I hope I did not
overdo the
forwarding of DUNN & BRADSTREET listings of government units,
offices, agencies, and instrumentalities.
My intent was to give you a broad cross-section so that there could be
no doubt about the search results regarding the complete
‘federalization’ or ‘corporatization’ of the purported
‘government’.
This
is the point that I was trying to make to Mr. Story: Nothing
about the
“ United States ” or “UNITED STATES” is as it appears or is commonly
presumed to be. It is a ‘de facto’ ‘doctrine of necessity’ by
‘occupation’ in ‘bankruptcy’ operating for the benefit of undisclosed
third-party Principals who also allege to be Holders in Due Course as
“Prime Creditors”. Lawful government was deconstructed when after
the
Civil War the states and the ten southern states were ‘Reconstructed’
during and within the Reconstruction Acts.
The current form
of ‘government’ has nothing to do with lawful
‘government’ or ‘governance’ of/by/for the people or the de jure union
of several American states. Every aspect of the idea of
‘government’
has been incorporated and operates as an implied ‘resultant’ equity
constructive TRUST and commercial franchise of the UNITED STATES,
having no fixed or pre-determined rules to run by, because the organic
rules operated ‘without the United States’-District of Columbia,
‘within the United States of America’, which is a diverse and
distinctly different entity at law in commerce.
This subject can be
elaborated ad nauseam, but the gist is what you have already summarized
and concluded. How can a corporate executive of a
non-Constitutional
entity be held accountable to his actions under a Constitutional
standard, where there is no one in any aspect of the same CORPORATION
that has authority to do so?
Furthermore, the
CORPORATION itself has no nexus to the Organic
Constitution for the United States of America , where exist the only
mechanisms and constructs for ‘lawful government’ and protections of
un/in-a-lien-able Rights under the Bill of Rights. The
CORPORATION is

September 14. The state delegates voted on the motion to delegate
authority to Congress to incorporate or to grant charters of
incorporation, and it was explicitly rejected.

DC, -- The long awaited US military attack on Iran is now on track for
the first week of April, specifically for 4 am on April 6, the Good
Friday opening of Easter weekend, writes the well-known Russian
journalist Andrei Uglanov in the Moscow weekly “Argumenty Nedeli.”
Uglanov cites Russian military experts close to the Russian General
Staff for his account. The attack is slated to last for 12 hours,
according to Uglanov, from 4 am until 4 pm local time. Friday is the

Canadian Army May Assist Maine In
EmergencyLast
month, the United States Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and Canada Command
signed an agreement that would allow the military of one country to
assist civil authorities in the other’s during times of emergency.
The so-called “Civil
Assistance Plan” (CAP) allows Canadian soldiers to function with civil
authorities in the United States and United States soldiers in that
capacity in Canada during a declared emergency.
The CAP was not authorized by Congressional legislation, or as a treaty
between two countries by the U.S. Senate.
It also seems that the respective State governors and their adjutant
generals weren’t apprised of the agreement either.
Recently, the Fort Fairfield Journal questioned the Maine
Emergency Management agency for their thoughts on the plan, a plan
which they weren’t even aware of.
“It came as a bit of a surprise to me,” said Maine Department of
Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management Commissioner and Adjutant
General, Major General Bill Libby in an exclusive interview with the Fort
Fairfield Journal. “I’m a little disappointed that I had to learn
of the (Civil Assistance) plan from the editor/publisher of the Fort
Fairfield Journal.”
According to a NORTHCOM press release,
published on their website,
the CAP was signed by U.S. Air Force General, Gene Renuart, commander
of North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD) Command and NORTHCOM and
Canadian Air Force Lt.-General Marc Dumais on February 14, 2008 in a
ceremony at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Think Tank Calls For U.S. Of Great Lakes
A
report from a prestigious U.S. think-tank released Sunday argues that
Canada and the U.S. should work together with the aim of creating a
common market for commerce and labour by 2030 for the states and
provinces in the Great Lakes basin.
It also takes aim at
obstacles to trade in the region, such as traffic congestion at the
Ambassador Bridge linking Windsor and Detroit.
The Brookings
Institution, in a paper entitled the Vital Connection, Reclaiming Great
Lakes Economic Leadership in the Bi-National U.S. Canadian Region,
notes that even though the manufacturing base of the region has eroded
in recent years, it is still a heavyweight.

Follow the bouncing ball.
After
dozens of attempts by BUSH to access the tax receipts with JOHN
ROBERTS
eventually joining in the endeavor, and after the additional
attempt
last evening which was to have been a "final"
failed attempt which we reported earlier today, we now learn that
ROBERTS has this morning personally overridden the security codes
and
allowed BUSH access to a very substantial portion (amount not yet
known) of the tax receipts.
This
on again-off again, yes he did-no he didn't, is a real time
blow by
blow description of what is happening and is coming to you from sources
we deem to be 100% reliable.
This
struggle, this tug-o-war over the tax receipts has resulted in JOHN
ROBERTS over ruling everything (security mechanisms) and everyone
(those charged with not allowing this to happen) and
has personally
delivered up to BUSH a very substantial portion of the
tax receipts this very morning.
Of course we would like to tell
you how we know this but obviously we can not.
The question is what does this
mean?
It could mean that deliveries are
enroute as part of a backroom deal and will arrive within the next
five minutes.
It could mean now that BUSH has
gotten what he wants he will or perhaps already has stopped deliveries.
In
any event it means he is now "flush" with new money and to the extent
there was pressure to deliver in order to get his hands on
the tax
receipts that pressure has been relieved thanks to his pawn and
bosom
buddy JOHN ROBERTS.
Like

is the result of today's exposures in which ROBERTS apparent theft
of
the peoples money for the personal benefit of his benefactor G.W. BUSH
has been exposed worldwide. BY mid-morning the phones were overwhelmed
and callers were being given ROBERTS business and personal phone
numbers. So he is mad. Well so are the people forced to go along with
what is to them, and to us, a fraud upon the people and even
upon the
Treasury Department.
Some
reports say 3.1T has been escrowed by ROBERTS for BUSH, others say he
has already been given the money. These are U.S. Taxpayer
funds. Since
when is the Chief Justice of the UNITED STATES Supreme Court in
collusion with the President of the UNITED STATES allowed to play
personal games with trillions of dollars of taxpayers money. Some
reports say this money will be used in trading programs for the purpose
of generating the 35T BUSH was trying to blackmail the other countries
into giving him (all of which told him where to stuff it). Maybe
this
is why PAULSON (or his clone) was so upset having learned that he
too
is just a flunky working for ROBERTS.
Remember
and please read again the writings of "S" posted on www.fourwinds10.com
for an accurate road map and discussion of today's admissions by
ROBERTS that neither he or BUSH or anyone else up there works for
"we
the people", that they will do whatever they damn well please and it is

Boy!! The poo poo is in the fan at the Court this morning. Word is that
Court employees, having learned of the boss's shenanigans, are now just
as upset as Treasury employees. There is much speculation in the
hallways, we hear, about the size of ROBERTS "cut". We
also hear that PAULSON has not been seen in Treasury for some time
lending credence to ROBERTS assertions that he is running Treasury.
Some
say it is WANTA's tax money being diverted. All we know for sure is
that it is not ROBERTS money and it is not BUSH's money. It is the
peoples money.
Further
speculation is that ROBERTS has been offered the usual BUSH Blue Plate
Special, a carpet of gold or a carpet of bombs if you get our drift. We
also hear he (ROBERTS) has stopped taking calls so now they are having
trouble keeping paper in the fax machine. And lots and lots of e-mails
too. Turmoil, toil and trouble we hear.
No further word regarding the BERNAKE
resignation.
Several
sources say deliveries today, into the banks Tuesday. Unable to
explain
the dichotomy, into banks Tuesday-all money offshore. Other
sources say
no deliveries until Tuesday. WE just don't know.
Financial
news says the non-banks rushed to the discount window as soon as the
FED opened it to them for the first time ever, borrowing some 30T in
one week using trash paper as collateral. Gas on the fire. More of what
caused the problems in the first place. Save the crooks and pass the
expenses to the taxpayers as they don't understand it anyway. Poor
BERNAKE, he inherited this mess from the weasel (GREENSPAN).
Exposures
such as those occurring this week cause them to draw the curtain ever
tighter. There is nothing to do but wait and see which shark swallows

The
reports about credit lines was personal credit lines being revoked by
banks regardless of customers credit history, not credit card
lines being cancelled as we incorrectly reported.
Referring
to securities company's tapping the discount window, that's 30B in one
week not 30T.
Well
friends, ARE YOU SITTING DOWN??
The
day began with the BUSH/ROBERTS exposures hitting the Supreme Court
with the same overwhelming force as Treasury yesterday. Meetings of the
Justices began this morning and were ongoing this evening.
BUSH
had again stopped deliveries last night. The packages had left the
xxxxxx vault in New York as we were informed but had gone to
ROBERTS at
the court not to us as we thought.
The
meeting deteriorated into full blown confrontation with ROBERTS
claiming authority to do most anything, the other Justices taking
exception. Worded another way there was one hell of a fight inside the
court today and ROBERTS got the crap kicked out of him. His
control of
Treasury was stripped mid-day. By mid-afternoon his resignation
was
demanded by tomorrow morning.
Later we learned that a great
deal of money is missing from Treasury and that it had been linked to
ROBERTS. In addition, we heard that ROBERTS had been given control of
Treasury for the express purpose of looting the Department for BUSH,
not just ALL tax receipts but ALL money in Treasury (no info where the
money was to be moved to). Then we learned the PLAN was
ROBERTS/BUSH
get the money then ROBERTS uses his position as head of the Court to
see to it that we NEVER get the packages. Along the way we hear there
are more "players" involved than just BUSH and ROBERTS.
Now
it's early evening and word comes that ROBERTS has now "rolled over" on
BUSH. That 9T, yes T, is missing from Treasury (being retrieved). That
the Court, via a unanimous vote, will now go after BUSH's
resignation
and are going after the CLINTON'S, CARLYLE and PAPA. And , before
i
forget, guess who was BUSH'S and ROBERTS "advisor" regarding how
to
pull this off- none other-are you ready for this-HENRY KISSINGER.
Now everyone in D.C. has become/is becoming aware of all this and
are demanding to know how/where they can obtain additional
information
and some historical context and of course they are being referred to www.fourwinds10.com
which we hear through channels has enjoyed an increase in traffic this
very day.
On
another front we continue to hear that five big Commercial Banks and
five big Investment Banks are being taken down and "they are taking no
prisoners".
We
are hearing the Court wants deliveries tomorrow if possible,
Monday if

i know i shouldn't do this but i just can't help myself, "you can lead

WE
are hearing of more "releases" today for delivery
tomorrow. Some
Trustee's are telling their participants the first increment will
be
FRN's, other sources say NO WAY.
WE
hear the vote in the Court Friday was NOT unanimous, that Scalia,
Alito, and Thomas were involved with ROBERTS and BUSH. WE had heard
over the weekend that MAMA and NEIL and the DAUGHTERS and other "high
level" officials" also involved. WE heard that ROBERTS resignation was
signed Friday afternoon without the "S" on his name voiding the
document, but more importantly WE heard that after the Friday dog and
pony that "community blackmail" got underway and that they are likely
to WHITEWASH everything as most took bribes at one time or another,
some went to the "ranch" and all are equally vulnerable. WE heard that
the "advisory committee" up there is real but they are doing nothing.
At first we heard Fitzgerald was doing nothing either but this afternoon he and his
investigators were in Treasury "investigating".
SDO,
who had been in the HAGUE supposedly looking after our interest is now
in D.C., involved in these latest troubles and according to some has
replaced the Connecticut Trustee.

are having trouble determining which side she actually represents as
comments about her from multiple sources including international
sources are not flattering to say the very least. The VERY least.
WE
hear Global Banking is not up and running but is close. And KISSINGER.
ALL mentions of his name are in the context that he is our
country's
greatest TRAITOR. These comments are from well informed "insiders" not
the milkman.
WE
hear the real reason CLINTON was not impeached and BUSH will not be
impeached is because they were and are PRESIDENT of the CORPORATION OF
THE UNITED STATES and they can not impeach without exposing this
greatest of all scams. D.C., States, Municipalities, the IRS, all
government departments and agencies such as the DOJ have been
incorporated and this is all part and parcel of how the Constitutional
Republic was overthrown without a shot being fired except to kill many
of those who devoted their lives to exposing these truths. This is what
SENIOR meant when he said "if they find out what we have done they
(meaning us) will hang us from the lamp post". Now government
employee's in D.C. are suddenly awaking to the fact they are working
for the "swamp creature", i.e. the CORPORATE UNITED STATES not for the
American people and they are asking for instant education. They are
ignorant and innocent except at the higher levels and are now waking up
to the TREASONOUS CONDUCT of those they work for and until recently,
respected. WE don't have time to do everything. These "exposures" (of
the CORP. U.S.) have been on the net for several years. If

is in flux in D.C.. Naturally "they" are livid about these

before, the Congress is in on much of this having sold themselves not
to the high bidder but to every available bidder. The Senate is a
whorehouse. The Pimps live on K street, the Johns are any and all
wanting favorable treatment (can you imagine such things as subsidies
for big oil?). The "Beltway" is a giant toilet seat. D.C. is a cesspool
of corruption with the worst of it at the highest levels where being a
puppet pays very well (have you watched the Congressmen and Senators
over the years kissing the feet of the FED RES as they appear before
committees (except Ron Paul). Full exposure of the unbelievable
levels
of criminal activity in D.C. would likely panic the public so we
question what they will actually expose. For two years we have heard
the "SUITCASE" contains irrefutable proof regarding 9-11.
They
had set up ghost accounts at Treasury showing the money in
place and
they didn't even know the money was gone until the little birdy
told
them. Then the employee's were called back in and worked all night to
find it. The money (9.1T) was moved to several offshore banks to be
used as collateral for trades scheduled Friday through
Tuesday night.
It was caught, blocked, retrieved and all this tax money is now back in
Treasury. It would have generated the 35T BUSH had been
searching for
so desperately.
WE expect deliveries
tomorrow after which we will likely be required to go quiet and await
developments.

first note on march 25th

Yesterdays
update should have been dated yesterday the 24th when it was
written, not the 23rd. Must have lost a day somewhere.
Now
it's afternoon Tuesday the 25th. Yesterday and again this morning
virtually every source we have, including Trustees here and over there,
along with Banking and Military and Brussels and and and were
anticipating deliveries today as were all our team members sources
which in the aggregate are quite extensive.
WE
have just recieved been informed that ROBERTS is still at the Court, is
with SDO [Sandra
Day O'Connor] and
that they are "laughing their ass's off" that we are expecting
deliveries today and complimenting their dis-information teams.
How
sick, how evil must these animals be.

Casper 3-25-08 evening
Many
years ago, many, there was no doubt SDO (Sandra Day O'Connor) was on
our side. Back then the "war room" was in Indian Wells and we knew day
by day, month by month what was happening there and who was arriving
and departing in the caravans of Limo's with flags flying. Those
days
were just as intense as these days.
Then
her sisters house in Phoenix blew up. Then we heard of death threats
against family members. Then we heard she sold out to the BUSH'S. What
would you do? She is described by Asian contacts as "a three headed
snake". WE have been "holding our fire" on this subject searching for
offsetting input and we do have some, but it is minor in comparison
to current news and unfolding events.
Today
we learned she was/is the one who tried to facilitate the massive
trade
of the tax monies for BUSH and ROBERTS. The reports of her replacing
C.T. appear false as she was in the court today "laughing her
ass off" with ROBERTS about our expecting deliveries today-not in
the
Trustee's office. Can you imagine such cruelty? This is not telephone
talk friends. It happened.
This
morning the last boy scout, Fitzgerald, was back in Treasury
"investigating". This afternoon he was ordered by ROBERTS to cease and
desist. Tonight we hear they needed him out of the way so they
could
once again attempt to trade the peoples tax money. It was blocked.
We
had heard that the "Advisory Committee", or as STORY refers
to them,
the "Oversight Panel", is operating inside Treasury. Some "oversight"
huh?
Obviously
ROBERTS has not been neutered and we simply can not explain why things
are one way yesterday and the opposite way today. The dis-info which is
put out each day originates with the handful at the top, is spread far
and wide including to sources in Europe and it takes some time to find
out that it is false. Although we know at all times what all these
sources are saying much of our information comes from "fly's on walls"
and we are virtually certain of it's accuracy at the time it is given.
Then things change. How we got from Fridays info to Tuesdays opposite
outcome is unknown as so much is happening behind locked doors. The
original reports of "community blackmail" seem most plausible to us.
Of
course we are aware of such things as "project managers in banks today"
(which is true) being the excuse du jour but we do not believe that has
anything to do with us or these delays. BUSH-ROBERTS-SDO ((SDO Sandra Day O'Connor))
are the reasons for these delays and their cruelty and evil nature are
on display for the whole world to see. They are obviously "above
the
law", or rather they have been thinking they are above the law if
any
law still exist within the Federal Fort known as Washington D.C..
This
is not the government of the United States of America at work here but
rather the officers of the CORPORATION of THE UNITED STATES. They are
in for a rude awakening we think.
WE believe
deliveries will be tomorrow. WE honestly believe deliveries will be
tomorrow.
