in
the closing days of October 2008. The world focus on political and
financial corruption moved from the USA to Europe. Eight senior
management personnel were arrested at Deutsche Bank (Germany). A
cell of linked conspirators was arrested at the same time in London.

With Chinese
and European support, the President of the European Union, Nicolas Sarkozy of France,
threatened the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel,
with arrest if she did not cease and desist in her criminal

Merkel had
authorised upwards of twenty separate illegal wire transfers out of
Deutsche Bank into concealed bank accounts controlled by the Vatican in
Rome. One of these accounts is called the Francis X Driscoll Trust. The
funds involved were covertly stolen from US and French Treasury

The
Merkel-orchestrated illegal wire transfers out of Deutsche Bank made a
visible impression on the company's Q3 figures published on Thursday
30th October 2008. Deutsche Bank's Tier 1 capital ratio of own funds to
total assets rose to 10.3% from 9.3%. Much of this change was due to
the large capital outflows of other people's stolen money from Deutsche
Bank to the Vatican-controlled accounts at other banks in Italy and
elsewhere. It was a carefully-timed massaging of the Q3 results.
So was Deutsche
Bank's adaptation of the value of certain of its toxic assets in
accordance with a shift to International Accounting Standards decided
by European Union authorities in mid-October. Rules easing requirements
for marking down investments were used to reduce Deutsche Bank's
writedowns for the quarter by €845 million to €1.2 billion. Without
this creative accounting, the bank would have posted a third-quarter
loss.
A combination
of the Roman Catholic wire transfers out and the accountancy massage
meant that Hedge Fund managers were surprised at Deutsche Bank's Q3
numbers and at the resultant upspike of its share price on major stock
markets. Previous to the 30th October 2008, analysts worldwide had
predicted a substantial Q3 loss at Deutsche Bank, and their clients had
taken future positions accordingly.
The Vatican has
been centrally involved in many of the behind-the-scenes machinations
involved in the 2007-2008 global financial collapse, and in the
blocking of the NESARA-related
international prosperity settlements. In April 2008, Joseph Ratzinger
(Pope Benedict XVI) failed in an attempt to lay claim to a large
tranche of the NESARA prosperity funds. He was reported as saying to
close colleagues: "The little people cannot handle this money properly,
but the Church can."
Ratzinger's
audacious money grab had to be sorted out at the World Court in The
Hague and was responsible for more serious delays in implementing the
global refinancing settlements. In the end, Rome was forced to climb
down and The Holy Father reluctantly agreed to a $2.0 trillion
settlement. This sum was paid from US citizens' tax receipts. President George Bush Jnr
signed the papers. Speaking to one group in Washington on Thursday 17th
April 2008, the Pope said: "If the peasants think they are going to get
this money, they have another think coming. It will never happen." He
was not talking about the $2.0 trillion; he was referring to the global
prosperity funds in general.
Nicolas Sarkozy
is being energised in his European anti-corruption work by painful
recollections of his close escape from assassination on Tuesday 24th
June 2008. At an airport in Tel Aviv, Israel, a US-Israeli BlackOps
team bungled his murder. The hastily contrived cover story involved a
fiction about an Israeli border policeman committing suicide during the
farewell ceremony. French intelligence later explained to Sarkozy the
connection between his knowledge of what was going on at Deutsche Bank

Ben
and Hank have both told you that the critical issue for the economy is
for "lending to resume", stating that it has dramatically contracted.
If
this was the truth, then Ben and Hank would have come to you for $700
billion in the TARP, but instead of TARPing the money, they would have
asked for permission to use it to capitalize 10 new banks which would
be immediately IPO'd off to the public with the stake being in the form
of some kind of super-senior debt that held a coupon high enough to
encourage immediate (or nearly-so) replacement with private capital.
This
would have resulted in an aggregate of seven trillion
worth of new lending capacity in the economy, an amount that,
incidentally, would allow the full replacement of Fannie and Freddie as
holders of housing debt with about $2 trillion left over for credit
cards, auto and business loans.
That
would have immediately solved the "credit freeze" problem.
In short, it wouldn't have done anything because
the economy only grows at a rate of about 20 cents for every dollar of
debt taken on. That is, it takes five dollars
of debt to generate one new dollar of GDP.
The bad news is that once you reach the "$1
for $1" level you are no longer able to finance growth with debt, and
it becomes inevitable that you will begin to finance debt with
debt.
That, of course generates no GDP at all but
precipitously tightens the spiral.
We crossed that Rubicon roughly around 1968,
and you have had this fact concealed from you.
Congress, please listen:
The Truth is that we now
require about $5 of debt to generate $1 of GDP.
The Truth is that the
reason you were not asked to approve $700 billion to capitalize 10 new
banks, thereby creating seven trillion
in lending capacity is that the economy cannot soak up that new lending
capacity; each dollar of new debt generates almost no aggregate
GDP.
If this were not true then that would be the logical and effective cure
for the 'credit crunch" - if the borrowing capacity and impact on GDP
necessary to help existed. They do not.
The Truth is that you were
lied to about the purpose of the TARP/EESA, because what you were
sold was mathematically impossible. It is
supposed to be unlawful to lie to Congress.
The Truth is that the
purpose of the EESA/TARP is to rescue the bankers on Wall Street and
elsewhere who have made imprudent loans, all of whom are aware of the
declining value of a dollar of debt in the economy - a fact they have intentionally
concealed from you. The
bankers (including Hank and Ben) all know how to do this math, and they
are well-aware that the best they can do at this point is to "Rob
every dollar you can while the getting is good, and hope they don't
figure it out before you get the cash."
The Truth is that once you
reach a level where a dollar in debt will not support a dollar in GDP
you must inevitably either
pay down or default that excess debt. Unfortunately, in this case
we
must pay down or default approximately 80% of the aggregate public and
private debt in the United States in order to return to a standard were
$1 in debt will generate $1 in GDP. Defaulting or paying down
less
will "turn the clock back" to a degree, but does not change the
ultimate outcome. Only returning to $1 of debt returning $1 or
more of
GDP, and holding the total level of debt outstanding at or below that
level, results in a stable monetary system.
The Truth is that the
monetary and banking system is inherently unstable until and unless
this is done, and as the "zero point" is approached it becomes more and
more unstable, producing more and more violent dislocations. This
is why every crisis since 1968 has been more serious and
required
larger and more intrusive interventions to calm, including the
1970s/80s energy shocks and inflation crisis, the 1987 market
dislocation, the LTCM crisis, the Tech Implosion and now the Credit
Bubble/Housing crash.
The Truth is that the
absolute worst thing you can do when "in the hole" like this is to
spend even more on a deficit basis, thereby driving the debt ratio
higher and return-per-dollar-of-debt in GDP lower. The last eight
years have been disastrous in this regard.
The Truth is that the
TARP/EESA and other "stimulus" and "rescue" packages, which now total
more than $1.6 trillion dollars, have dramatically tightened the spiral
depicted above. The above graph does not include the
impact of the Fannie and Freddie rescue nor of the EESA.
Both will move the return-per-dollar-of-debt meaningfully lower.
The Truth is that $7
trillion in new lending capacity, if it was put into the market
and utilized, might well push the aggregate rate of return
for $1 in
debt below zero - that is, force it to a negative
rate of return. Ben and Hank know this, which is why
they didn't propose that solution, and why they did not force
the bankers (under law) to lend out the recapitalization they provided.
The Truth is that if
we reach the point where a dollar of debt has a NEGATIVE impact on
GDP The United States monetary system and
government will implode. The reason for this is
mathematically obvious - each additional dollar of
borrowing beyond that point actually contracts
GDP instead of growing it; this is, for all intents and purposes, a
"black hole". It is that event that has led to the implosion of
other
monetary systems such as the hyperinflationary implosion of Argentina.
The above are mathematical facts,
not my or anyone else's opinion.
It is your job to safeguard this
nation and prevent this outcome, even if you are lied
to or have these facts concealed from you by people who know
better.
We are dangerously close to that
event horizon and your actions are bringing us closer to it, not moving
us further away.
Debt that cannot be serviced must be
defaulted. While it sounds counter-intuitive, the "bad mortgages"
must
foreclose, not be reworked. All of them.
House prices must fall to no more than 3.5x
incomes on a median basis.
Corporate debt (e.g. LBOs, etc) that cannot
be serviced under existing terms must be allowed to, and indeed
encouraged to, default.
The contraction in outstanding debt that
this will produce must occur, and the economic impact
that results from it, while painful, is far less painful
than a monetary system failure.
A monetary system failure is inevitable
if we reach the point where one dollar of new debt no longer supports a
positive contribution to GDP.
Again: This is mathematics, not
social science or politics. It is not subject to your or anyone
else's
desires or political aspirations. It is as certain mathematically
as
is the fact that 2 + 2 = 4.
These supposed American pundits, such as
Hennigan and others, still do not get the 'in your face' facts
regarding the US Constitution.

the 'notwithstanding clause' may be invoked at any time against
any
provision of the US Constitution, or any other law legislated.
The universal notwithstanding clause of all
ships, real or imagined is: "The Captain, or his designated
officer
may deviate from any rules or regulations when he DEEMS it necessary
for the good of the ship".
The Federal Judge in the recent Berg lawsuit
against Obama tells all. As as been repeated in many a US court
case,
when the defendant pleaded US Constitutional rights or
provisions,
they have been told: - "You are not party to the Constitution
[and
thus you cannot use the Constitution as an authority to provide rights
or to demand Government compliance to the Constitution.]"
The Boston Lawyer, Lysander Spooner, covers
that problem in detail in his writings on the subject back in
1870.
Now that the debates are over, the country
is in financial ruin and more bailouts and stimulus packages are being
considered, all of which would put our national debt to over $13T, now
is the time for all of us to reconsider our vote on Nov. 4.
Reality check — if anyone really believes
that there is a difference between the Democrats and the Republicans,
they are running with blinders on.
With only minor exceptions, they all
lie/exaggerate the truth, raise taxes (some times called fees), and
spend to the maximum. All magazines, newspapers, TV, and radio are
either democrat or republican, and never give you both sides.
How often do they talk about third party
candidates? Hardly ever, they do not want a third party candidate, they
might do something to help our country and the people.
With the current war, wall street and other
financial institutions, I believe there is only one way to go, and all
of us need to seriously look at it.
Vote third party. Vote out all
incumbents that are up for reelection, this year, or whenever they come
up.
Take a look at the third parties.
Libertarian appears to be the best, such as Bob Barr or Ron Paul.
Otherwise you are still voting for the same old thing, maybe just a
different party. There are other choices out there.
The
current ruling parties just keep them out of the media, so you are kept
in the dark.
It
is just like a dictatorship. Research before you vote on Nov. 4.

is everything. There is nothing that exists that is not
Source. And
most people try to find the easy way to whatever it is they want.
Sometimes, Source has provided an easier way to see things - Source

trouble. But growth and learning are a part of the
process. I have
found that many people will not be willing to spend the time to get
into deep commune with Source if they think someone will hand them the
answer. They go to church to have someone tell them how to
believe.
That is lazy and while it is fine for a start, it is baby food.

some people try to access the so called "Akashic Records" by
completely
bypassing Source. Cabal's records are wrong and misleading
- and not
complete by any stretch of the imagination. But just from
reading
what I have the past few days on the internet, it is too obvious that
too many people are teaching others how to access "records" that are
not Source and they are those in the energy system that the Cabal
controls.
How
can I explain this????
It
is like calling up a general phone number when you are hungry for Pizza
- and suppose you THINK you are calling the pizza place of your choice
- but INSTEAD the number is answered by an imposter pizza place
that
sends you a cheaper version of the pizza you ordered and they pocket
the profit made from cheep ingredients. If you don't know
100% what
you are doing with accessing information on other energy levels, and
especially if you try to get the information for your own ego purposes
such as to spy on someone for kicks and giggles, then the odds are very
good that you will be served from the Cabal operated "library" system
- which they make sure is VERY accessible.
Now
you might ask what the profits are for the Cabal? Well,
that is
simple. The Cabal controls what information is given out
and what
that information says. How do you think so many channelers
are
getting historical information on the Star Nations members that is so
full of lies? Those people think they are getting

know what they are doing or where that information is really coming

Not being a virologist and immunobiologist I am not EXACTLY sure
what to make of it -- although I would NEVER have a vaccine shoved up
my nose -- or any other orifice. I would be dishonest if I didn't admit
this stuff is way over my head. However, the "connection" between H5N1
DNA and vaccines is definitely NOT a FANTASY!!
To prove it, I decided to go to the PubMed website and typed-in
key words: H5N1 DNA and flu vaccine.
There were 51 papers cited in the scientific literature relating
to this search.
I haven't read them, but anyone interested in further research on
this topic should consult the abstracts of these papers.

I would like to thank those of you who expressed condolences on
the recent passing of my mother. She suffered a hemorrhagic stroke
while she was driving home from my house on 7/30 and passed away on
8/3. My mother's stroke and passing was an enormous shock to my family
because she did not have any symptoms or risk factors for a stroke.
Just the week before she had gone to her doctor for a check up and
received a clean bill of health. She did, however, develop a cold while
she was visiting me and had taken Alka Seltzer Cold Plus for 3 days.
Since her passing, we have learned that Alka Seltzer is one
of
the many cold medicines that contains Phenylpropanolamine (PPA) which
can cause hemorrhagic stokes or cerebral bleeding even with the first
use I am forwarding a list of other medications that currently use PPA.
These medicines are supposedly being recalled but my mother just
purchased this medication less than two weeks ago. Pharmaceutical
companies have known about this danger for years, we unfortunately, did
not.

what! Most of us were born and raised here in America! How long does it
take to be recognized as an American?

ONE of the more bizarre letters in the MoD's UFO files came from a
woman who claimed to be an alien.
In March 1990, she insisted her spaceship landed in Britain during
World War II and was found by the military.
She wrote: "The crashed vehicle contained two males from Spectra,
a planet orbiting the star Zeta Tucanae, and a female from one of the
two inhabited planets in the Sirius system, Amazon, the planet of
warrior women. That female was me.

Saul and his Roman troops closely followed the developments of the

he arranged for the theft of the scrolls of the teachings of Esu, which
had been written and kept by Judas Iscarioth. Juda Iharioth was paid 70
pieces of silver to steal the writings and another 30 pieces of silver
to identify Esu Immanuel at night at his capture with a kiss---a sign
of mockery to his enemy. Saul was personally responsible for the plan
and gave assistance in the capture, arrest, trial and crucifixion of
Esu Immanuel.
Saul truly believed that the "christian cult" leader, Esu
Immanuel, had been destroyed forever. As Esu Immanuel Sananda said
years later, Saul of Tarsus was his greatest enemy during his life in
Palestine and even through all of history down to this present day. Let
me explain how this came to be.

followers, who taught Truth to the people. He traveled to

his way to Damascus he was confronted at night by Esu and blinded by a

now a "disciple" of the Master Teacher, Esu. Saul promptly changed his
name to Paul to disguise himself as a deserter from the Roman army, and
to fool other disciples of Esu, who had been his enemies. Though he had
access to Esu's original scrolls stolen from Judas Iscarioth, Paul
twisted these teachings of Truth because he was confused and had not
listened closely to Esu’s explanations. This resulted in much
mis-interpretation and mis-understanding of Esu Immanuel's teaching

History records the great "Christian" persecutions such as that in
Rome happening under the command of Emperor Nero.
Many "Christians" lived in the catacombs under the city in order to
survive---or so we are told. The truth is that the catacombs were used
as secret places to conduct their Satanic cult rituals of human

"christians" under-went great persecution in their day.

Elections And The Responsibility Of The Intellectual To Speak Truth To
Power
Twelve Reasons to
Reject Obama

'The
presidential
elections in the US, once again, provide an acid test of the integrity
and consequential conduct of US intellectuals. If it is the duty and
responsibility of the public intellectual to speak truth to power, the
recent statements of most of our well-known and prestigious public
pundits have failed miserably. Instead of highlighting, exposing and
denouncing the reactionary foreign and domestic policies of Democratic
Party candidate Senator Barack Obama, they have chosen to support him,
'critically, offering as excuses that even 'limited differences’ can
result in positive outcomes,and that 'Obama is the lesser evil’ and
'creates an opportunity for a possibility of change.’
What makes these
arguments untenable
is the fact that Obama’s public pronouncements, his top policy
advisers, and the likely policymakers in his government have openly
defined a most bellicose foreign policy and a profoundly reactionary
domestic economic policy totally in line with Paulson-Bush-Wall Street.
On the major issues of
war, peace,
the economic crisis and the savaging of the US wage and salaried class,
Obama promises to extend and deepen the policies which the majority of
Americans reject and repudiate.

The intellectuals
who, in the
name of 'realism’, support a politician who publicly and openly
embraces new wars, billionaire bailouts and for profit, private
sector-run health programs are repudiating their own claims as
'responsible critics’. They are what C. Wright Mills called 'crackpot
realists’, abdicating their responsibility as critical intellectuals.
In purporting to support the 'lesser evil’ they are promoting the
'greater evil’: The continuation of four more years of deepening
recession, colonial wars and popular alienation.
Moreover, they are
allies of
the mass media, major parties and the legal system which has
marginalized or outright excluded the alternative candidates, Ralph
Nader and Cynthia McKinney, who do speak out and oppose the war, the
pro-Wall Street bailouts and propose genuine large-scale public
investment in the domestic economy, a universal single payer health
program, sustainable and pro-environment economic policies and
large-scale, long-term income redistributive policies.
What is crass and
unacceptable
is the argument of these intellectuals, (an insignificant pimple on the
Democratic donkey’s rear-end) that for a single moment believe that
their 'critical support’ of the Obama political machine will open space
for radical ideas.
The Zionists and

There will be no space for peace with Iran, Palestine, Pakistan,

Throws Case Out Of Court
'An
alleged
Holocaust denier has won his fight against extradition to Germany. Dr
Gerald Toben, 64, is accused of publishing anti-Semitic material on his
website. The Australian academic is wanted in Germany to stand trial
for posting the alleged items between 2000 and 2004. The German
authorities claim they are 'of an anti-Semitic and/or revisionist
nature'.'
Suspected Holocaust denier Dr Gerald Toben walked free
from court
today in London after a judge threw out an extradition bid from Germany
where he is wanted for publishing anti-Semitic material on his website

After discharging Toben, Judge Wickham
granted him
bail pending an appeal after imposing strict conditions which include a
£100,000 security.
Other conditions include residence at
an approved
address, written confirmation from the Australian High Commission of
which passports he holds, and not to access the internet.
He is also banned from giving press
interviews.
Judge Wickham added that she had not
been required
to decide at this stage whether the alleged crimes were valid
extradition offences.

University of Stuttgart in 1977 and taught schools and colleges all
over the world.

is the author of at least eight books on education, political science
