Penalize Bank Oligarchs to Help Cover the $3 Trillion or More
Obama Will Be Spending On His EconWar
1) yes, I think we are at war. This is a war not unlike
we've fought in Iraq, where the enemy is within our country. These
agents of the enemy, many of them terrorists, have done massive damage
to the US and the world economies. They may not be directly connected
to Al Qaeda or Bin Laden, but there is no doubt that their
self-interest-driven actions have aided and abetted the goals of Bin
Laden. For years, the war was lower key, more of a
class war. But it's gone out of control.
It is
time to define who the enemies in this "war," who the agents of
economic terrorism actually are.
2) It is
highly
likely Obama will spend at least and probably far more than $3 trillion
to fight this war-- possibly $10 trillion. Some of it will be
congressionally approved, some of it will come from other means. It
will probably be necessary to extricate the US and the rest of the
world from the World EconWar produced crisis we face.
3) As we fight
this Econwar and identify the enemy-- the econterrorists and pirates--
we must retroactively punish them, starting with taking back the
plunder they took from companies we are now rescuing.
Call me crazy, or some wild liberal, but I'm not satisfied,
watching Henry Paulson enable the rogue corporations that have put our
economy into a crisis. Call me crazy if I don't understand why these
failed corporate heads are STILL getting tens of millions in pay. Call
me crazy if I don't understand why aren't they all being fired and
replaced? And call me crazy if I see our financial system as one
that
allowed the US to be looted-- yes-- when companies are so big they
can't be allowed to fail, and when they demand hundreds of billions
from we-the-people, then our nation is being looted-- by... what do you
call them? Pirates? Financial terrorists who are destroying our
economy? Maybe I am crazy. But going along, doing business as Henry
Paulson has proposed, first this way, then another totally different

The men who ran the US economy into the ground, who failed
miserably at responsibly running their companies, have pirated
billions. They framed the theft as salary and bonuses. It doesn't
matter if the contracts looked legal. It doesn't matter if these thugs
didn't break any laws. These pirates declared war on the American
people, on the USA's and world's economies. They have done MORE damage
than any other terrorist or terrorist organization.
It is time for the congress to pass a law, or for Obama to sign
an
order that fines these pirates, thieves, hijackers, terrorist corporate
leadership failures. The fine should be very big-- something like 90 or
95% of the amount, above, say two million dollars, of all they took in
all forms, from the companies they brought down. If they have to sell
their mansions and yachts, well, good! If jail terms are thrown in,
even better.
Currently, these thugs are living high on the hog, enjoying the
power and influence that great wealth brings. They are treated as
successes and corporate heroes. They don't deserve it. Instead, they
deserve to be identified, villified and brought down as parasites and
crooks who not only brought their companies down, but also gutted
them. Many of them also contibuted directly and even more,
through
lobbyists, to get the deregulation and the politicians who engaged in
deregulation.
If these economic enemies of America don't go to jail, which
seems
just and fair to me, they should at least go broke. Let them live on
social security or unemployment insurance. Or let them find jobs at new
companies stupid enough to hire them. And absolutely forbid any company
which hires them to receive bailout funds from the US government or the
Federal Reserve. Or, put it this way. Make them pariahs, not
allowed
to be hired by any company receiving bailout or emergency government or
federal reserve help.
And let's make that law which fines these pirates also regulate
salaries, so it is no longer possible for ANY corporate executive to
make 1000 or 5000 or even 500 times what the lowest paid worker earns.
Let's set a limit. And let's make sure that these CEO, CFO,
C-Pirate-O's don't get big bucks unless they deliver for the long
term-- say seven years. Allow them to get big bonuses if the profits
they bring in are still there seven years later, or ten years later.
And even then, tax them at the levels President Eisenhower tolerated--
over 90%.
Every day, lately, we're seeing the mainstream media report on
Obama's latest appointees-- of "generals" in the War on the
financial/economic crisis. It's time they also start reporting on the
enemy leaders-- the corporate pirate princes who put the US and the
world in the disastrous situation we face-- one which we know will get
far worse before it gets better.
I am not anti-business. I AM anti-rapacious, anti-human,
anti-social, anti-irresponsible business led by pirates who make
decisions that lead to economic conditions which cause the suffering of
hundreds of millions. You know how AIG is throwing luxurious parties at
exotic places? Fire the people who let them go on. That CITIGROUP
sports arena for $400 million- fire the people demanding that be kept.
And with all those trillions being spent to bail out banks-- spent a
few billion on auditors who have full access to these banks records and
plans-- so we can ferret out all the profligate pirates who don't get
it that we are at war, that we are in an emergency and the old business
of spending all you can get away with is over-- that now, doing that
will get you fired, fined and maybe even prosecuted and jailed.
I am not (yet) a business or economy reporter or writer. But it
is
clear to me that the damage these filthy rich oligarch have done,
including Hank Paulson and Larry Summers, with their deregulations that
allowed the toxic financial elements, like credit share swaps,
derivatives, etc., is huge. These corporate pirates deserve to at the
least, have the money and wealth they pried from these failing
companies taken back. They deserve to have all their bank accounts
attached, their properties sold out from under them.
Let's get something straight. By the time Obama is done, we will
not be talking about $500 or $700 billion more in bailout money that
our president-elect will have spent. By the time he is done, I
guarantee he will, including money spent under his command, through the
Federal Reserve (indirectly, but under him, nonetheless) will exceed
three trillion dollars and could reach as high as ten trillion. This
may seem high. But Bush has lready spent seven trillion and we are
still going down further, into a worse, more difficult situation.(...)

The Iran-Contra connection cost Gates his
first shot to become CIA director in 1987, but President George H.W.
Bush gave him another chance in 1991. Gates was helped by friends on

In 1992-93, CIA Director Gates got

again when Boren and Hamilton emerged as senior foreign policy advisers
to Obama. They are now reportedly part of the transition contingent
urging the President-elect to retain their old friend as Pentagon
chief.
According to news reports, Gates’s
reappointment is expected after Thanksgiving. Before then, however, the
Obama foreign policy transition team might want to ask what information
exists in Moscow’s intelligence files.

My point is that the $700+ billion is just being thrown down
the drain with little positive impact on our economy. As I
pondered
just how much money $700+ billion really is, something occurred to
me.
What follows is just a projection off the top of my head, so it will
require further analysis by the \"experts.\" For ease of
calculation,
I made a rough estimate that there are 100 million Americans who paid
taxes last year to the IRS. If you divide 100 million into $700
billion, you end up with $7000.
I asked myself, wouldn\'t it have made more sense if Congress had
just given back a refund on the individual taxes people paid in 2007
with a cap of say $5000? This wouldn\'t be a government handout
or
welfare. What it would be is a return of money that hard-working
Americans already paid to the IRS. If you paid no taxes last
year, you
would get no refund. If you paid $2500 in taxes, you would get
$2500
back. If you paid $8000 in taxes, you would get the $5000 maximum
refund back. A married couple could get as much as $10,000 back!
What would an average American do with that kind of money?
They
might pay down their credit card debt. If they were in danger of
foreclosure, they could use that money to pay their mortgage for at
least two months more. They might use that money to pay for their
utilities or put food on the table for their families. They might
use
some of it to buy nicer Christmas gifts for their loved ones.
Some
people might use the money towards buying a new car. Many average
working Americans would deposit some or all of the money into their
local banks or credit unions.
What would be the result of this? More goods and services
would
be bought and this would stimulate the economy. Credit card
lenders,
banks, and credit unions would receive more cash which would improve
their overall balance sheets. The money would be spread around
much
more evenly and fairly. Car dealers might actually sell some new
cars. Many bank foreclosures would be halted. Less people
would be
laid off from their jobs.(...)
We must reclaim the Constitution if the
Republic is to be saved. Look at how far we have fallen.
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or
abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the
people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a
redress of grievances.
Most of these freedoms are under assault as
courts determine when and where they can be exercised. The fairness
doctrine, public prayer, freedom of assembly, and hate speech
legislation are all eviscerating the restraints on government.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary
to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and
bear arms, shall not be infringed.
The new administration promises “change”. Those
who are awake know that one of those changes will be government
restriction on the God-given right to own guns. That’s why gun sales are through the roof with the
election of Obama.
Amendment III
No soldier shall, in time of peace be
quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time
of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
American soldiers are never to be used against
the citizenry. It is call Posse Comitatus which has been suspended by
“Executive Order.” The 3rd Infantry is now active on American
soil. Of course, they are here to help in “emergencies.”
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in
their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable
searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall
issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and
particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or
things to be seized.
Can you say unwarranted wiretaps in the name of
security, thanks to the Patriot Act? Under this “un-Constitutional
law” a person can now be detained without cause. Habeaus Corpus is gone.
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a
capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or
indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or
naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war
or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense

Jim Sinclair is a precious metals and commodities specialist. Some

The U.S. Social Security
Administration (SSA) is apparently engaged in a massive financial scam,
causing millions of American families great problems after the death of
a loved one.
When a recipient of Social Security dies, Social Security is
notified by the funeral home, hospital or family and gets a copy of the
official Death Certificate. This notice causes payments for Social
Security, Medicare and other benefits to stop.
For the past year, the SSA has been "accidentally mis-typing" the
year of death on hundreds of people. The "error" changes the year of
death to one year earlier. For example, if a person died on June 27, 2008, the SSA enters the date of death
as June 27, 2007.
This "mistake" not only causes payments to cease, it also
automatically causes all payments made by Social Security and Medicare
during the previous year to be canceled. As such, Doctors, Hospitals,
Pharmacies and Banks are all charged-back
whatever payments they got on behalf of the deceased person for
that prior year!
With Banks, this charge-back takes all the thousands that were
"direct-deposited" by SSA into the bank accounts of senior citizens for
a year. . . . . . which generally cleans out the account and puts it
into negative balance just at the time when a grieving family has to
pay the burial expenses for their dead loved one. Then, the family
starts getting letters from Doctors, Hospitals and pharmacies demanding
payment from the family of amounts charged-back by the government!
When this "mistake" happens, the family can file and "Appeal" with
the U.S. Treasury Department, explaining the "mistake" and asking for
the money back. The Treasury Department then DENIES the appeal.
After the denial, the only option remaining is for someone in the
family to head to a nearby SSA office and try to work things out in
person. Given that most people are working and cannot take off a whole
day to go wait at Social Security, the government gets the benefit of
"floating" hundreds of millions of dollars back into its accounts for
months.
In some cases, if no family members bother to fight, the
government simply keeps the money.
This appears to be a deliberate scam being perpetrated by the
government to intentionally defraud families of money. According to
folks at PNC Bank in New Jersey, "This is happening to a lot of people."
I am publishing this article to bring attention to the scam -- one
which my family is presently fighting. If enough people find out what's
going on, the government will be forced to stop the fraud they've been
committing.
How
long ago was it we said CITI is toast?? Three months?? 25B of OUR MONEY
thrown down this rat hole (tarp funds) just prior to this crash. A
total waste. Money likely given to corrupt executives.
Stock
price below $5.00 means mutual funds must sell. Paulson is giving

We now appear to be at a point that even they recognize the people will
come with more than tomatoes and phone calls if they try to pass
another bill for bankers, so the Fed Res is now funding the du
jour
bailouts/guarantees bypassing the need for further votes.
Remember,
the debt instrument often called the U.S. Dollar is theirs not
ours and
when it crashes as it surely must it is their script not United States
Money. As ever greater flations, reflations, balloons and bubbles (and
bust) are necessary to the viability of debt as
money fiat currency
they now turn to the only conceivable group of victims
large enough to
"bailout" the previous group of victims (the debt holders) that being
the taxpayers. Its beyond criminal. Its genocide. And its likely
intentional.
It is necessary to destroy the U.S. economically
to merge it into the One World Order and the vehicle to do that is
massive currency devaluation and destruction of the economy.
Subprime
mortgages was the excuse, the financial exotica created by Wall Street

is Illuminati generated from start to finish. They are
eating
their subjects (taxpayers) to save themselves (banks). They need the
banks to create ever more funny money (fractional banking). Now they
are transferring bad assets into "bad banks" to make it easier to lay
them off on the taxpayers. If it is true that 800B AMEROS have
been
sent to CHINA DEVELOPMENT BANK we are really in trouble.
If
it is true that BUSH and PELOSI threatened Martial Law to force
passage of the Bailout Bill (containing provisions for foreign troops
on American soil) then not only are we in trouble but Congress is
guilty of Treason. Supposedly the Chinese demanded this provision as a
precondition to the continued purchase of American debt. This would of
course portend the NAU as one of the Regional Governments/Currency
Blocks as written about in innumerable books about the Illuminati Plans
for the NWO as far back as the '70's.
It
is virtually impossible, actually it is beyond this writers
ability, to
figure out who is who and what is what anymore. Take Geithner (Obamas
Treasury Secretary) for example. On the one hand we hear he is a
good
guy. How can the head of the most important bank in the Fed Res System
be a good guy? Are we missing something here? What are we missing? Is
it possible the FED RES is already in the hands of the good guys
and
all that is happening is being directed by NEW TREASURY?
Things
are unfolding so fast on so many fronts and most items are recognized
only after the fact if then. With major puzzle pieces missing or
"played" one at a time we are in quicksand when we offer guess
work
such as this writing.
OBAMA
talks a heck of a game doesn't he? Why won't he produce his birth
certificate? What is the Supreme Court going to do about it? Why was
his Senior Thesis suppressed? Who/what does he represent? Whats up
with
this "takeover" months sooner than normal? Bill wants to head the U.N..
Hillary Sec. of State is interface with other nations. Fed Res Exec.
takes over Treasury. There is more going on here than meets the eye but
I have no trouble smelling it. Don't you?

but if we were how would we know it?

When

they are proceeding with government guarantees/full faith and
credit/taxpayer liability to the foreign debt holders and buying
time
before being forced, eventually, literally, into massive devaluation of
the dollar and repudiation of international debt via
hyperinflation.
Watch
Treasury auctions to see if foreign governments are supporting
this
absurdity or whether its strictly an inside job (Paulsen/Bernake).
So what, you ask, does all this
gobbledygook have to do with our deliveries and where the hell are
they?

I think/guess it has something to do with OBAMA. If the Court punts the
legal question before it who can then argue there is any law left in
America? Certainly no Constitution. Or, in the alternative, we must
have deliveries, announcements, law and order, the Constitution,
Treasury takeover of Fed (which may have already happened), arrest,
exposure, disclosure, the whole nine yards.
Either
he is a participant/leader of this outcome or he is in the
pocket of the Illuminati as are most of those he has appointed to
high
office.
I pray for the former but
fear the latter.
Always
remember this, Fannie was the most corrupt of all the corrupt
and they paid OBAMA more in three years than any of the others
except
Dodd and Frank who had been around for decades. That was then, this is
now. He is getting "educated" right now, either in ways to oppose this
massive International funding or to lead its positive outcomes.
Or, he
is about to get "flushed" along with the lying
thieving criminals we
have been dealing with for years? He is surrounded by those who
bankrupted their institutions and now line up for taxpayer bailouts.
There
is a big scramble underway to become a Bank (Insurance Companies, Amex,
etc.) so as to qualify for subsidies or cheap capital. Today they
announce businesses (shoe company, restaurant, etc.) can buy a Bank
Charter and get in on the action.

According to Casper's afternoon report, he would like for us to call
the Congress & ask a bunch of questins - anything to tie up the
phone lines & keep those idiots in congress busy & let them
know how we feel about their free-wheeling, money mongering ways. IF I
call in there, do I have to be decent? At this time, I am so angry (and
I am NOT the ONLY one) that I would dearly love to be able to hand out
HD Ropes to hang every last one of those idiots. I know I

is to hell with the American Citizens. My Car is 23 YEARS old &
rusting OFF the Frame,I more than NEED siding for my house& a total
new roof for the Garage, my HD Counter-top Oven quit last nite & I
cannot get parts for it, I NEED Shoes, I cannot get to my Orthopedic
Dr. because I fear the Car will NOT make it the 15-20 Miles to the
Hospital he will send me for that MRI. The Transmission is going out
besides other things. Plus, I NEED to see a decent Dentist. On &
ON.I am 76 & I canNOT do what I want/need to all because of the
stalling over the Packs, etc. IF I do call those !@#!$%
Congress idiots, I feel that I canNOT be civil & will really REAM

It's not just families that are getting together this Thanksgiving
week. The three brightest objects in the night sky - Venus, Jupiter and
a crescent moon - will crowd around each other for an unusual group
shot.
Starting Thanksgiving evening, Jupiter and Venus will begin
moving closer so that by Sunday and Monday, they will appear 2 degrees
apart, which is about a finger width held out at arm's length, said
Alan MacRobert, senior editor at Sky and Telescope magazine.
Then on Monday night, they will be joined by a crescent moon right next
to them, he said.
Look in the southwestern sky around twilight - no telescope or
binoculars needed. The show will even be visible in cities if it's a
clear night.
"It'll be a head-turner," MacRobert said. "This certainly is
an unusual coincidence for the crescent moon to be right there in the
days when they are going to be closest together."
The moon is the brightest, closest and smallest of the three
and is 252,000 miles away. Venus, the second brightest, closest and
smallest, is 94 million miles away. And big Jupiter is 540 million
miles away.
The three celestial objects come together from time to time,
but often they are too close to the sun or unite at a time when they
aren't so visible. The next time the three will be as close and visible
as this week will be Nov. 18, 2052, according to Jack Horkheimer,
director of the Miami Space Transit Planetarium.
But if you are willing to settle for two out of three - Venus
and the crescent moon only - it will happen again on New Year's Eve,
MacRobert said.
