and banking, before they
repeated their old trick here. This industry of fear was more accurately
labeled piracy and extortion only for a short time (under Mag's skull and
bones), when the King and Pope reduced their Public Relations budget
temporarily.
The skull (and bones) touch (Baphomet) was a ritual mechanism of
transferring the capacitive spark gap necessary to carry on hive memory
thru death. (The hybrid borg culture could create immortal bodies but NOT
long memory - only those who knew HOW DNA implodes could do that - note
bene - Earth genetic engineers.). The skull and bones society of the
displaced Templar Navy (pirates) wealth was the result of anchoring
extortion sites on trade routes. However more deeply, it came from
regulating the consumption of psychoactive substances which so controlled
their inner magnetic wormholes / gravity fields they so desparately needed
to steer. (Guild navigators soaked in soluble gold - kind of thing). Kind
of gives the phrase: 'wealth from the SPICE trade' new meaning doesn't it?'.
So Skull and Bones became synonymous with "if you want Psychoactive
substances, pay me first". The relationship of Skull and Bones to the
origin of the U.S. CIA versus the drug cartel has been explored elsewhere /
"Nexus Magazine" etc. I am trying to extract the cultural meaning of the
institution here.
Let us move from the Skull and Bones society at Yale (Bush family history),
to the more recent CIA. The CIA was so shocked at losing the obedience of
John Kennedy when his drug / oil cartel father Joe died, that they staged a
military coup to assasinate him. (...)
 The Bush family IS CIA. The CIA is an
insitution dedicated to making memory NOT shareable. Therefore, it is an
instrument of death. (Waves which cannot become distributable by phase
