verify that arrest warrants are to be served on those

followed OBAMA/GEITHNER orders to pull the packs back.
The World Court has again issued orders for packs to
leave Treasury for
immediate delivery.
As you can observe they follow the order to get
them out then
immediately pull them back,
a favorite trick of BUSH and now OBAMA.

regarding package movement and the outcomes and
consequences of the
illegal activity described above. OBAMA is with MERKLE

is time for everyone to wake up and to see
things more clearly.
Those of
you with a spark of Creator God have nothing
to fear. Even if
attacked by someone, anyone, if you follow your
instincts and react
without thought in self-defense, you will be
fine. Your Guide or
Guardian Angel is always with you. As I said,
clones have very strong
survival instincts. If a souled individual says
to his attacker,
"I call upon the God within you to stop
this!"
a souled attacker might truly stop. A clone
will not stop
his attack.
Still, I repeat, most of you have absolutely
nothing to
fear. How often in the past five years have you
gotten into a knock
down, drag out fight? Most of you would say
decades, not years. Most of
you haven't fought since you were teenagers and
some of you not even
then.
So, are there any clones that you might need
to be warned
of? YES. There are many clones in your
governments and military
especially. And, yes, many of them are in
leadership positions.

a year ago
showing President Bush in his pickup truck in
Texas with a black box on
the back of his shirt. Well, that box, although
rumored to be a
receiver for advice from someone telling him
what to say to the press
and other people, was really part of a
programming device because this
was a new clone put in place. As of today,
President Bush has had 47
replacement clones activated to keep the
illusion going that he is
still alive and functioning. The soul that was
this president, is no
longer in this realm. Some might say he is in
"limbo" while others
would explain that he has gone to where all
souls go upon death of
their physical body. Anyway, he is dead and so
are his mother, father
and wife.
I know this will come as a shock to many of
you, maybe even
most of you, but Dhyana asked me to speak
honestly and with as much
detail as I thought wise. After all, our goal
here is ascension by
increased consciousness of All That Is and
clones are a part of All
That Is.
Again I state, there is nothing to fear about
clones, even
though they now exercise great power over you in
all aspects of your
lives. They could, however, present a danger
should you allow their
continuance in such power, because they will
always use power for self
gain and not for the good of the whole. So, what
can you do about it?

is
actually a very timely message because you are
about to hear about
massive banking fraud on a global basis that
perhaps you had the
inkling of an idea about or a gut feeling about,

crazy idea and probably not true. Well, I am

that it IS true and most of this has been
created by the programmed
clones.
Mother Earth and her inhabitants have now
come to the point
where each one must decide for his or herself
whether s/he wants to
ascend or to stay behind with the clones and the
3-D world. For the
most part, you have already ascended, for
ascension is about the
raising of vibrations and not about instantly

face of the earth. You can tell you have shifted

satisfied being lead around by

powers you gave them and

clones: the U.S.
President, the U.S. Vice President, almost all
of the U.S. Senate,
almost all of the U.S. Congress, most heads of
government on a State
and even City level, especially the big cities.
The Queen of England is
a clone, the Pope, the heads of "most" religions
and evangelical
movements, the heads of major banks, Henry
Kissinger, etc. In other
words, if any souled being gets to a position of
power and refuses to
follow all of the rules given to them by the
true controllers of this
planet, they are killed and replaced by a clone

Clones can be programmed to be extremely
compatible to you
and perhaps seem to be a perfect mate. However,
I must warn you that
any children from such a bonding would probably
be soulless and
unchallenged by another soul, you would probably
not learn much about
yourself that would help you to quickly continue
your spiritual

If the latest reports are true that the
US Government has
declared "Bankruptcy" as of 31 March 2009
this means that Federal
Reserve Notes (FRN's or the current FED
printed currency) is no longer
of any value as the FED too would be
declared "insolvent" and the IRS
(as the illegal collection agency for the
FED) would also be insolvent
and bankrupt.
Thus
if the United States "Corporation"
Washington DC has filed for
bankruptcy you should logically not pay
any taxes to an illegal IRS/Fed
consortium until such time as they can
officially and legally prove
their right to accept such payments,
particularly in worthless FRN's.
Paying anyone with fraudulent paper is a
fraud and you certainly don't
want to be a co-conspirator in fraud.

recommendation to all Americans is that by
15 April 2009, you place
all your taxes into an escrow account at
your local bank with
instructions to release the funds to the
IRS only when they can
officially prove that they have the right
and legal authority to
collect such illegal and unconstitutional
taxes and in what valid
currency.
For employees, please be reminded to
demand that your
employer no longer has your permission to
deduct withholding taxes from
your salaries, but as above, do place the
appropriate taxes into the
same type of escrow account. Then
wait to see what happens.
If
the FED/IRS cannot prove their
constitutional and legal status
(other than being insolvent and bankrupt)
then you will be able to get
all your money back.
This unraveling scenario will result in
a new US Treasury
currency (Rainbow Dollars as they are
being called) on a 1:1 swap for
most people and foreign governments, but
not for the crooks and
banksters. Funny isn't it that they
are all being paid in FRN's
that are really worthless....here and in

Swerdlow talks at great length
about the reptilian agenda and
the Draco in his book Blue Blood, True
Blood: Conflict and Creation.
Stewart says that the reptilians were
originally created by some beings
he calls "the transparent people" and he
reveals how they were
"programmed to conquer and absorb all of
the races and species that
they encountered." He also adds that they
are programmed "to believe
that they are the superior physical form."
Swerdlow explains how the Draco warred
with the humanoid
Lyraens who fled to other parts of the
galaxy including the Pleiades
and the Earth.
He says that most of the Draco are
androgynous and reproduce
by parthenogenesis or cloning
themselves but there is also a male group
that conquers and hybridises
with other races. Sounds very much like
the "sons of God."
On the subject of hybridisation of
vastly different species
you are probably thinking this doesn't
make any sense because it is
widely known that you cannot mate one
animal with another of a
different type and expect offspring,
however, by genetic manipulation
you can. This is exactly what scientists
are doing now when they are
placing genetic information from very
different lifeforms in
combination with other genes to create new
varieties.
There is the idea that this tinkering
with the DNA structure

born outside

Melchizedek-Hibiru Cloister Essene father.
It was not an Immaculate
Conception, but rather orchestrated via
traditional means through a
couple chosen and prepared by the Priests of
Ur.
His
mother's name was Jeudi,
his father Joehius; both were leaders
within the Blue Flame
Melchizedek Essene sect.
The child's soul essence
was born of the HU-4 avatar Sananda,
and the child was named Jesheua-Melchizedek
(herein Jesheua-12),
who later became known as Jesus, son
of Mary and Joseph.
The
personages of Mary
and Joseph were not the parents of
this avatar child, they
were the parents of a ninth-level avatar soon
to follow. Jesheua-12
was born to descendants of the house of
Solomon, and
taken in infancy into the custody of the Priests
of Ur.
In
7 BC the Elohim orchestrated
the birth of a
ninth-level avatar, who would serve to
re-integrate the Templar-Axion
Sealed souls of Sirius B, back into the
Sphere of Amenti and
restructure the patriarchal Templar creed to
be more reflective of the
Law of One. This child was named
Jeshewua (herein Jeshewua-9),
and the stories of his birth to the
Hebrew-Melchizedek Essenes Mary and
Joseph are recorded as the birth of
Jesus in
contemporary Christian doctrine. Jeshewua
was not born of an Immaculate
Conception either, but rather through
the visitation of an ET Nephilim,
who, like King Melchizedek had been,
was part of the entity
named Jehovah.
The
entity Jehovah,
who was one of the original contributors to
the creation of the Sirian-Anunnaki
races of HU-2, had worked with
the Elohim since the time of the
Treaty of El-Annu 848,000 years ago. Jeshewua's
mother Mary
was also born of ET Nephilim
conception. Following the
events of Akhenaton's reign,
the Elohim did not want
knowledge of ET ancestry available to the
general human populations, so
the truth of Jeshewua's birth was
hidden within the story of
the Immaculate Conception.
Through
the centuries
that followed the births of the two avatars,
the life stories of Jesheua-12
and Jeshewua-9, plus another man
who was not an avatar,
became consolidated into one personage
called Jesus Christ.
With the birth
of Jesheua-12,
the 12th-level avatar, the Hebrew and
Melchizedek morphogenetic field
in Alcyone was reintegrated
into the Sphere of
Amenti. Through Jesheua-12
the integrity of the Hebrew
Melchizedek genetic imprint was restored, and
he became known by some
as the "savior" of the Jewish peoples for this
reason.
The portions
of the Amenti
Sphere that had been trapped within Earth's
D-2 morphogenetic field, as
a result of Akhenaton's reign,
were realigned and the
integrity of the Sphere of Amenti was once
again restored. In a greater
sense, Jesheua-12 became the savior
for the races, for through
his birth the Halls of Amenti
could once again be
opened.
The realigned
Sphere
of Amenti was kept in storage
within the UHF bands of D-3, now
under protection of the Azurites of the Ra
Confederacy.
At age
20 (8 AD),
following his study in Persia and India, Jesheua-12
was taken
to Egypt by the Priests of Ur. At the Great
Pyramid of Giza, while Jesheua-12
was between 20 and 33 years of age (8 AD
through 21 AD),
he and
the Blue Flame
Melchizedek Essenes secretly orchestrated
ascension for various groups,
directly through the portal passage of the Arc
of the Covenant.
(Ascensions conducted while the Halls of
Amenti were closed could only
be done through the energy field of a
12th-level avatar, whose
bio-energetic field could carry the energy
fields of others through the
seals on the Sphere of Amenti. Through the
energy fields of the avatar,
people could pass through the Arc of the
Covenant, into the Blue Flame
of Taras morphogenetic field and into Tara.)

genetic restructuring are
considered to be of Celestial Human
lineage as they carry the full 12-strand
DNA Silicate Matrix
within their operational genetic codes,

racial line. (The Silicate Matrix
appears within family

called into activation via opening of chakra

Various groups within Root Races 3-5 and
Cloister races 3-6, along with
several other hybrid race strains, were chosen
for this genetic
realignment, so the Silicate Matrix

random throughout present-day human genetic

32 years old (25 AD), with the assistance of
supportive Templar
Melchizedek Essenes, the Elohim exiled Jeshewua-9,

(the woman who carne to be known as Mary
Magdalene in Biblical

to avoid political persecution.
Another
man, by the
name of Arihabi, who was a
Jerusalem-born Hebrew-Annu-Melchizedek,
was led by the Elohim, through a series of
visions, to believe that he
was the true Jeshewua-9, and this is the man who
was crucified.......
The
resurrection of the "body of
Christ"/Arihabi, was orchestrated by the
Elohim through the use of
holographic inserts, but Arihabi
was indeed resurrected following the
holographic display. In return for
his assistance in diverting attention from Jeshewua-9,
the body
of Arihabi was restored to life by the
Elohim,
even though he was not an avatar. He was then
taken to India, where he
lived for another 30 years.
Upon his
natural death, Arihabi's
soul essence was ascended to Sirius B
through the Third
Eye of Horus portal bridge. .....
The teachings
of Jeshewua-9
and the Templar Melchizedeks became the
primary foundations for both
the contemporary Jewish and Christian faiths,
but the Jewish religion
did not acknowledge Jeshewua-9 as
their savior.

truth, Jesheua-12was the true
savior of the Hebrew peoples, for he
re-entered their race morphogenetic field into
the Sphere of Amenti.
Few people knew of Jesheua-12 and his
Blue Flame
Melchizedek Essene ascension school,
so the majority of the
Hebrew people did not realize that their
foretold Messiah had, indeed,

Even
though Jesheua-12's
accomplishments went unnoticed by the majority
of the Hebrew people,
his affect on the restoration of their genetic
development was valid,
an
unseen gift to the
Hebrew peoples for which Jesheua-12
did not receive credit.

the full 12-strand DNA imprint,
and six women of various
Melchizedek Cloister sub-races were chosen to

the six females to
receive the seed of Jesheua-12 was
matched to a male Blue Flame
Melchizedek who would serve as adoptive father
to the child of

interact directly with the
raising of these children, nor did he serve as
husband to any of the
six women chosen to carry his seed. The
children were created through
sacred procreative rites for the sole purpose
of perpetuating the 12strand
DNA pattern within the human

Descendants
of these children became spread throughout
various regions,
some appearing within the French
Aristocracies, others
within the Celtic, Egyptian
and African genetic lines. One
line of the descendants of Jesheua-12
now resides within the continental United
States. Of the six families
of Jesheua-12 that were seeded between
18 AD and 23 AD, five of
the children survived to bring the 12-strand
DNA lineage
into the contemporary human gene pool.

three children also prospered and spread
throughout various nations to

the original Jesheua-12
teachings have survived into the present time,
though there are
remnants of these teachings secretly
preserved in France,

left Earth through

He did not die, but rather bodily ascended to
Tara, and
has since evolved far beyond the confines of

of the Covenant was resealed

when Earth's grid rose high

carried traces of genetic distortions from the

Seals, which would need to be cleared prior to

Melchizedeks, Blue Flame

Matrix groups have assisted,
and continue to assist, many individuals in
clearing their genetic
codes in preparation for ascension.
All present-day
ideologies that teach
conscious evolution, and DNA activation
and transmutation,
are geared toward this purpose, including the
new information currently
being provided by various guardian ET and
extraterrestrial forces.
Jesheua-12,
the 12th-level
Turaneusiam avatar from Tara, fulfilled
his purposes on Earth.
Through him the Sphere of Amenti was made
ready for re-entry into
Earth's core, following which the Halls of
Amenti would eventually be
opened. The race morphogenetic field had been
reunited, so following
the opening of the Halls of Amenti, all souls
could again ascend
through Amenti, once their genetic imprint had
evolved to assemble
the fourth and fifth DNA
strand. The plan for
preparing the races for the 2017 AD ascension
wave was put back on
schedule. Since 27 AD, when the avatar Jesheua-12

Earth evolved under

Russian
state TV says US spying at Kyrgyzstan air base Rossiya television
has released a clip of a documentary to
be aired on Sunday
5th April 2009 which shows how the
United States runs
intelligence operations from its Manas air base
in Kyrgyzstan, used for
supplying foreign troops in Afghanistan.
Kyrgyzstan told Washington in
February 2009 to close the air base after it
secured a $2 billion
economic aid package from Russia.
AIG and
other insurers wrote phoney reinsurance
contracts for decades And
when AIG wrote hundreds of billions of dollars
in credit default swap

There are two basic
problems with side letters. First, they are a
criminal act, a fraud
that usually carries the full weight of an "A"
felony in many
jurisdictions. Second, once the side letter is
discovered by a
persistent auditor or regulator examining the
buyer of protection, the
transaction becomes worthless.
You pay $6 million to AIG
to shift risk via the reinsurance, but the side
letter makes it clear
that the transaction is a fraud and you lose any
benefit that the
apparent risk shifting might have provided.
Obama to US bankers:
"My administration is the only
thing between you and the pitchforks." Arrayed
around a long mahogany table in the White
House state dining room, the
CEOs of what were once the most powerful
financial institutions in the
world offered several explanations for paying
high salaries to their
employees. At each place around the table sat
a single glass of water.
For those who finished their glass, no refills
were offered. And no
group photograph was taken of the CEOs with
the president. It was a
wake for yesterday's men.
Outcry in Pakistan after video of a 17-year-old
girl's
flogging by the Taliban is shown on TV

• Renewed controversy over peace deal in Swat valley The girl's brother assisted in
the assault. Muslim Khan, a
Taliban spokesman, defended the punishment as
appropriate under Islamic
law, but said it should have been applied by a
pre-pubescent boy in a
private setting. "She had to be punished," he
told Geo News. "The
punishment administered by local Taliban was in
our knowledge and they
did the right thing, but the method was wrong."

The Pakistani government has ordered an
inquiry into the
flogging of a 17-year-old woman by Taliban
militants in the troubled
Swat valley, after public outrage triggered by
shocking video footage
of the punishment.
The images, played yesterday on private
television channels,
show a burka-clad woman being pinned to the
ground by two men while a
third whips her backside 34 times. The woman
is seen screaming and
begging for mercy as a crowd of largely silent
men look on. She is
accused of having had an illegal sexual
relationship, according to
local law. Her brother is among those
restraining her.
President Asif Ali Zardari led a wave of
public
condemnation, and ordered the arrest of the
perpetrators. Prime
minister Yousaf Raza Gilani termed it
"shocking" and called for an
immediate inquiry.......
But the talk of arrests and inquiries are
unlikely to amount
to much. The Pakistan
government's writ has all but collapsed in
Swat, where armed militants
loyal to a hardline preacher named Maulana
Fazlullah have taken
control. The teenage woman was flogged in
Kabbal, a remote district
where Taliban rule is the law. An order by the
chief justice to produce
the woman in Islamabad next Monday is unlikely
to be heeded.
Muslim Khan, a Taliban spokesman, defended
the punishment as
appropriate under Islamic law, but said it
should have been applied by

That assertion was challenged by Islamic
scholars who
appeared on television chat shows throughout
the day, often in between
clips of outraged comments from ordinary
Pakistanis. Harsh punishments
such as flogging and stoning are considered to
have been imported from
the Middle East, and at odds with the milder
version of Islam
that is indigenous to South Asia...........
Once a picturesque valley favoured by
honeymooning couples,
Swat is now better known as a centre of
violence and repression. An
estimated 1,200 people have been killed and at
least 250,000 have fled
since hostilities erupted almost two years
ago.
Women have been particularly hard hit. The
Taliban have
burned or bombed 200 girls' schools, shot dead
female performing
dancers and dumped their bodies in the street,
and imposed harsh
restrictions on women venturing into public.
The peace deal has brought a measure of
peace to Swat, and a
hybrid judicial system mixing Islamic and
traditional law has become
operational. But Zardari has refused to sign a
bill finalising Islamic
law, saying he will only do so when peace
becomes permanent.
Controversy also erupted over the timing of
the video. Local
reporters and human rights activists told the
Guardian that the
flogging had taken place within the past three
weeks. But the
provincial government and the Taliban insisted
that it occurred long
before the Swat peace deal was signed on
February 16.
In different interviews Khan variously
estimated the timing
at between two, nine and 12 months ago. Mian
Iftikhar Hussain, the
provincial information minister, said the
flogging took place on
January 3, and accused those airing the tape
of wanting to scupper the
peace process. ......
Some worry that the "Talibanisation"
of the frontier
could eventually spread into the rest of
Pakistan. .....
'The premise of the movie
from
which those scenes are drawn, the 1984 jingo-fest Red
Dawn, is
the conquest of the Midwestern United States by a
Soviet/Cuban/Nicaraguan invasion force. Wildly
implausible at the time,
that storyline has not gained credibility over the past
quarter-century.
However, the movie's
depiction
of young, athletic mountain boys harrying and wearing
down a vastly
superior military force through guerrilla tactics
in some ways foretold
the
eventual defeat of Soviet forces in Afghanistan, and
Washington's
impending defeat there as well.
In
addition to presenting a creditable dramatization of
fourth
generation warfare, the movie also offers some valid
insights regarding
the tactics employed by totalitarian rulers and those
who oppose them.
While it's profoundly doubtful that Americans will be
ground beneath
the heel of a Russian-led occupation force, there's
a growing
likelihood that the government ruling us - a
quasi-socialist
kleptocracy supported by a militarized proto-police
state - will
metastasize into undisguised totalitarianism.'......
What do such
unpleasant matters have to do with life in contemporary
America? The
tragic answer to that question is: A great deal.
Many people
were
shocked just a few weeks ago when we were given a
reminder that the
government ruling us compiles a roster of official enemies,
and that the
enforcement arm of Leviathan's state-level affiliates is
being trained
to recognize "danger signs" of political "extremism."
These entities are
jointly operated by
state, local, and federal law enforcement and
intelligence agencies,
with involvement by some branches of the military and
even a select few
nominally private sector entities.
The "report"
itself is a product of the same congeries of left-wing "watchdog" groups who
have been laboring for decades to criminalize
everything but
"progressive" opinion and activism.......
They
taxonomize
us as terrorists and enemies of the state not because
they
have misinterpreted our values and objectives, but
because they
honestly regard us to be such, irrespective of our
efforts to pursue
the vindication of our ideals through lawful and
peaceful means. They
consider us to be the domestic enemy. We should be
thankful for their
candor, and earnestly reciprocate that designation.
This
means,
at the very least, that in our dealings with the State's
agents,
particularly those employed by what the Russians call
the "Organs of State Security,"
we should
follow Solzhenitsyn's advice: "Don't believe them, don't
fear them,
don't ask anything of them." We certainly should not
support them,
respect them, or seek to cultivate a relationship with
them. Doing so
will inevitably lead to compromise and collaboration.
....... Why
should
constitutionalists seek to have a "relationship" of any
kind with a governmental entity that
exists without constitutional
warrant? Fusion centers are designed to amalgamate law
enforcement
under federal control, which would be entirely
impermissible, from a
constitutional perspective, even if they were
generating reliable
intelligence regarding legitimate terrorist threats.
Why should any organization that
advertises
its supposed expertise regarding Communist subversion
embrace a course
of action that could be summarized in the slogan: "Support your local Homeland
Security Soviet"? .....
The only principled approach to dealing
with
the fusion centers, and the entire Soviet-style
"Homeland Security"
apparatus, is to agitate for its abolition,
rather than helping
to consolidate the power of that apparatus by treating
it as legitimate
in any sense......
'The one-day extravaganza
called
the G20 summit meeting ended on April 2 just as most
political meetings
ended: with a lot of promises, few specifics, and no
identification of
who will pay.
What is a summit meeting?
It is
a junket for heads of state. What is a junket? It is a
taxpayer-funded
trip abroad for Congressmen and their wives - and
sometimes
without their wives, for the really popular junkets.
One of the astounding
things
about G20 or G7 summit meetings is that stock market
investors briefly
believe that the pronouncements of politicians regarding
what they
intend to do, really want to do, and cross their hearts
and hope to die
will in fact do, will actually be done.' ....(...)
I
regard
this as not so much a promise as a threat. They really
will do
everything necessary to reestablish economic growth. The
problem is
this: the policies that governments adopt to establish
economic growth
will reduce economic growth. They transfer assets from
the private
capital markets to the markets for government debt. Then
the money is
spent by one set of government bureaucrats to fund the
projects of
another group of bureaucrats. There is no profit and
loss system to
assure the planners that they are in fact meeting the
needs of
consumers. The money meets the needs of incumbent
politicians. Why this
should lead to economic growth is a mystery, but
Keynesian economics
teaches that it will.
CONCLUSION
We
are
seeing the destruction of capital on a massive
international basis. We
have already seen the loss of something in the range of
$50 trillion of
investment capital. It is not clear that the trillion
dollar spent by
the IMF will significantly harm the international
economy. In terms of
the size of the international economy, this money is
chump change.
Why
anyone would believe that this piddling amount of money
will in some
way restore economic growth to what the position paper
calls the worst
crisis in modern times is a mystery to me. But investors
believe the
press release.
'Thank the Lord
that
Barack Obama is an usurper president and not a real
President of these
United States, for if he were then the above image
of the deep
head and bended-knee bow of submission (Islam) before
King Abdullah of
Saudi Arabia
would be
the
surest sign that his "my Muslim faith" gaffe comment in
front of the
whole nation while a guest on George Stephanopoulos
