In a 2006 paper entitled, “False Flag Operations, 9/11, and the Exopolitical Perspective”, Dr. Michael E. Salla identifies five exopolitical factors behind false flag operations, including the false flag operation of September 11, 2001. Although Dr. Salla identifies exotic scalar weapons as the “fourth exopolitical factor” in false flag operations, his 2006 article does not disclose how exopolitically-related factors specifically may have played out in the case of 9/11. Since then, a key whistle blower, Andrew D. Basiago, has emerged with evidence that secret U.S. time travel technologies were used as early as 1971 to acquire first-hand documentary knowledge about September 11, 2001 – fully three decades before the horrific events of that fateful day. Mr. Basiago, a child participant in DARPA’s time travel program, Project Pegasus, has publicly stated how in 1971 he viewed moving images of the attack on the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001 that had been obtained from the future and brought back to the early 1970’s. DARPA is the chief research and development arm of the US military, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. DARPA created the precursor to the Internet, “Arpanet,” and has a penchant for trumpeting its advances, such as putting surveillance cameras on the backs of bumblebees and other exotic achievements in military science. Mr. Basiago claims that DARPA’s secret technical accomplishments go far beyond what it has publicly acknowledged and that by 1970 DARPA had achieved teleportation-based time travel as well as advanced electro-optical means of discerning past and future events via different technologies that provide quantum access. Mr. Basiago has described how while serving in Project Pegasus, he viewed moving images of 9/11 at the secured U.S. defense-technical facility where they were processed after being retrieved from the future, the Aerojet Corporation facility that once stood at the corner of Bullock Avenue and Leroy Place in Socorro, New Mexico. According to Mr. Basiago’s whistleblower testimony, Donald H. Rumsfeld, the sitting U.S. Secretary of Defense on September 11, 2001, was the defense attaché to Project Pegasus during the early 1970’s, when Mr. Rumsfeld was officially serving as a counselor to President Nixon and member of his Board of Wage and Price Stabilization. In all likelihood, Mr. Rumsfeld, as the defense attaché to Project Pegasus, would have known about and possibly had control over the data about 9/11 derived via “quantum access” and brought back to the early 1970’s for analysis by the DARPA research and development program under his administrative authority. Q: Is this [Figure 1] the photo of you on November 19, 1863? Andrew D. Basiago: Yes. I am the boy standing in the foreground of the image at center-left, looking to his right. My shoes were lost in the transit through the quantum plenum that took me from the plasma confinement chamber at the time lab in East Hanover, NJ in 1972 to Gettysburg, PA on the day that Abraham Lincoln gave his famous address there in 1863. When I walked into downtown Gettysburg, where the shops were, after walking into town along the north-south arterial that led into Gettysburg, a cobbler by the name of John Lawrence Burns accosted me and took me inside a millinery shop and furnished me with a pair of men's street shoes and a Union winter parka that he took from a stack of military clothing in a storeroom at the back of the shop. In this image, one can see how over-sized the shoes were. I can confirm that this image was taken right after President Lincoln arrived on the dais, because when I walked over to this location and stood in this manner to detract attention from my shoes, I had been standing over by the dais, and Lincoln had not yet arrived, and I only stood in this position for several minutes before the quantum field effect produced by the plasma confinement chamber ended and I found myself back in the time lab in New Jersey. Q: This is incredible, Andrew! I did not know there were pictures. Was this a picture (Figure 1) discovered that just happened to have you in it, or was this picture taken by those with you and you brought it back? Andrew D. Basiago: To my knowledge, this was the only photograph that was taken in a past or future time when I was time traveling for DARPA's Project Pegasus. I think another breakthrough will come in the form of accounts from residents of Santa Fe [New Mexico] about children suddenly appearing at the state capitol complex there in the early 1970's. Our arrivals were sometimes witnessed. Several of my own arrivals were witnessed. I have spoken with area residents who knew that individuals were teleporting into Santa Fe in the early 1970's. Some of that knowledge resulted from the arrival of teleportees, including myself, being seen by others; other knowledge resulted from the fact that employees of LANL [Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, NM] were bringing stories about the teleportation that was going on home from work and sharing them with their children around the dinner table in Los Alamos and White Rock. Q: What were you looking at [in the photograph in Figure 1]? Andrew D. Basiago: Nothing, intentionally. I was wearing a
hodgepodge of clothes: the Union bugle boy uniform that I had been
issued back in East Hanover, NJ in 1972; the Union winter parka that
Burns had outfitted me in when I walked into town shivering in the
brisk autumn air; the huge men's shoes that he gave me when I walked
into town barefoot. When I walked over to the dais, several women were
gossiping about me (presumably, because I was apparently a bugle boy
separated from his regiment or a carpetbagger). I was questioned by two
Union officers about where my regiment was bivouacked. I also had a
strange encounter with my father, who was dressed as a Pennsylvania
farmer and standing in front of the dais, in which he intentionally
ignored me. He later said that encountering me there at Gettysburg was
how he found out I was going to be in the program. But he was startled
to see me and not expecting me to be there, [he] acted like he didn't
know who I was. After I was
questioned by the two Union officers, I was concerned that I should
make myself inconspicuous. We had been trained to avoid being
conspicuous, being questioned, being arrested, being detained, and so
on, because these things might create complications that would prevent
us from getting back to the present. So, self-conscious about the huge
shoes that I was wearing and trying to avoid being further noticed, I
walked about 100 paces from the dais and stood with my back to the dais
looking in the opposite direction from where I knew Lincoln would be
arriving. I hoped that by affecting an air of non-chalance in this
manner, I would avoid further scrutiny by those present. It didn't
work! I ended up becoming the first time traveler from the

The answer is March 22nd. That's right. The Georgia Guidestones were christened on March 22 1980. The first commandment on the stones was a pledge to keep the world's population under 500,000 people. March 22nd 2010 (Universal Time) is also the day that Health Care finally passed in the United States. (Universal Time is Greenwich Mean Time. This is the 'time' that the Illuminati use.) 3-22, or March 22nd, is also the sacred number to Skull and Bones, the secret society from Yale that produces the leaders of the United States and the world. When Tim Russert asked President George W. Bush what the Skull and Bones special number - 322 signified Bush replied that this was a secret. Senator John Kerry, who ran against Bush in 2004, is also a member of this ultra-secret society. He also refused to tell us what the number 322 meant to Skull and Bones. Skull and Bones is a German secret organization that successfully transferred itself across the Atlantic Ocean in the early 1800's. When you back-engineer the secret societies from which the German version of Skull and Bones emerged, one finds a strange fascination with Mars. March is the only month of the year that is named after a specific planet in the solar system. It is also the first day of spring as well as the first day in the zodiacal sign of Aries, which is the Greek word for Mars, and it is where 'March' gets its name. The number 322 is vitally important to these secret societies especially Skull and Bones, which has the number, enshrined in their tomb at Yale. The number 322 is actually the number for March 22nd. The first day of Aries, also called Mars. The great alchemist Fulcanelli was a member of a secret society in Europe. He tells us of a secret elite that rule the world. In his obscure book Mystery of the Cathedrals he tells us that there is a secret science called alchemy that only the elites understand. He also tells us that all alchemy begins in Aries (Mars). For some reason these secret societies are fixated on March 22nd. Perhaps this is because of a special relationship between these secret societies and the planet Mars. The ever stranger Georgia Guidestones were created in 1980 by a mysterious gentleman named R.C. Christian. They are huge granite columns, which have new set of 10 commandments etched into them. These are new rules for the future. While most of the new commandments appear reasonable enough there is one commandment that makes one wonder what is really happening in our world and what these secret societies are really after. That is new commandment - number one, of course - commands that the population of the world be reduced to 500,000,000 people. The name R. C. Christian is a pseudonym and only one man named Wyatt Martin, who is in his 80's, knows Mr. Christian's real identity and Mr. Martin refuses to talk. We can be assured that this pseudonym signifies the Rosicrucian secret society founded by 'Christian' Rosenkreuz supposedly in 1407. The German Rosicrucian's are the godfathers to many other German secret societies including Skull and Bones. In keeping with this important linkage it is worth noting that the Georgia Guidestones, created as instructed by Mr. R. C. Christian, were christened on March 22nd 1980. Exactly 30 years ago today. It isn't going too far out on a limb to say that population reduction is a major goal of these secret societies for better or worse. Normally I wouldn't put this much time into this small curiosity of ancient German secret societies. But as I watched the Health Care Debate over the last few weeks I suddenly saw that it was beginning to appear that President Obama, Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats were going to vote the Health Care Bill on March 22nd. On Sunday March 21st as I watched C-Span, I suddenly got a tingle up my spine. Were they purposely putting this off until the clock hits March 22nd Universal Standard Time? number of years ago I had told you about the debate the Sisters had as
to if their website should be available to everyone or just those who
were willing to support it, and there were good arguments on both sides. Well we’re close to closing folks and unless more of you join this effort there’s nothing else we can do. But I really believe that more and more of you are starting to ‘get’ what is really happening, and if you’re one of these people than please start doing something about it before it’s too late. And what I mean by being too late is that in the past 4 years alone over 150 great websites have gone away because they weren’t supported and people believed they’d be replaced. They were very wrong. paywalls to protect themselves and with each passing year you’re going

Les USA ont oublié de dire que le vendeur d'armes de Sadam était sous leur protection: Washington Post Omits Fact That Saddam’s Nuke Salesman Was Protected By U.S. Government Whitewash fails to mention that deal to build nuclear bomb was offered by the Bush administration’s favorite peddler of weapons of mass destruction Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet.com Wednesday, March 10, 2010 The Washington Post has completely whitewashed new revelations concerning how close Saddam Hussein came to obtaining a nuclear bomb by failing to mention the fact that the provider, Khan Research Laboratories, was shielded from investigation by the U.S. government for decades. “As troops massed on his border near the start of the Persian Gulf War, Iraqi President Saddam Hussein weighed the purchase of a $150 million nuclear “package” deal that included not only weapons designs but also production plants and foreign experts to supervise the building of a nuclear bomb, according to documents uncovered by a former U.N. weapons inspector,” reports the Post today. “The offer, made in 1990 by an agent linked to disgraced Pakistani scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan, guaranteed Iraq a weapons-assembly line capable of producing nuclear warheads in as little as three years.” However, the report completely fails to even mention the fact that Khan Research Laboratories, the source from which Saddam would have procured a nuclear bomb, was protected from investigation by the U.S. government since at least the mid-1970’s, as investigative journalist Greg Palast exposed in a 2001 BBC report. In 2004, Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan, the father of Pakistan’s atom bomb program, admitted sharing nuclear technology via a worldwide smuggling network that included facilities in Malaysia that manufactured key parts for centrifuges. Khan’s collaborator B.S.A. Tahir ran a front company out of Dubai that shipped centrifuge components to North Korea. Despite Dutch authorities being deeply suspicious of Khan’s activities as far back as 1975, the CIA prevented them from arresting him on two occasions. “The man was followed for almost ten years and obviously he was a serious problem. But again I was told that the secret services could handle it more effectively,” former Dutch Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers said. “The Hague did not have the final say in the matter. Washington did.” Lubbers stated that Khan was allowed to slip in and out of the Netherlands with the blessing of the CIA, eventually allowing him to become the “primary salesman of an extensive international network for the proliferation of nuclear technology and know-how,” according to George W. Bush himself, and sell nuclear secrets that allowed North Korea to build nuclear bombs. .........ad............... “Lubbers suspects that Washington allowed Khan’s activities because Pakistan was a key ally in the fight against the Soviets,” reports CFP. “At the time, the US government funded and armed mujahideen such as Osama bin Laden. They were trained by Pakistani intelligence to fight Soviet troops in Afghanistan. Anwar Iqbal, Washington correspondent for the Pakistani newspaper Dawn, told ISN Security Watch that Lubbers’ assertions may be correct. “This was part of a long-term foolish strategy. The US knew Pakistan was developing nuclear weapons but couldn’t care less because it was not going to be used against them. It was a deterrent against India and possibly the Soviets.” In September 2005 it emerged that the Amsterdam court which sentenced Khan to four years imprisonment in 1983 had lost the legal files pertaining to the case. The court’s vice-president, Judge Anita Leeser, accused the CIA of stealing the files. “Something is not right, we just don’t lose things like that,” she told Dutch news show NOVA. “I find it bewildering that people lose files with a political goal, especially if it is on request of the CIA. It is unheard of.” In 2005, Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf acknowledged that Khan had provided centrifuges and their designs to North Korea. Having armed once branch of the “axis of evil,” it’s no surprise that Khan was also used in an attempt to arm Saddam Hussein with nuclear weapons, opening up another perfect justification for Iraq to subsequently be invaded and occupied by U.S. forces. Although the 2003 invasion was sold on the lie that Saddam was hiding weapons of mass destruction which proved to be non-existent, it wasn’t for the want of trying, since efforts to arm Saddam with nuclear weapons via the Khan network were a mere continuation of the U.S. government’s program to provide Saddam with chemical and biological weapons, tools used to commit atrocities that were later cited by the U.S. as one of the primary reasons for the attack. Of course, since the Washington Post is a mouthpiece for the new world order and the Bilderberg Group that owns it, in covering the Khan-Saddam connection writer Joby Warrick knows that his bosses wouldn’t be pleased if he actually gave you more than half the story, which is why his article amounts to nothing more than a misleading whitewash. At the same time that these elites have created for the unwashed masses a public school system that since the Age of Enlightenment has done more to destroy our collective human knowledge than any other institution (This is called the dropout crisis in the United States which in 2009 alone saw over 6.2 million of their children leave school.), they have created for themselves, all around the Western world, one of the finest educational systems ever known… but neither you, or your children, will ever have access to it. But the costs don’t end there because in order for you to be able to go to those websites the owners of them have had to pay for any number of things, including website development, domain names, ISP hosting charges, bandwidth charges, wages, etc., that can cost anywhere from $25.00 a month for a personal website, to over $1 million for the most visited ones. And the costs don’t end there (especially yours) because in order for your computer to connect to websites you have to have an infrastructure connecting them, which the United States is now saying they need another $350 Billion of their taxpayers money for in order for them to bring their Internet standards up to Romania’s! So as you can see (and if you can’t something’s honestly wrong with your thinking), far from being FREE, the Internet has become the most ambitious and expensive undertakings in all of human history, whose cost is measured in the TRILLIONS! And as bad as it is right now it is only going to get worse, as at the same time that the Internet has overtaken newspapers for the source Americans (indeed all of the West) most turn to for news and information, the Pew Research Center's Project for Excellence in Journalism is reporting some of the most grim statistics they’ve ever seen, and include: Newspaper ad revenue fell 26 percent last year US newspapers are spending $1.6 billion less annually on reporting and editing than they did a decade ago. Network television news division resources have been cut by more than half since the late 1980s and ad revenue was down eight percent last year. Local television newsrooms have shed some six percent of their workforce in the past two years, the report said, and ad revenue was 22 percent lower last year. Radio ad revenue fell 22 percent in 2009 compared with the previous year and magazine ad revenue was down 17 percent. And what has been the Americans people’s reaction to the decimation of their news and information industry, at what can honestly be said is one of the most crucial times in their history? According to the Pew Research Centers “State of the Media” report released Monday it is this… “The good news for traditional US news organizations? Their websites are popular. The bad news? Few news consumers click on ads and hardly any are prepared to pay for news online.” Now I want you to STOP and let the reality of this sink in… it has taken less than a generation to re-condition a whole society that news and information is FREE and doesn’t have to be paid for. Where your parents, grandparents, every one of your ancestors in fact, since the founding of your Nation, knew the value of news and information and paid for it gladly, you now belong to a society you’ve helped to create where it is now valueless. (And don’t forget this…FREE does equals VALUELESS.) Then take out a mortgage on your home and subscribe to any number of Jane’s reports, their weekly intelligence review alone is $1,715.00 and their Defence Budget report is another $8,132.00. All of these websites I’ve just noted are just a drop in the proverbial bucket of the news and information websites on the Internet that have been created for the elite classes to keep them knowledgeable about what’s going on in the world, and you will NEVER have access to them, because just like they’ve done with your education system, they’ve priced it out of your reach. Remember, they don’t want you to know the truth. But guess what? We do, and that’s why we spend over $88,000.00 a year on subscriptions to these elite websites and then (in our own unique way of course) give this information to you so that instead of being Second Class Citizens you can be (if you choose) First Class ones. With God, Sister Rebekah Report Findings: The first Internet posting attacking the Sorcha Faal occurred on April 7, 2005 and appeared on the known anti-semitic and hate site[1] Rense.Com and is owned/managed by a Mr. Jeff Rense and was titled "Reader Asks - 'Who Is Sorcha Faal?'" and concludes with these words: "Sorcha Faal... plain and simple answer... It's an anagram - rearrange the letters and it spells: "as of Rachal" (Booth)” [2]. This being the original ‘attack’ Internet posting against the Sorcha Faal to appear it should be noted that it was posted without any supporting links, or tangible evidence, to support the allegations made against the Sorcha Faal by its ‘anonymous’ author, and who is only identified by the term ‘Reader Asks’. The apparent reason for Mr. Rense making his posting about the Sorcha Faal via an anonymous posting ties into his knowledge of how such postings can lead to legal action against the poster. A specifc example of this involves a television executive named Patsy Smullin employed by an American television station KOBI-TV. ...(...) Though their/there does exist numerous Internet postings alleging that Mr. Rense is an operative of the United States Central Intelligence Agency and/or United States Defence Department Intelligence Agencies, their/there does not exist any independently verifiable claims to support such allegations, other than the actions of Mr. Rense himself, and which are similar to tactics used by organizations such as these. What draws Mr. Rense’s tactics against the Sorcha Faal more into question was his previous (April 19, 2004) attack upon Sister Rachal’s father, David Booth, wherein in an attack ‘article’ posted to his website, and co-authored by Theresa de Veto and Penelope Periwinkle [3], claimed that Mr. Booth’s book, “Code Red: The Coming Destruction Of The United States”, was "Almost Totally Plagiarized". However, in numerous conversations with Mr. Booth, and his representatives for the Booth Family Trust at London’s Latham & Watkins LLP legal firm, the plagiarism claims against Mr. Booth, by Mr. Rense in his attack article, were ‘totally without merit and substance’ and no claims, by any of the alleged aggrieved parties, has ever been filed with any United States, Australian or European Court. ...(...) As our previous Sorcha Faal, Sister Lyuha, had been interviewed on an American Radio Program called Feet-To-Fire (June 6, 2006), and as she has been previously ‘pre-interviewed’ for an upcoming programme on the Coast To Coast AM Radio Program [6], the truth of her ‘existence’ and being ‘real’ is known, at least to those who really want to know the truth. However, there does not exist any evidence that the anti-semitic based attacks upon her, and all of us, will cease. And, as our own history clearly shows us from our past Sisters experiences during the reign of the Nazis, these types of attacks should never come as a surprise but, instead, always be expected. Though I am unable to provide evidence linking these attacks against the Sorcha Faal ((Order)) to any government’s intelligence agencies (other than the repeated attacks upon our computer network over these last 4 years) I believe we would be foolish to not consider that they are covertly backing these anti-semite attacks as we have previously proved [7] the United States Governments establishment of ‘radical’ type websites for the purpose of gathering names of American dissidents. I would further recommend that the Order encourage the Sorcha Faal to change her stance against doing United States interviews by encouraging her to accept any interview offered, though none, at least to my immediate knowledge, have been offered. At the very least, and should the Sorcha Faal still voice her objections, I would suggest that the video feeds from her monthly addresses to the Sister of the Order be transferred to DVD and made available to the public.
