Ongoing delays continue to originate from Second Rail Players

It is true that additional signoffs were extracted from OBAMA during his current trip including Basel I, II and III, Metals Backed Banking and a 72 hour release for deliveries to begin today. In still another example of how worthless his signature is, after the planes left D.C. yesterday to position packs for delivery today the planes were ordered back to D.C. while still in the air
 and the packs, upon landing, were returned to Treasury
where they reside at this moment.
When informed of the above parties in Europe including heads of State
suggested this would be dealt with very quickly, even today.
 
Meanwhile WE hear the J&J boys in CHINA (Jiabao&Jintao)  are facing a Madame WU type tribunal. Frankly speaking WE do not understand
 how their activities could have been unknown to The Central Committee.
 
Then there are the matters of Sarkozy threatening Merkle, OBAMA'S intention to shaft the Queen (trade proceeds), IMF Gold Sales, Shenanigans at U.S. Treasury, wide spread international confirmations the FED is gone, rumors of death threats here, there and yonder, deadlines, edicts and orders and miscellaneous rumors of the U.S. seeking alternative means of paying CHINA and the QUEEN monies owed without implementing agreements represented by documents signed by the U.S. President.
 Please don't expect us to "interpret" all this as we can't. WE may as well throw a can full of chicken bones into the air then try to interpret the results as they hit the ground. WE do our best to figure things out and report our opinions but the things going on now are at such a high level its virtually impossible to understand all of it.
 
What does seem clear is that every time the U.S. agrees to something, whether verbal or in writing, it is violated within hours. Those who have always insisted this is above BUSH or OBAMA continue to argue that point but facts on the ground, i.e. interference with deliveries, continues, we observe, to negate that point of view.
 
Meanwhile back in the U.S. preservation of the status quo via attempts to reflate the existing corrupt system can hardly be argued.
It is such a farce, such an obvious farce.
Virtually every program they (Paulsen, Geithner, Obama, Bush) have introduced is fraudulent and has as its goal preservation of corrupt banks and their bondholders at the expense of taxpayers with the assistance of the politicians.
               Considering OBAMAS deceitful political activity abroad along with the domestic fraudulent finance activities it also seems apparent the bad guys have not yet been completely defeated and are continuing a fight to the finish. Having "doubled down" already their decisions seem to represent a "tripling down" with "thin air money" being used to finance their attempt to save the status quo. 
            Taxpayer funds and liability into these black holes can buy them some time at the expense of jobs and future debt enslavement of the people but changes nothing in terms of banks insolvency. Even their plans to address that problem are an out right FRAUD, actually it is the biggest of their many FRAUDS.
 
There is no doubt things "are ready to go". They have been ready, already.
Its mid afternoon     and now WE are hearing     things are looking up for tomorrow.

"THEY", led by OBAMA, pledged the packs themselves and the content thereof as collateral for still more attempted trades during the last 36 hours,
 a repeat of BUSH activities from times gone by.   
No attempts were successful. No codes were broken.
Packs have been jerked back and forth so often from D.C.   we have whiplash.
 
It really does appear to be a fight to the finish. How nice it would be if we could agree with all the Intel, especially the "Spiritually Oriented Intel", which insist OBAMA is wonderful, he is " The Man" so to speak.  
 
Unfortunately WE are burdened with knowledge of his ongoing activities and the comments of those "in the know" abroad who say OBAMA is the biggest liar on this planet, that he is the biggest con artist they have ever encountered
 and from there their language    gets worse. It gets much worse.
 
When things like this occur many "cover stories" immediately hit the wires
 and everyone then says "tomorrow" without knowing why.
The WHY is because OBAMA and all those he works for and all those who work for him      constantly sabotage deliveries.
 
Personally I think it is time for those, spiritual or otherwise, who still believe this man is not ...  an extreme left wing socialist in public, and a communist at heart, and the man that his actions demonstrate him to be,      to step forward and explain,if you can,
 his never ending actions against the funding, and our return to the Constitution. 
 
WE have an open mind but WE are not blind or stupid.
The packs, at least those WE have eyes on,   are back in Treasury.

It would be wrong to ever view the PRC (Communist China) as our friend or a friend of American aims, goals or values. They are still one of the most repressive governments on the planet, they imprison decedents including Christian religious leaders, they kill and imprison for life Monks demonstrating in the streets of Tibet, they shoot down by the hundreds their own citizens when they have organized demonstrations, they invariably side politically with the worst dictators in the world and they protect, via their veto power in the Security Counsel, such things as IRAN'S nuclear development. They are not our friend, they are our CREDITOR.  
 
The attempts by the BUSH'S, the CLINTONS, OBAMA, etc. to "partner up" with these goons and to turn wide swaths of our country over to them to satisfy debt is testament to the Communist/Illuminati mindset of the radicals who have had and continue to have control of the D.C. based Corporation of the UNITED STATES which pretends to be and acts as if it is the United States. IT IS NOT.
            "They" set the constitution aside in 1933 and we have been ruled by "Public Policy" since that time while under, to this day, "Emergency Rule" declared by Roosevelt at that time and who also placed our country, at that time, into still another 70 year Bankruptcy of Nations Contract which expired in April of 2008.
 It was not until 1938, after FDR's attempts to stack the supreme court, when his actions of '33 were finally codified into law by the Supreme Court,
 hence expiration in '08.
Since then BUSH and OBAMA have attempted to place our country into another 70 year extension of the Bankruptcy so as to maintain virtual dictatorial control of our country as confirmed by sub-committees of the Senate reporting to the Whole Senate in Senate Report Number xx-xxx(I forget) which was signed by the leading Senators of the day in the 1970's.
Once in office, once aware of their dictatorial control, none of the eleven presidents since FDR have been willing to end the "Emergency Rule" and give up that all encompassing power, including OBAMA.
The way the legislation was written in '33, only the President can declare the "emergency ended". Instead, if you are a C-span viewer, you have witnessed over the years the formal declaration of the "Continuing Emergency" dozens of times on the House and Senate floors which always arrives as "A Message From the President" and is read aloud openly declaring the continuing Emergency(ies).
 
Acting under Emergency Rule OBAMA, like BUSH before him, orders certain packs enroute to us       over and over again, "returned to base" which has become Treasury (( rather than the Supreme Court which was the BUSH hideout)). His "cover" is almost certainly "Public Policy" as interpreted by him and is always in opposition to World Court Rulings which has jurisdiction because these are "International Packages". Many many different sets of "orders" have gone out from there demanding delivery.                The packs move, apparently to avoid violating W.C. orders, but they are always called back, always by OBAMA and his helpers such as GEITHNER, sometimes while still in the air. Never mind how WE know this, WE KNOW.
 
Even if it were true that not all packs are in Treasury it is not difficult to observe that when those deliveries are blocked no other deliveries arrive either and worldwide schedules are violated again and again.
 
Simultaneous with the above the attempts to trade OPM, any OPM, never ends
 and the attempts to break into accounts containing OPM never stops either.

Simultaneous with the above the Domestic Fraudulent Finance activity never ends and is constantly expanded adding ever more Trillions of unpayable debt onto generations of taxpayers. Unlike the previous Tiny Tim this one is not "tip toeing" thru anything, he is a bulldozer pushing fraudulent bank paper onto taxpayers using slick scams one after another        not unlike the slick financial paper scams which caused the problems in the first place.
 
At stake from "their" point of view is the type of future government we are to have in this country, the future of fiat currencies, dollar hegemony, fractional banking, life or death of the Corporation, control of the Courts (Maritime vs Article III Constitutional), suppression of a wide array of criminal acts under "color of law", continued control of the media and the loudest microphones
 and very likely a struggle for their Political lives
as they are elected officers of the Corporation and its imposed "Democracy"
 not representatives of the people under a Constitutional Republic.
 
Simultaneous with the above Government takeover of American Society in all respects, not just the economy, continues unabated at break neck speed.
We the people are now proud owners of Freddie and Fannie, we own 80% of AIG, we have taken ownership positions in the Banks, we are taking over the Auto Industry and will tell them which cars they can build, soon we will be told which doctor we can see and when, we are about to inherit the bailout of the Insurance Companies and we are about to finance GEITHNER/OBAMA/BERNAKE buddies taking of toxic bank "assets" at inflated prices and with loans which are recourse to taxpayers but non recourse to their "private buddies".
 Already this new Socialist/Communist Government is firing various private enterprise employees, dictating the income of others, even those who have not accepted taxpayer funds, announcing such things as "climate control" by spewing pollution into the upper atmosphere (to reflect the sun) for which huge new expenditures are expected, increasing BUSH'S 160B bailout to TRILLIONS of additional bailouts, pushing Communist like legislation on many fronts
such as no more secret ballots for union workers      and approximately five hundred additional observations which could be made        if time permitted.
 
In summary it boils down to the destruction of the country we grew up with which is being replaced by Centralized Government Control of everything, appeasement all over the world, bowing down in public to Muslim Kings (creditors), the destruction of any semblance of fiscal responsibility, attempted partnerships with Communist and a willingness to "hand over" our nations assets to our former and/or current enemies.            In short, a cadre of extreme left wing liberal elites, armed with the backing of an ignorant constituency, in partnership with an equally corrupt and equally guilty element of right wing elites,      are implementing daily, and visibly,
an orchestrated take over of the LATE GREAT USA.
 
Only the bad guys and their activities are in full view. The opposition is not very visible but represents a return to the Constitution, our funding, the worlds funding, honest banking, metals backed currencies, an end to U.S. Dollar hegemony, the end of the FED RES, etc.. These are the good guys and their efforts go on around the clock and in the end they (which is really "we") will win.
 You can count on that outcome in spite of the daily Trauma and Drama.
In our view the packs would not go out (World Court Orders) and be pulled back (Obama Orders) over and over again    if the war was completely won.
 I personally view today's delays as unexpected late hour skirmishes
 which are being dealt with as they arise.
 
Today someone asked whether the Casper updates could be forwarded, even to government officials, to try to get some action. They can be forwarded anywhere as they are public information                but it will do no good to forward them to those committed to the status quo such as Congress.
 
It is better to send them, or better yet your own version of their content, to your fellow citizens who don't realize what is happening.
By now there must be thousands of these updates not counting those of other messengers.
It is doubtful the average citizen could ever be "brought to speed".
 Calls to deluge D.C. switchboards fell on deaf ears.
This information can not be brought to the public at larges attention
so long as the bad guys control the microphones and the media.

Obama is a smooth talker, having been trained in the art of persuasion and how to mesmerize his audiences with hand signals and monotone voice, etc.  He has built great charisma, and people follow him without thinking via mind control.
 
    Obama is definitely a trained and controlled leader/puppet.  I believe he has recently been cloned, so his Illuminati puppet-masters can more easily control him. My inside information of the recent G-20 meetings indicates that I am correct about my assessment of Barack Obama.  He is a very evil stooge of the One World Order, and has fooled many good people. A couple of days ago you mentioned towards the end of your response which I deeply appreciated to my "Hello Central" question, that more than likely Obama had been "CLONED" already for better control over him and what he says or does. While watching LaRouches Weekly update this morning (it was great), they were going all over the sudden changes in Obama's behavior since before leaving for the G-20 summit. How prior to the trip he had no tolerance for Brown or any of his ideas, how he had agreed with Russia to back off the "Shield" for Poland & The Cheks. The reversal on the tax havens and the New world currency issues, and his new plan (Un-Constitutional) to bypass the Bailout Protocols to get monies to the Biggie Banks who didn't want to or were afraid to follow the transparency rules and therefore weren't taking any of the Bailout Monies. Since coming home he has sought out Congress's traitorous help to create this new policy . He's Kicked out the only decent adviser he had Volker.
They we're really besides themselves in trying to explain these incredibly big and dangerous reversals in his attitude and his previous statements and his sudden change of stance on a lot of issues before leaving for the summit. Also his Nero-Self Aggrandizement (puffed out ego) on stage before the crowds and cameras. They even went as far as to laughingly say that it "He Seemed" to be a "Completely" different man all together.
Then I remembered what you said about the cloning, and the "Ol Light Bulb" went on and I thought, wow,the plane trip across the pond. What a perfect time to swap real one out for the clone. That's also probably why he's not putting out the packets as he agreed to do for The world court and with queen. The real one is probably in a locked closet by now.

In the interesting article A Clear and Present Danger    the following statement was made about a U.S. corporation being formed by Roosevelt without mentioning any law, executive order, Treasury Decision, etc. There seems to be a bit of a contradiction based on previous articles published on fourwinds showing the incorporation of the US in the 1870’s listing support from the statutes. Also, statements are made that the Constitution was changed from its original status to a Corporate Constitution, whereby the Corporate U.S. adopted the original Constitutions words but with different intent. In many ways this is observable, but is there any factual information on this? The fourteenth amendment change of “citizenship” is an obvious one. I believe the article stating that the 1871 statute incorporated the U.S. has more validity. However, I know many will argue that the original incorporation was repealed.  GP
That brings us the present. But before we can further address our subject, we need to explore more history-United States history. On April 6, 1933, President Roosevelt, with Congressional approval, declared a "national bank holiday" which lasted through April 9. There is a plethora of information about that period and the reasons causing such, but there is practically nothing said about one major event which occurred during the same time. A corporation was formed at the President's order called THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION. That was done without Congressional action of any sort, so that organization is, and always has been, a privately owned, not public, corporation. The Economic and Social Crisis
The financial meltdown has unleashed a latent and emergent social crisis across the United States. 
What is at stake is the fraudulent confiscation of lifelong savings and pension funds, the appropriation of tax revenues to finance the trillion dollar "bank bailouts", which ultimately serve to line the pockets of the richest people in America.   
This economic crisis is in large part the result of financial manipulation and outright fraud to the detriment of entire populations, leading to a renewed wave of corporate bankruptcies, mass unemployment and poverty. 
The criminalization of the global financial system, characterized by a "Shadow Banking" network has resulted in the centralization of bank power and an unprecedented concentration of private wealth.  Obama's "economic stimulus" package and budget proposals contribute to a further process of concentration and centralization of bank power, the cumulative effects of which will eventually resul in large scale corporate, bankruptcies, a new wave of foreclosures not to mention fiscal collapse and the downfall of State social programs. All sectors of American society are potentially affected: wage earners, small, medium and even large businesses, farmers, professionals, federal, State and municipal employees, students, teachers, health workers, and unemployed. Protests will initially emerge from these various sectors. There is, however, at this stage, no organized national resistance movement directed against the administration's economic and financial agenda.    Obama's populist rhetoric conceals the true nature of macro-economic policy. Acting on behalf of Wall Street, the administration's economic package, which includes close to a trillion dollar "aid" package for the financial services industry, coupled with massive austerity measures,  contributes to precipitating America into a bottomless crisis. "Orwellian Solution" to the Great Depression: Curbing Civil Unrest At this particular juncture, there is no economic recovery program in sight. The Washington-Wall Street consensus prevails. There are no policies, no alternatives formulated from within the political and economic system. .  What is the way out? How will the US government face an impending social catastrophe? The solution is to curb social unrest. The chosen avenue, inherited from the outgoing Bush administration is the reinforcement of  the Homeland Security apparatus and the militarization of civilian State institutions.  The outgoing administration has laid the groundwork. Various pieces of "anti-terrorist" legislation (including the Patriot Acts) and presidential directives have been put in place since 2001, largely using the pretext of the "Global War on Terrorism."  Homeland Security's Internment Camps
Directly related to the issue of curbing social unrest, cohesive system of detention camps is also envisaged, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Homeland Security and the Pentagon. 
A bill entitled the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act (HR 645) was introduced in the US Congress in January. The stated purpose of  the "national emergency centers" is to provide "temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster." In actuality, what we are dealing with are FEMA internment camps. HR 645 states that the camps can be used to "meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security."

The last week in March started with the coordinated call from Russia and China for a new non-national reserve currency, an idea that was greeted as one would expect with some derision until US Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said he supported such an idea. We can only speculate that he forgot his role in this Act 2 of the international stage tragedy "Global Financial Crisis" and used his lines from Act 4 which has of course yet to come. In this Act the role of the US is to resist such calls.

The week ended with the G20 summit and more importantly with the G20 final communique which promises a dark future; for wrapped in the cloth of "free trade", a trillion dollars for the IMF and "trade finance" and the regulation of banker's pay is the formation of a global overseer, the Financial Stability Board and the announcement that "the era of banking secrecy (which means privacy) is over."

There is a great deal in the G20 final communique and what with the general goings on this coming week with the NATO summit following the G20 and US President Obama's visit to Ankara that we will be providing an analysis of the G20 summit and its context during the course of next week.

This week we take a closer look at who really benefited from the AIG bailout and the true size of the US governments financial commitments to the "Global Financial Crisis". With apologies to Winston Churchill and the fighter pilots of the Battle of Britain:-

Since Tuesday, March 31st was the end of the first quarter of 2009, let's look at the quarterly numbers. The dollar gained ground in the first quarter, gaining 5% on the euro and 7.6% on the yen. The major world stock indices fell during the first quarter, with the Dow losing almost 16%, the FTSE 14%, the DAX 18%, the NIKKEI 8.5%, and the Hang Seng down 9.75%. The Brazilian BOVESPA was up 1.7%. Gold was up 5.5% in dollars and 11% in euros. Oil rose 7% in dollars and 12.6% in euros. [This week's and the quarter's data tables are at the end of this article].

For the week and two days since Friday, March 20th, world stock indices were up, mostly in the 2% to 6% range, as was the dollar (up 2.5% against the euro and 3% against the yen). Gold fell 3% and oil fell almost 5% in dollars.

Here are some charts following currency and commodity prices since January 2005. Note that oil prices and the dollar/euro exchange rates are very close to what they were in the beginning of '05. Gold, however, has more than doubled despite the immense downward pressure exerted by the world gold cartel as it seeks to maintain a cap on the price of gold and silver.

Some confusion was generated, deliberately or not, last week when U.S. Treasury Secretary Geithner told the Chinese that he was "quite open" to a new reserve currency besides the dollar.
The dollar plunged instantly against the euro, yen, and sterling as the comments flashed across trading screens. David Bloom, currency chief at HSBC, said the apparent policy shift amounts to an earthquake in geo-finance.
"The mere fact that the US Treasury Secretary is even entertaining thoughts that the dollar may cease being the anchor of the global monetary system has caused consternation," he said.
Mr Geithner later qualified his remarks, insisting that the dollar would remain the "world's dominant reserve currency ... for a long period of time" but the seeds of doubt have been sown.
The markets appear baffled by the confused statements emanating from Washington. President Barack Obama told a new conference hours earlier that there was no threat to the reserve status of the dollar. ///
 
What are we to make of this? As the Financial Times wrote, changing reserve currencies is quite an undertaking which ultimately hangs on "sovereign credibility and power":- Global reserve currency
Athenian owls, Roman denarii, British sovereigns, US dollars. There have been many pseudo reserve currencies down the ages. Now the governor of the People's Bank of China has called for a new global currency "disconnected from individual nations". Russia, too, wants to move away from a world dominated by the dollar. Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev suggests such a currency could be called the acmetal - an amalgam of "acme" and "capital".
But is there a case for one? In theory, yes. (Although no one was banging the table for change when emerging growth rates were still being powered by deliberately undervalued domestic currencies.) The reserve currency status of the dollar helped to create nasty global imbalances - one of the main culprits of the current downturn. As China, for example, recycled export earnings back into dollar-denominated assets, the US could happily run profligate trade deficits with impunity. That helped push up the price of US assets, particularly house prices.
Now surplus countries are stuck. They cannot diversify fast enough and a rapid sell down of US assets would destroy their portfolios. Not only that, global central banks holding about two thirds of their reserves in dollars are hostage to the Obama administration. Unsurprisingly, huge budget deficits and the Federal Reserve's leap into quantitative easing have foreigners fretting over the longer term health of the dollar.
Theory is one thing, however. In reality, currencies live and breathe more than just short-term economic air. The two other life forces for a reserve currency are sovereign credibility and power. China, Russia and India simply do not have long enough economic track records to justify backing a reserve currency. Find a single investor in this crisis that has panicked out of dollars into roubles. Of course, if China one day emerges as the dominant economic and military power, the status quo will change. Until then, investors cannot be rushed. ////

What the Financial Times seems to be avoiding is the obvious fact that the idea of a new international reserve currency means that it will be supra-national and the "power' and "credibility" will be delivered by a supra-national body or bodies. Such a body or group of bodies would have the effect of being a World Government.

One thing is clear, if destroying the dollar moves the Plan to concentrate control of the world into fewer hands, among which will be a handful of megabanks, it will happen; conversely, if the Plan calls for a strong dollar, that will happen. For the moment it appears that the confusion caused by Geithner's and China's statements was intended; or, as we said in our introduction, perhaps Geithner forgot which Act of the play we are in.

Gold
Once more we see gold being manipulated, this time ahead of the G20 summit being sold down aggressively to the $900 mark. At the summit we heard the same old tired story of IMF gold being sold into the physical market; a story that just keeps getting trotted out whenever the physical market looks likely to burst through the downward pressure exerted through the futures market.

Seeking Alpha has come across an interesting change in the futures market:-
NYSE Runs Out of Gold Bars: What Happens Next?

The NYSE-Liffe futures exchange has, it seems, run out of 1 kg bars of gold. Futures markets, like NYSE-Liffe and COMEX, try hard to maintain the fiction that they will deliver physical gold, [o]n completion of executed contracts. Indeed, to prevent fraud, U.S. law requires clearing members to keep a stockpile, of one kind or another, consisting of a minimum of 90% of metal. Up until October, 2008, it didn't matter. Only about 1% of long buyers of paper gold futures contracts typically took delivery. Now, the situation is very different. Demand has surged and, it appears, one major futures exchange, NYSE-Liffe, and by extension, the COMEX gold warehouses it shares with its larger cousin, are unable to meet the requirements of their contracts, vis-a-vis, delivery of 1 kg. bars.

As of December 31, 2008, the NYSE-Liffe mini-gold (YG) contract specifications were changed to read, in pertinent part, as follows:
33.2 fine troy ounces (+10%), no less than .995 fineness. Seller's discretion delivery of one vault receipt representing one bar or one Warehouse Depository Receipt (WDR) representing either 1/3 interest in one full size gold NYSE Liffe vault receipt or full interest in a NYSE Liffe Mini Gold vault receipt. Delivered to exchange approved vaults by exchange approved carriers.
But, before that, on August 26, 2008, it read as follows:
33.2 troy ounces (±5%) of refined gold, assaying not less than .995 fineness, contained in no more than one bar.
In summary, there is now so much demand for delivery of the mini-contracts that the exchange can no longer deliver 1 kg bars. When the wording was changed, a flurry of complaints resulted. Technically, in my opinion, if you bought a mini futures contract from an NYSE-Liffe clearing member, prior to December 31st, you could bind them to their legal contract with you, and force them to either deliver the 1 kg bar, or pay for you to obtain it on the open spot market. Based upon the original wording, NYSE-Liffe and its clearing members are legally obligated to deliver that 1 kg bar per contract, whether they want to or not, and regardless of the internal rules of the exchange. Whether anyone will force compliance, however, is an open question. ////
On top of this or perhaps because of it, COMEX has announced that it is launching a new E-Mini future contracts on gold and silver on April 19th covering, yes you guessed it, 1kg of gold and 1000oz of silver for which they is absolutely no mechanism for physical delivery. With no mechanism for delivery and only cash settlement the floodgates of market manipulation through naked short selling will be opened. Theodore Butler summed these new contracts up perfectly:-
Let me be as clear as I can - because these new contracts do not contain actual metal delivery clauses, they are, in my opinion, fraudulent contracts. The CME should be ashamed of itself for introducing them, and the CFTC disgraces itself (again) for not preventing their introduction. ////
With ever greater quantitative easing and the resulting inflationary pressures we can only wonder how long the blatant rigging of the bullion market can continue.

Monetary Policy, Inflation, Stimulus
If you are trying to keep score, according to Bloomberg, the U.S. has spent or committed almost $13 trillion on bailouts, rescues, and stimuli. Note the attitude displayed of the bankers and economist in the article below and ask yourself, with respect to each of them, if this is the attitude of a person who really understands what is going on, who hasn't a clue or is in on the scam:-
Financial Rescue Nears GDP as Pledges Top $12.8 Trillion

The U.S. government and the Federal Reserve have spent, lent or committed $12.8 trillion, an amount that approaches the value of everything produced in the country last year, to stem the longest recession since the 1930s.
New pledges from the Fed, the Treasury Department and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. include $1 trillion for the Public-Private Investment Program, designed to help investors buy distressed loans and other assets from U.S. banks. The money works out to $42,105 for every man, woman and child in the U.S. and 14 times the $899.8 billion of currency in circulation. The nation's gross domestic product was $14.2 trillion in 2008.

President Barack Obama and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner met with the chief executives of the nation's 12 biggest banks on March 27 at the White House to enlist their support to thaw a 20-month freeze in bank lending.

"The president and Treasury Secretary Geithner have said they will do what it takes," Goldman Sachs Group Inc. Chief Executive Officer Lloyd Blankfein said after the meeting. "If it is enough, that will be great. If it is not enough, they will have to do more."

Commitments include a $500 billion line of credit to the FDIC from the government's coffers that will enable the agency to guarantee as much as $2 trillion worth of debt for participants in the Term Asset-Backed Lending Facility and the Public-Private Investment Program. FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair warned that the insurance fund to protect customer deposits at U.S. banks could dry up because of bank failures.

'Within an Eyelash'
The combined commitment has increased by 73 percent since November, when Bloomberg first estimated the funding, loans and guarantees at $7.4 trillion.
"The comparison to GDP serves the useful purpose of underscoring how extraordinary the efforts have been to stabilize the credit markets," said Dana Johnson, chief economist for Comerica Bank in Dallas.
"Everything the Fed, the FDIC and the Treasury do doesn't always work out right but back in October we came within an eyelash of having a truly horrible collapse of our financial system, said Johnson, a former Fed senior economist. "They used their creativity to help the worst-case scenario from unfolding and I'm awfully glad they did it."
Federal Reserve officials project the economy will keep shrinking until at least mid-year, which would mark the longest U.S. recession since the Great Depression.
The following table details how the Fed and the government have committed the money on behalf of American taxpayers over the past 20 months, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

The recession in the UK was worse in the 4th quarter of 2008 than thought due to sharper decreases in consumer spending and construction.
In the United States, home prices fell 20% from January 2008 to January 2009 in the 20-city index published by Case Shiller. The city of Flint, Michigan, made famous by Michael Moore's classic documentary, Roger and Me, is actually considering shutting down parts of the city:-

Temporary Mayor Michael Brown made the off-the-cuff suggestion Friday in response to a question at a Rotary Club of Flint luncheon about the thousands of empty houses in Flint.
Brown said that as more people abandon homes, eating away at the city's tax base and creating more blight, the city might need to examine "shutting down quadrants of the city where we (wouldn't) provide services."
He did not define what that could mean -- bulldozing abandoned areas, simply leaving the vacant homes to rot or some other idea entirely.
On Monday, a city spokesman downplayed Brown's comments. ///
 
US banking rescue
Just in case there was any doubt who is running the United States it was wiped away as President Obama had a "very pleasant" meeting with the big bankers then, a week later, fired the head of General Motors and condemned GM and Chrysler to bankruptcy. The auto companies actually make something useful and provide salaries, pensions and healthcare to lots of working and retired people while the banks have been shown to be nothing more than immense private casinos.
There is no doubt that the economic system needs to be restructured, banks and auto companies included, but to continue bailing banks out with essentially no conditionality other than a few figs leaves to placate the public while condemning the millions of people associated with the auto industry is reprehensible. Maybe the auto companies should have donated more money to the campaigns of the President and members of Congress.

Although after the meeting with the bankers, there was a show of some dissatisfaction, that was only for public display. Joe Kishore:-
Every aspect of the administration's economic policy caters to the interests of the financial elite, of which the president is merely a mouthpiece. The private meeting at the White House had the air of a conspiracy against the public, a gathering to discuss carving up state resources in order to hand them over to the banks and major investors.
The discussions about the auto industry revolved around how best to deny healthcare and pensions obligations to retired workers. When, after a massive giveaway to the banks, Obama had to appear tough against the corporate elite, he took on the politically easy target of the auto companies. Of course the auto companies are no angels having connived to suppress fuel-efficient and alternative fuel vehicles for decades and building their products on the basis of them being consumables rather than long term assets. But they are one of the few remaining pillars of manufacturing in the US with millions of livelihoods depending upon them. It takes years to retool auto plants so decisions taken now will be hard to reverse; which may be exactly the point of course.

As the administration works with Wall Street to make the banks - and the personal portfolios of the bankers - whole, Obama is preparing a massive attack on the working class. During his press conference, the president repeatedly stressed his determination to tackle "high health care costs" and implement "Entitlement reform" - i.e., cuts in Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.
As the question of restrictions on executive bonuses is dropped, Obama repeated on Thursday his insistence that any aid to the auto industry be conditioned on further job and wage cuts from autoworkers. In an online town hall meeting, the president said that the auto industry will have to "make some pretty drastic changes. And some of those are still going to be painful."
The policy of the administration is to ensure that this "pain" is born entirely by the working class, while the looting of public assets by the financial elite continues. ////
 
The Geithner plan to take devote $1.2 trillion to take "toxic" assets off bank balance sheets is breathtaking in its criminal simplicity: use taxpayer money to pay banks for their worthless assets, leaving the banks to run their profitable businesses and keep the money they stole for over a decade. The scheme is headlined at $1.2 trillion which according to Douglas Elliot at the Brookings Institute is the sum total of toxic mortgage assets held by US banks. Not only that, but they get to run one more scam.
The Free Market, Financial Style: How the Scam Works

Newspaper reports seem surprised at how high banks are bidding for the junk mortgages that Treasury Secretary Geithner is now bidding for, having mobilized the FDIC and Fed to transfer yet more public funds to the banks. Bank stocks are soaring - thereby bidding up the Dow Jones Industrial Average, as if the "financial industry" really were part of the industrial economy.
Why are the very worst offenders - Bank of America (now owner of the Countrywide crooks) and Citibank the largest buyers? As the worst abusers and packagers of CDOs, shouldn't they be in the best position to see how worthless their junk mortgages are?
         That turns out to be the key! Obviously, the government has failed to protect itself - deliberately, intentionally failed to do so - in order to let the banks pull off the following scam.
Suppose a bank is sitting on a $10 million package of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) that was put together by, say, Countrywide out of junk mortgages. Given the high proportion of fraud (and a recent Fitch study found that every package it examined was rife with financial fraud), this package may be worth at most only $2 million as defaults loom on Alt-A "liars' loan" mortgages and sub-prime mortgages where the mortgage brokers also have lied in filling out the forms for hapless borrowers or witting operators taking out mortgages at far more than properties were worth and pocketing the excess.
The bank now offers $3 million to buy back this mortgage. What the hell, the more they bid, the more they get from the government. So why not bid $5 million. (In practice, friendly banks may bid for each other's junk CDOs.) The government - that is, the hapless FDIC - puts up 85 per cent of $5 million to buy this - namely, $4,250,000. The bank only needs to put up 15 per cent - namely, $750,000.

Here's the rip-off as I see it. For an outlay of $750,000, the bank rids its books of a mortgage worth $2 million, for which it receives $4,250,000. It gets twice as much as the junk is worth.

The more the banks holding junk mortgages pay for this toxic waste, the more the government will pay as part of its 85 per cent. So the strategy is to overpay, overpay, and overpay. Paying 15 per cent is a small price to pay for getting the government to put in 85 per cent to take the most toxic waste off your books.

What Michael Hudson, author the article above, has skimmed over is that the scam is even bigger than he describes so succinctly. According to Elliot at the Brookings Institute; the private investors (the banks, hedge funds and private equity funds) will have their losses capped at 10 to 20 percent of what they put up; the Fed will come in 50/50 on the meagre amount the investor puts up and on occasion will lend the entire investment amount. The scheme is astounding in depth and breadth; it is a trillion dollar heist.
 

AIG and Goldman Sachs
Talking of scams and heists, as we discussed last week, the grandstanding in the US Congress over AIG bonuses was clearly designed for the media spin machine while deftly keeping the real secrets of the AIG bailout out of the public mind. As Megan Slack at Alternet points out, the Merrill Lynch "performance related" bonuses were 22 times the contractual "retention" bonuses at AIG. The Merrill bonuses were also 36.2% of the TARP monies granted to Merrill and Bank of America, it's new parent. We may have missed it of course but we didn't notice the roof of Congress being blown off in uproar and hastily cobbled tax Bills being rushed through at the Merrill pay outs. It is therefore appropriate to take a close look at where some of the AIG bailout money went ....(....)
So in summary we have a group of international banks who have made billions from the trading of securities, often through the deliberate and careful manipulation of prudential and legal regulation, finding that the value of their portfolios was severely reduced due to a mixture of factors including the simple fact that many of the securities were in fact useless junk. Other securities may not be useless junk but nobody can really tell as they depend upon ordinary people paying their mortgages and companies paying their loan commitments over time.

Under the law, the banks would have to sit out the crisis and see what could be recovered over time. Their insurer is bankrupt and cannot be relied upon as it is insolvent and must therefore be wound up. Whether they recover 5 cents on the dollar or more or less will be a matter of time and a great deal of hassle. If this was the insurance on our homes, our assets or our life savings this is what would happen.

But the law does not apply to the financial elite; other rules apply to them.

Before moving on let's cast our minds back to September 2008 when Lehman had collapsed, AIG was rescued and the New York Times ran this story:- ....(...)
Now, being humble souls we at Sott.net may not have a proper understanding of the value of money but doesn't $12.9 billion seem like a material amount of money to you?

At the end of 2008 Goldman Sachs had $42.7 billion of Tangible Common Equity (TCE - the type of core capital that the Obama administration is focused on), should AIG not have paid out that $12.9 billion the hit for Goldman would have been taken against this. Such a significant hit to a bank's capital in the current environment might have been catastrophic. What Goldman has collected between the end of 2008 and now under the ever increasing AIG bailout is anybody's guess.

Not only is $12.9 billion a material amount of money and banking capital but the last time one of us did a stock exchange exam it was a criminal offensive to make false or misleading statements in relation to a public company, especially if the person making those statements was an officer of the company. So it seems to us that members of the US Congress instead of grandstanding for punitive taxes against AIGFP executives should be demanding criminal probes of Goldman Sachs and its current and former employees. This is of course not going to happen because Goldman Sachs former employees run the US government. What an excellent example of the corporate controlled state, otherwise known as Fascism.

To believe that the financial crisis is a result of mistakes or stupidity would be naïve. Larry Summers, Timothy Geithner and their colleagues are not stupid. Nor, more importantly, are the faceless people giving them their orders. The mess the whole world is in is a direct and completely foreseeable result of the legal and regulatory framework put in place with the commencement of the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act in 1999. .....(.....)

For Sarkozy this is a "red line" issue; for us this is a very large red flag for it seems that there are global moves afoot to establish totalitarianism. France and Germany are championing the destruction of financial privacy under the guise of fighting tax evasion;
 the EU as a whole is championing the replacement of parents with the state in the minds and lives of children;
 the UK is championing the destruction of privacy in general in its mania for video, email, postal and telephone surveillance under the guise of fighting terrorism; Australia is championing wholesale national censorship of the internet (the last free and open medium of exchange) under the guise of fighting terrorism and pedophilia; the US is championing the violence of the police state and total population control with its heavy use of Tasers, establishment of internment camps, "in-your-face policing" and "papers please" control that would make the Gestapo proud (in fact, if one traces the real origins of the CIA it IS making the Gestapo proud for that is the origin of much of the CIA);
 while Israel perfects the art of apartheid and genocide while portraying itself as the ultimate victim.

Each of these planks of the totalitarian future is being "perfected" and normalized in one country or region and then slowly introduced elsewhere. So while people, including yourself perhaps, may sit back and nod sagely that it is important to crush tax havens and prevent those dreadful tax evaders from evading their legal obligations remember that they are supporting a key part of the totalitarian future.

Remember that Iraq and Afghanistan are both sovereign nations that did not cooperate.         Iraq was subject to sanctions that killed an estimated 500,000 children under 5 over ten years.
 Iran is a sovereign nation that is deemed by its enemies to not be cooperating and is now under a throttling regime of sanctions that go mostly unreported in the mainstream media.
There is a new world order being implemented both right in front of us and in the shadows; those that resist are termed "non-cooperative" and will have the full weight of propaganda turned against them such that should they continue to resist then sanctions will be imposed. For nations that rely on international finance for their survival, sanctions will no doubt bring them to heel; for other nations more brutal measures may be required, as in Iraq and Afghanistan. His first Guantanamo case defending a Saudi detainee led to a lengthy profile in GQ magazine. "It is a powerful way to be a witness for Christ," he told the Times in describing his defence of Khadr. "By demonstrating your capacity to not judge the way everybody else is judging and to serve unconditionally."
In August 2007, he drew a standing ovation from Canada's bar association for a speech on Khadr.
But while the attention Kuebler gathered considerably raised the profile of the Khadr case, it did little to sway the Canadian government or public.

One week after Iraqi government forces arrested an Awakening Group (commonly referred to as Sons of Iraq, al-Sahwa) leader, Adil al-Mashhadani, head of a patrol unit in central Baghdad's Fadhil neighborhood in Baghdad, sparking gun battles that raged for hours between US-backed Iraqi forces and US-allied Sunni militiamen that killed three people, militiamen have once again been detained, widening concerns that sectarian violence may once more engulf Baghdad. There are 50,000 Sahwa fighters in Baghdad alone.

While the Sahwa leader, who had been detained with 32 of his fighters, was eventually released by the Iraqi government, tensions grew in the wake of his detention as threats made by both sides increased. Thus far, only 11 of the 32 others have been released.

Just days after the aforementioned detention, Iraqi forces arrested two more Sahwa guards in the al-Dora neighborhood of Baghdad, which is controlled by their forces. In an article for Truthout last week, I voiced my concerns of these government attacks against Sahwa forces spreading. I am surprised at the rapidity at which this is occurring now, as this trend, if it continues, appears almost certain to spark a dramatic flare of sectarian violence in the capital city.

Khan Younis, occupied Gaza Strip (IPS) - "They're always shooting at us. Every day they shoot at us," says Alaa Samour, 19, pulling aside his shirt to show a scar on his shoulder. Samour said he was shot on 28 December last year by Israeli soldiers positioned along the border fence near New Abassan village, east of Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip.
"We were cutting parsley like we do almost every day, and the soldiers began shooting. We started crawling away. When I got out of the line of fire I realized my shoulder was bleeding and that I had been shot."
A month later, out of necessity, Samour was back in the fields. Like many other impoverished laborers from the Khan Younis area, Samour is employed by farmers to harvest parsley, spinach and pea crops in the fertile eastern region. He brings home 20 shekels ($5) per day of labor, his contribution to a family where the father cannot earn enough to cover their food needs.

..... On the surface the award sounds good, as an award celebrating tolerance in cinema and importantly, an award that potentially provides $5,000 to an independent filmmaker. Actually, I was not in the country when the award was initially established. I had been out of the country in Asia, so I wasn't familiar with all the details when the festival asked me to join the jury. So after researching the award was surprised to see the financial foundations for an award celebrating "tolerance."
In fact the CJC, which was instrumental in setting up the award, simply doesn't accept dissenting voices within its own ranks. For example, Jews in Canada who are critical towards Israeli government policies are not welcome in the CJC -- [those who are critical of Israel] from its expansionist policies, to the treatment of Arab Israeli citizens and of course towards the Palestinians living under occupation. In recent years people were expelled [from the CJC] for maintaining dissenting opinions, which is essentially the opposite of tolerance.
There are major issues with the Alex and Ruth Dworkin Foundation who also backed the award, as they are supporters of the Jewish National Fund, an organization which has a central mandate and institutional purpose of stealing Palestinian land.
So essentially we have an award which purports to be about tolerance. However, the institutions that back the award are about anything but tolerant......

Dramatic footage obtained by the Guardian shows that the man who died at last week's G20 protests in London was attacked from behind and thrown to the ground by a baton - wielding police officer in riot gear.
Moments after the assault on Ian Tomlinson was captured on video, he suffered a heart attack and died.
The Guardian is preparing to hand a dossier of evidence to the police complaints watchdog.

"A riot police officer had already grabbed him and was pushing him," she said.

"It was the force of the impact. He bounced on the floor. It was a very forceful knocking down from behind. The officer hit him twice with a baton when he was lying on the floor.
"So it wasn't just that the officer had pushed him - it became an assault.
"And then the officer picked him up from the back, continued to walk or charge with him, and threw him.
"He was running and stumbling. He didn't turn and confront the officer or anything like that."

Of course it's intended to rile people! This kind of behavior by riot cops to assault innocent people would get anyone riled! I was raised to believe the police were there to protect the citizenry, not attack them. It really is time for people to wake up to the reality of the situation. The police are there to protect the elite.

As for the police being there to protect the Elite, this has always been the case. The police force in Britain was formed because the government couldn't keep moving the army from place to place to put down the intermittent insurrections by annoyed citizens. Ergo, form another force with the same remit - to protect the status quo - and keep the army free for imperial conquest.      I'm not kidding!

Who are these Reptiles in the Shadows?
Where I have lived in Europe it is not uncommon to see people pull their car to the side of the road and take a leak. I saw an old guy walk over to a bush in a small park, with busy roads on all sides, and take a leak. Nobody thinks twice about it. Men and women, it’s no problem. In America, if caught, you may likely have to register as a sexual offender in an increasing number of states. Who is behind this?..... (....)

It’s also any and every kind of fascism directed at any and every group and individual concerned with basic human liberties such as you can see right here. What are the names of the people who set the policy that leaned on officials in Missouri ? It’s not easy getting a list of who is on the Board of Directors at the Southern Poverty Law Center but when you look into who the reptiles in the shadows are it comes as no surprise that they would be hooked up with the ADL.
Curious minds can inquire on their own. Curious minds can wonder who and why anyone would go after Ron Paul supporters and whether any of this has anything to do with a call for The Federal Reserve to be done away with.
What are the names on the Board of Directors of Monsanto? What is this network of busy, predatory little minds that are squeezing humanity on all sides into virtual Gaza ’s of suppression, prosecution and humiliation? Who are these reptiles in the U.S. and the U.K that are making villains out of elementary school children and their parents? Somebody is doing this. Are these the same people who are running their own pedophile rings at high government levels? Who is promoting and allowing things like this during the present state of the economy? Who is behind the faces presenting these things? Who is involved in this? What are their names? Who is in charge of the countries that allow all of these things to take place? At what level are these policies being set and by whom?

Why are ever increasing latitudes being given to alternative sexual interests while ever tighter controls are being applied to traditional choices? Where is the sanity in the persecution of the majority for the benefit of the minority? Why is the public being intentionally dumbed down and what are the names of the people engaged in setting these policies? These names and their actions need to be published across the web… yesterday at the latest.
Who does things like this while genocide is being practiced in Gaza ?


Who are all the people peeking though keyholes in hopes of catching someone at something that wasn’t against the law yesterday? Who is behind the people that arrange crime scenes where no crimes actually took place?..

Who is holding out candy to people with weaknesses in their character in hopes of catching them at something they only got involved in because someone was offering them sugar? In the meantime, large corporations are sexualizing pre-teens through various media and offering them places for exhibition on the largest networking sites on the internet.
Welcome to the madhouse. There are no rules. Yesterdays rules are now against the law. Tomorrows rules are against the law today. The rules change according to a person’s position......(....)

Let’s get the big criminals first and then we can work our way down. Let’s get the people behind the people arresting people for no crimes at all and then go after the people whose criminal behavior sets the standards for all the little criminals whose crimes are fostered by the criminal climate created by the leaders.

 Let’s put the right people in jail AND, if you insist on going crazy because you have been driven nuts by an ever more confused living condition and the pressures created by the actions of those in charge… please have the decency to go crazy on the right people.

Living the Thug Life in Armani
 
Most of the systems of government that have been employed on this planet would work just fine if the right people were employed for the right reasons. A lot more people would know what was going on and the systems would be far more liable to correction on the go if, people weren’t blinded by window dressing. This is the critical deception that permeates our lives. This is where the fashion and political worlds meet. This is where Fifth Avenue turns Wall Street and the governments into a ‘Members Only’, Plato’s Retreat. Those unfamiliar with Plato’s Retreat can rightly assume it’s got nothing to do with Plato.
 
You can also rightly assume that government has nothing to do with the principles behind it. That business has nothing to do with fair exchanges and able dealing …and that religion has nothing to do with God. What we have are thugs in Armani.
 
The soundtracks of our times; Gangsta Rap, Bitch Rap, Thug Rap, Bling Rap, Sex Dominator Rap and Saccharine, Mouseketeer Pop-Rocks come as no accident. They’re designed to set the beat to ruthless enterprise on the one hand and clueless submission on the other. What you see in the movies and on television are no accident and certainly not what the people have collectively asked for because this industry, like the fast food industry; the soft drink industry and the processed foods industry have had the need invented first, followed by the desire to acquire and consume. You can add in just about any industry you choose because it applies across the board.
 
Think of existence as an enveloping bubble, about as real as the game board, created in the movie “The Thirteenth Floor.” Think of existence as exactly the same as justice in the wilderness and the survival of the best adapted and then bring in the fashionistas and the spinmeisters, the set designers and the audio-video techs and you’ve got the jungle with sidewalks and subways. In Nature there’s a balance to all of this and it’s self-adjusting. In the MTV Real World there is no balance and it is not self-adjusting.
 
What we have are thugs in Armani and barbarian gangs in uniforms that provide a sense of organization and structure that takes upon itself the appearance of a reality other than what it is. It always comes back to ‘rule by the big dogs in the yard’. The big dogs are in London at the moment and Obama is going to have tea with The Queen. That should make all the Elton John fans happy. ....(...)

All you need to know about how the thugs in Armani operate you can hear in the words of Joe Hill and Big Bill Haywood but that’s probably another system that also got co-opted and soon enough you couldn’t pick up a hammer on a construction site if you weren’t a carpenter. Cause they got thugs there too.
Two kinds of people in this world; let’s draw an imaginary line right through the center and postulate that the most compromised and clueless of the good and bad are touching each other at the center and that the intelligence and capacity of the aggregate increases in virtue and vice as it moves to the fringe and also becomes sparser and sparser as it goes until there are just a few truly good and truly evil people weaving a deep darkness or shining a brilliant light wherever they may be.
Back at the center and moving to the center of each of the two sections are the foot-soldiers of darkness and light. This is where all the little thug-bots are recruited from as well as those who unconsciously do good because it is the more prevailing aspect of their nature. This is who you move by, around and past each day wherever you are. You can see it at work. This is what makes it work for the big dogs in the yard and what keeps the opposition that there is, shining in their places. In these times it is more likely to find thug run entities because of the greater prevalence of confusion, fear and want.....(...)

Money is changing hands, promises are being made and arms are being twisted, in London and around the world because the goats in rut want some more blood pudding. I can see where this would be a frightening prospect for us all because an attack on Iran is going to create a world of uproar that will touch us everyone. You can be sure they have decided on the locations for the coming false flag(s) and you’ll know that is what it is when it happens.
The way I see it, this is just thug-evil destroying itself, along with whatever has aligned itself with thug-think. In the meantime, the new world that some of us have chosen to embrace, is smiling back at us from the secret heart of our common good. We have to stay focused and we need to be clear about what we want and what we can do without. It would be a pity for any of us to think that we might miss any of the misrepresented, unattractive, disappearing garbage and crap, enough to want to disappear with it when it goes.
A thug in Armani is still a thug and the best thing for you is to let them sort out their own demise without getting caught up in the mix. Keep your head down and your heart open and you might get more than you hoped for.

            There is an alternative group that is in possession of astronomical quantities of gold and will pay off US and UK debt with gold but they will not accept payment in Fed fiat dollars. This group wants to use their gold to kick-start an entirely new financial system that is actually controlled by the people of the planet and not a secret, in-bred cabal.

        In 1994 I was part of a gold transfer from the Philippines to Austria.
        You can read about it in David Guyatt's book, The Secret Gold Treaty
        The group that transferred the gold was Faction Two. They transferred 1500 metric tonnes of gold, with rollovers up to 500,000 metric tonnes.
        Two years ago I was told that more large transfers were going out of the Philippines to 20 countries.
        In my opinion, these 20 countries are the G20, although that is only a guess on my part.
        But... If I am right... that means that these countries have the gold ready to go as soon as the City of London bankers cry uncle. Will they do it? Or will they start a war, a plague or bring on earth changes?

        Sources within the United States intelligence community and members of the Hapsburg royal family have all privately stated that Admiral Wilhelm Canaris was the Grand Master of the Order of the Knights Templar’s up until his death in 1973. It is my belief that the position of Grand Master passed to his son, Admiral Wilhelm Johann, United States Navy, also known as William Raeder. This son was illegitimate in the eyes of the church and the world, but in the eyes of the Knights Templars, he was born to be the Grand Master.
        Because Admiral Canaris was the Grand Master of the Knight’s Templars, the Templar gold from King Solomon’s Temple was sacred to him. He was the protector of the gold and the power that it carried. During World War II, Admiral Canaris made two trips a month from Berlin to Spain, via Switzerland. In Switzerland he picked up the gold from the Austrian Treasury and carried it to submarine bases in the Catalon region of Spain. From there, his son Wilhelm Johann supervised the transport of the gold to Paraguay where it lay hidden until 1955 when its location was discovered. In 1955, the gold was moved to the Phillippines, where it lay for forty years before it was returned to Europe.
        The gold was only one part of the many pieces of the plan that would hopefully destroy the Federal Reserve Bank and prevent its owners from implementing their New World Order.
        When William Casey joined with the remnants of the Canaris Conspiracy, a new conspiracy was created. The new conspiracy was designed to destroy the families who make up the New World Order. The way in which the New World Order would be destroyed would not be by war or death, it would be by the destruction of the financial empire upon which the New World Order depended for power.
        The part of the plan that William Casey played was set in motion during the Nixon years when Casey was the head of the SEC (Security Exchange Commission) At that time, Casey and others, created billions of dollars in counterfeit bearer bonds. The plan for destroying the Federal Reserve would take at least thirty more years.
        The first part of the plan was to create the counterfeit bonds, have them sealed and stamped by the Federal Reserve so that they appear to be genuine, and then have them used as the 10% reserve in thousands of small savings and loans and banks. These S&L’s and banks were started by the CIA during the 70's. Casey new that the second part of his plan had to occur during the 80's, and for it to occur, the banking laws had to be changed.

                                      I have written several articles about Faction 2's plan to destroy the Federal Reserve. The article inserted at the end gives some of the info on the plan.
To really understand how the plan to bankrupt the FED worked, you have to factor in the S&L crisis and remember that the 20 and 30 year phony bonds that are mentioned below went into the 10% reserve of each one of the FAction 2 created S&Ls. When these banks failed, (by design) the phony 10% reserve was "swallowed" by a larger bank who "bought" the S&L. Since the bonds were originally certified by the Fed, no one ever checked them again to see if they were real!
Imagine thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of S&Ls that were "swallowed" by bigger banks, who in turn were "swallowed" by even larger banks. Then remember that those phony bonds could not be cashed for 20 and 30 years. The first batch became redeemable in 1996. That was when the FED found out they were phony! That was when the FED first realized the desparate state of their affairs!
Every year since 1996 MORE of these phony bonds mature. The normal practice would be to "cash them in" and take the profit. But these bonds are counterfeit. There is no place to redeem them.
In other words, not only does the FED have no gold, it has NO 10% reserve! All the FED has is the slave labor of the peasants who have massive credit card debt. I wonder what would happen if all the peasants declared bankruptcy at one time.

        Faction Two is the name that this alternative group uses. It is made up from the countries and families that the New World Order... aka Federal Reserve... aka The City of London Bankers... raped, pillaged and murdered.
        The main players in this group are Austrians.... or maybe I should say Austro-Hungarians. Hungary plays a major role in this because the Hungarian royalty are blood related to the Chinese royalty    through Ghengis Khan.
        The main players are Austria, Russia and China!
        There are other countries who are also part of this alternative group, but the main players are the three countries named above. Members of the royals families of all of these countries are the powers behind this.         In 1994 I was part of a gold transfer. The largest that had ever taken place in the history of the world. Our group transferred 1500 metric tonnes of gold from the Philippines to Austria. There was an agreement that we could continue transferring up to 500,000 metric tonnes.
        And this wasn't even a fraction of the gold that is stored in the Philippines.

And here, but for a number of curious coincidences, my involvement in this story may have also come to an end, too. However, in trying to understand the nature of the black gold market and to discover what was hidden behind the Secret Treaty, I began to uncover a welter of additional information.

For some time I had been in contact with a BBC journalist about a story wholly unconnected to World War II plunder and black gold. [i]  This individual had, in the course of his own investigation, interviewed a former ONI and CIA officer following the latter’s release from custody by Austrian officials in late 1996. The meeting had occurred in a forest in Austria, for security reasons, I was told. The CIA man was Gunther Russbacher -- regarded by some as tricky and potentially deceitful but still others, including author Rodney Stich (Defrauding America) consider him very reliable and extremely knowledgeable in matters of a "black" nature. Russbacher, whose father was an Austrian officer in Nazi intelligence during the war, emigrated to the United States in, I understand, 1954 (although others have the date as 1950) and settled in Oklahoma City. Russbacher’s German connection fits the pattern.
In any event, Russbacher told the BBC journalist that huge quantities of Nazi gold had been shipped to South America, via Spain, just prior to the close of World War II. The loot had sat in South America for a number of years, but as soon as its existence became known to Israeli intelligence the plunder was immediately transferred to the Philippines and hidden, Russbacher said.
Over a year after my interview with Russbacher, I was put in contact with Ken Krohn, who I was told was a business associate of Russbacher's. I telephoned Krohn in California on 27 February 1998, telling him I was conducting research into black market gold deals.

Vast stores of gold are available, in place and waiting to back the new global currencies
There is more than enough gold currently in existence on Earth for each and every human being to be a millionaire without debts of any kind. There is much more gold in store in covert vaults than is officially stated. And there is also a lot more gold available beyond these covert vaults than even the darkside moneymen of the Illuminati know.

Large deposits of gems and precious metals - not just Silver, Gold, Palladium and Platinum, but some others as yet unknown to modern science - have been accumulated and securely stored since the fourteenth century. Most of the Inca, Aztec and Mayan gold of antiquity is extant and secure. And there is much gold in store from earlier civilisations not known to orthodox human history. The Gobi, Tibet, Persia and North Africa, among others, have networks of subterranean vaults packed with treasures of this kind.
These deposits are spiritually protected by The Higher Evolution.

The Higher Evolution also has privileged information about the location of substantial undiscovered gold seams in hundreds of terrestrial locations beyond the reach or knowledge of the mining industry. They also have the technology to extract this gold without environmental damage. In addition, there are benign extraterrestrial sources of gold ready and waiting to be brought on stream. Some of these are said to be very large indeed, particularly those of Venusian origin.

At least two members of the G20 nations are in difficulties here. They have not got the deliverable gold they need to survive the coming changes. Much of the gold held at the American Fort Knox Bullion Depository in Kentucky is not gold at all; it consists of facsimile lead bars painted a gold colour for presentation purposes. This is becoming noticeable as the gold paint fades.        Where the original gold went, and who took it, is shortly to be made public by a former insider.

Much of the US's gold reserves are listed as being Mint-Held Gold in Deep Storage. Dealers have always assumed that this means finished gold bars stored in deep underground vaults beneath places such as Fort Knox, Denver and West Point. The indications are emerging, however, that the term "Deep Storage Gold" is a euphemism for "yet to be mined gold". It doesn't exist in deliverable form;
 it is merely a paperwork forecast about future gold mining potentialities.

In the UK there are problems too. Not all the gold held by the Bank of England is fit for delivery. The gold stored in the BoE vaults began to be accumulated in the early nineteenth century. It takes the form of gold bars, ingots and coins. Current methods of assessing quality have indicated flaws in the purity. Many of the gold bars contain cracks and fissures. The coins contain appreciable quantities of base metals. And much of the British gold lacks up-to-date assay certificates. With gold being central to the new global currencies, these problems are not inconsiderable.

We have talked at length with our Earth allies and the Agarthans, and all agree that a series of preliminary governmental announcements are required. It can mend and restore all the damage and 'unplugging' done to your RNA/DNA during the latter days of Atlantis. Who is Passenham? Who is the German agent working secretly in the heart of the Bank of England?   C-Story

Tensions within the secret government of the West and in China are escalating
Almost immediately after the euphoria of the G20 ended, serious trouble has begun to brew behind the scenes. The problem is that the Bush/Clinton/Rothschilds and their clan elders do not want to give up any of their power. Dominique Strauss Khan a confessé : « Cela revient aussi à faire fonctionner le FMI presque comme une banque centrale »… mondiale.

Pire, la mise en place de cette nouvelle monnaie de référence aurait pour conséquence de couler le dollar et les Etats-Unis, dont la dette globale est probablement équivalente au PIB mondiale. Ce qui ne manquerait pas de déclencher un effondrement en chaîne de tout ce qui reste de l’économie mondiale.

WHY NO COMMISSION ON THE ECONOMY?

This week alone, three different authoritative opinion makers -- Warren Buffet, Thomas Friedman and Stephen Pearlstein -- have equated the current economic crisis with an actual war. And yet despite this feeling of crisis gripping Washington, one idea that has yet to take hold is an idea of creating a commission or task force to study how we got into this mess.

There's no 9/11 Commission, no Iraq Study Group, no Warren Commission. Sure, a few have proposed the idea, including JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, former GOP presidential candidate Sen. John McCain with Sen. Byron Dorgan, as well as Republican Congressman Darrell Issa, but no one else has jumped on the bandwagon.
 
This is odd behavior for Washington. Could it be the folks who run government are fearful of what a commission would find out? Do they think the commission would get into the way? What other reasons? Isn't this something we all have to know at some point which is, how did this happen? Was it something the Fed did? Was it mortgage brokers? Was it everyone? Did the Glass-Steagall Act, which created FDIC insurance, contribute?

Nearly 80 years ago, there was such an appetite. In 1934, a former New York City district attorney named Ferdinand Pecora led a Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs-backed investigation into Wall Street practices during the free-wheeling, laissez faire 1920s.

A recent New York Times op-ed noted the abuses from that era as they were revealed in the Pecora Committee investigations and how they parallel the ones that are slowly being revealed sans commission today.

Then, too, fears existed about what the revelations could do to undermine faith in the markets and capitalism. ...(...)

Obama Assassination Plot By Israeli-Vatican Faction Foiled

Russian Intelligence Analysts are reporting in the Kremlin today that
Turkish and US Security Police foiled an assassination attempt on
President Obama due to take place yesterday during his visit to the
Islamic Nation of Turkey.
United States officials are also confirming this aborted attempt on
President Obama’s life with US Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan
further stating that Obama was “never in any immediate danger” and
Turkish Police reporting that the 3 assassins planning to carry out the
attack were in custody and being interrogated.

These reports state that the 3 assassins planning Obama’s murder had
arrived in Turkey last week on a flight from Rome carrying Moroccan and
Syrian passports and what are believed to be forged press credentials
from the Arab News Service Al-Jazeera and that one of the cell phones
recovered from the ‘safe house’ being used by these plotters in Istanbul
showed ‘repeated’ calls placed to and from Tel Aviv and the Vatican. 

It is believed by Russian Intelligence Experts that both Israel and the
Vatican harbor strong fears against President Obama who they believe is
in the process of shifting American Foreign Policy towards the Arab and
Persian peoples and that by his assassination in a Muslim Nation, by
what was intended to be Islamic terrorists, would re-shift United States
power back towards the Jewish state.

Israel’s new right-wing government under Prime Minister Netanyahu is
stated in these reports to be ‘enraged’ over the United States opening
up to the Islamic Nation of Iran, with whom Obama expressed his
willingness to meet with Iran’s former president Mohammad Khatami on the
sidelines of Alliance for Civilizations summit in Istanbul and US
diplomat Richard Holbrooke had what was described as a cordial meeting
with Iran's deputy foreign minister at the Hague Conference on
Afghanistan last week.

Netanyahu and his new Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman have angered
the US in recent weeks by single handedly destroying years of work for
achieving peace between the Israelis and Palestinians by the trashing of
the Annapolis accords that called for a two-state solution and today
announcing the largest preparations for war in their history, and as we
can read as reported by the Haaretz News Service:

“The Home Front Command is preparing to hold the largest exercise ever
in Israeli history, scheduled to take place in about two months, in
hopes of priming the populace and raising awareness of the possibility
of war breaking out.

Should there be a war, Israel would have insufficient emergency and
rescue response units, according to a senior Home Front Command officer.

Speaking with Haaretz, Col. Hilik Sofer, who is in charge of the
Department for Population at the Home Front Command, said that "in
wartime there will be insufficient Magen David Adom, rescue and chemical
and biological warfare units. Even if we call up the reserves of the
Home Front Command, we will have to rely on the population itself.”

Russian political experts state that Israel’s present elite leadership
class feels it has no course to take other than perpetual war as their
crimes are continuing to be uncovered and many of them expecting to be
indicted soon, including the radical right-wing Foreign Minister
Lieberman and former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, both of whom are said
to be involved in the collapse of the Global banking system they have
long manipulated with the European banking allies the Rothschild’s.

Of the greatest danger being faced by both the Israeli’s and the
Vatican, these reports continue, is President Obama’s attempt to shatter
what has been the European Royal Houses main paradigm of Messianic
Millennialism supported and financed by both the Vatican and Jewish
power elites for the past 3 centuries to cement their control over the
entire World and its peoples in order to keep our human race divided by
war and economic turmoil so that a very few powerfully entrenched
families can benefit over the billions of truly deserving peoples who
presently inhabit our Earth.

Opposed to these Messianic Millennialists, however, are those Orthodox,
Islamic and Eastern power blocs nominally headed by President Obama and
who seek the outright destruction of all National borders and
institutions in favor of a New World Order of Global Leadership which
they believe is the only form of rule that can manage our World and its
peoples as it hurtles towards they believe are the many cataclysmic
changes our Earth is to encounter in but a very few years time.

It is interesting to note that in this titanic battle unfolding between
the Messianic Millennialists and New World Orderists, the
Millennialists received a crippling blow against them when Obama forged
an agreement with the leaders of the World’s most powerful Nations to
abolish bank secrecy wherever found in an effort to cripple the
financial power of both the Vatican and Israel, but which Russian
experts state neither the Vatican or Israelis will succumb to without
Total Global War.

To how ruthless the Vatican-Israeli factions are to protect what they
believe is rightfully theirs, one need look no further that Pope John I,
and who as described in David Yallop’s investigative book “Murder At The
Vatican” says:

“The book by David Yallop, an English Roman Catholic by birth, IN GOD’S
NAME, is not an «inferior whodunnit», as Jean Potin, Assumptionist and
editor-in-chief of La Croix would have us believe. It is the full
result, verifiable in a thousand points, of a skilled piece of

suspected although none of the details were known, of Pope John Paul I
during the night of 28 to 29 September 1978, after a reign of
thirty-three days on the throne of Saint Peter. Yallop denounces the six
presumed partners or authors of this crime, men who were also bound up
in a tissue of other sordid and financial crimes both before and after.
It is a very fine and intelligent piece of work. He determines their
motives, and then minutely reconstitutes, in an amazing manner, Cardinal
Villot’s activity during the twelve hours following the crime to make it
look like a natural death.”

To an unsuspecting World ready to be plunged into the full horrors of
this gigantic war one can only say…to be forewarned is to be forearmed.

World’s Elite Prepare For End
As Earth Said Ready To Hit ‘Reset’ Once Again

A disturbing FSB report on the G-20, NATO and US-EU meetings in Europe involving the leaders of the Western Nations this past week states that on the evening of April 3rd, over 500 of our World’s most elite citizens attended a ‘Black Mass’ at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg presided over by Pope Benedict XVI who was secretly flown into France to preside over this most unusual ceremony.
According to these reports, those attending this Black Mass included President Obama and his wife, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, nearly all senior members of Europe’s Royal Houses and the top American and European bankers and corporate leaders.
 Interesting to note too about those attending this ceremony was the presence of former US Congressional leader Newt Gingrich, who like former Prime Minister Blair
made a surprise conversion to Roman Catholicism.

Choosing the location of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg for the holding of this Black Mass provides clues as to greater meaning of this ceremony as this majestic edifice was built upon the much older foundations of a temple whose beginnings stretch back into our Earth’s pre-history and dedicated to the ancient goddess Cybele, meaning
‘Mountain Mother’, or in the Greek language, Gaia (the Earth).
During the 7th Century the worship of the Mountain Mother was changed to that of the Virgin Mary of the Christian religion at this ancient location     and between the years of 1176-1439 the great cathedral was built and which remained the World’s tallest structure until 1874       and today remains the 6th tallest church of any kind on the whole Earth.

Though ancient in origin, the history of the Black Mass, said in these reports to have been preformed by Pope Benedict XVI in Strasbourg, has its modern beginnings in France beginning during the 16th Century by The Queen of France Catherine de' Medici, and which to this day is known to be the ‘official’ mass of the Vatican and its elite rulers. Important to note is that the signature emblem of the Black Mass is the inverted
(upside down) Christian Cross said to mock the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and which has been carved into every Papal Throne since the late 4th Century. [See bottom photo left]

Though the exact rituals preformed by Pope Benedict XVI for these elite leaders remain shrouded in mystery, the reasons for them being done now is not as evidence continues to emerge that our Earth is undergoing the most profound changes in nearly 10,000 years, and which our most ancient myths state are but the beginning of the ending of our present age.
In this past week alone, NASA has reported we are experiencing the “quietest sun we've seen in almost a century”, the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) has warned that the breakaway of a Jamaica-sized ice shelf from the Antarctic peninsula could accelerate global warming, and Australian astronomers are warning that the Death Star Wolf-Rayet 104 could go supernova and wipe out all life on Earth.
While Western scientists continue to view these accelerating events as separate events and occurrences, Russian scientists have long viewed them as homogenous, meaning that one cannot be separated from another but all belong to a greater whole.

Nowhere is this more evident then the West’s refusal to warn their peoples of the findings reported in Russian scientist Dr. Alexey N. Dmitriev’s 1997 scientific treatise PlanetoPhysical State of the Earth and Life, and which in its summary paragraph states:
“Current PlanetoPhysical alterations of the Earth are becoming irreversible. Strong evidence exists that these transformations are being caused by highly charged material and energetic non-uniformity's in anisotropic interstellar space
 which have broken into the interplanetary area of our Solar System.
This "donation" of energy is producing hybrid processes and excited energy states in all planets, as well as the Sun. Effects here on Earth are to be found in the acceleration of the magnetic pole shift, in the vertical and horizontal ozone content distribution,
and in the increased frequency and magnitude of significant catastrophic climatic events.
There is growing probability that we are moving into a rapid temperature instability period similar to the one that took place 10,000 years ago.
The adaptive responses of the biosphere, and humanity, to these new conditions may lead to a total global revision of the range of species and life on Earth. It is only through a deep understanding of the fundamental changes taking place in the natural environment surrounding us        that politicians, and citizens a like, will be able to achieve
balance with the renewing flow of PlanetoPhysical states and processes.”

But, not to protecting their peoples are these Western leaders about    as, instead, they seek only to protect and save themselves, and as new reports from the United States and Japan are showing that many of their elite are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars building underground bomb-type shelters to protect them from the many catastrophes that lie ahead of us all,     and which was foretold in the Christian Bibles New Testament Book of Luke [22:30], and which says of these End Times these elites would “Then they will begin to say to the mountains, fall on us, and to the hills, cover us.”

To the greatest meaning, however, of all of these events it is this…to each many alone will their survival have to be found     as those who rule over them care not at all of the billions soon to die, only themselves.
And, in the search for that which may help them survive, those left alone by their leaders must seek above all else the truest information they can find, and which their elite rulers continually deny to these peoples
who remain for the greater part totally lost, and even more confused.

A Borderless World: The Long Held Dream of The Bilderberg Group

'Bilderberg will continue to push for world government at the May 14-19 secret meeting in Vouliagmeni, Greece, according to a participant. Alice Rivlin, who has represented the Brookings Institution at Bilderberg, smiled and nodded when asked if the agenda this year includes "world government, a world without borders and an American Union".'

    In a separate Bilderberg development, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner tripped over his mouth and let the truth escape while addressing the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. The CFR is heavily represented at Bilderberg meetings.
Geithner expressed support for a proposal to replace the dollar as the world’s reserve currency with a basket of currencies that would be managed by the Inter - national Monetary Fund.
“We’re actually quite open to that,” he said. Publicly, both Geithner and President Obama say they are opposed to the idea.

As discussed below,, "Pogue Mahone" (the pseudonym Warman uses to post his hate messages) means "Kiss my arse". "Judge" Lustig declined to do so, and Richard Warman's arse did not stand up in court.
 
If nothing else, the CHRT and CHRC understand that it is no longer in their interest to be associated with this weird, self-aggrandizing Stormfront poster. One hopes that Bernie Farber will come to see things the same way.'

Richard Warman, Canada's most famous Stormfront member and a plaintiff on every Section 13 complaint to come before the Canadian "Human Rights" Tribunal in the last seven years, appears to have come a cropper. At this rate, even Randy Richmond, the devoted admirer of Mr Warmfront's bicycle, may find The London Free Press no longer willing to print quite so many fawning profiles.

What happened was this: Last summer, shortly after dismissing the Maclean's/Steyn case, the Canadian "Human Rights" Commission announced it was no longer on board with Mr Warmfront's pursuit of his latest no-name Internet loser and would not be appearing with him before the Tribunal. Those of us who want to rid Canada of this racket have a long way to go but it appears we have succeeded in sowing some discord among a hitherto indivisible alliance. Just as the Justice Department and even B'nai Brith were putting some distance between themselves and the blundering hacks of the Commission, the Commission decided to put some clear blue water between itself and its hitherto most favored son, Mr Warmfront.

Now, in an otherwise routine Section 13 case, the Tribunal has decided to do likewise. In his decision, "Judge" Lustig concludes: ...(....)

Swat Girl Flogging Video Fake, Official Says
'A top government official of Pakistan's Taliban-controlled Swat region has made a surprise claim that the amateur video clip shown by television channels of a 17-year-old girl being flogged was fabricated, media reports say.
Malakand Division Commissioner Syed Mohammad Javed was quoted by local media as saying that the incident shown in the video clip had not happened in the Swat valley and that the accents of the people heard speaking in the video were not those of the region.'

Warren is actually on audio tape phoning the Reverend Jesse Jackson Jr.'s brother and warning him that he was under FBI surveillance and was about to be busted in a sting operation in which Reverend Jesse Jackson Jr.'s brother was to pay $1 MILLION to an alleged representative of then Illinois Governor Blagojevich in exchange for appointing the Reverend Jesse Jackson Jr. as the next U.S. Senator from Illinois.
Warren also broke the Fitzgerald investigation of Blagojevich in his Chicago Tribune newspaper the morning of the night that the Fitzgerald FBI sting was suppose to take place.
Illinois Governor Blagojevich was then arrested that morning.
Warren, a British Intelligence asset, and a FBI Division 5 counter-intelligence agent, was clearly involved in Obstruction of Justice and Misprision of Felony when he used his power and Chicago Tribune editor to protect his fellow FBI Division 5 stooge, the Reverend Jesse Jackson Jr.
