I think I understand the entire Kelptastrophe crime and can
explain it to you clearly enough that everyone will have sufficient
reason to come together for whole-population resistance and liberation.
Sorry I don't have time to polish the presentation -- consider it
a battlefield dispatch. This nation is being overrun by financial
vandals disguised as regulators and bankers -- as destructive as any
invasion in history. We are finished unless millions are made to see
what is happening and what is at stake.
There were no bad loans. The loans were reasonable given the
interest rate and the law of averages. Given the economic climate in
which they were made the risk was reasonable and was "taken into
account" by the interest rates offered. The market failure came about
for other reasons.
People failed to make their mortgage payments all at the same time
because purchasing power had been drained from the domestic economy by
the Fed in its "inflation fighting policy." Even now the Federal
Reserve has the power to reverse what is happening by merely decreasing
the reserve requirement that it sets for commercial lending
institutions. And even now the Fed is holding back on supplying the
public with mortgage payment medium on the grounds that "technically,
as economists have agreed to reckon it, the US is not in a recession (a
recession being defined as consecutive months of declining gross
domestic product.) [Note: the Kelptocracy is above all else a transfer
of wealth (houses, equity shares, debt obligations which are bond
wealth for the rich etc.) from the hands of the masses to the hands of
the ruling minority, not a decrease in outcome. In this economy for
every decrease in income to the middle class and poor there is a dollar
increase in income to the rich, for every liability-side increase in
debt to the poor there is the asset-side increase of just that amount
to the rich. The population can be reduced to total beggary and the
economy still not register a recession. End of note.] So, instead of
providing mortgage payment and food payment and fuel payment media to
the people by simply decreasing the reserve requirement to give more
loanable deposits to banks "for nothing" as the Fed was chartered to
do, the Fed has taken a much different course. It has kept the money
supply tight to benefit lenders and IOU holders at the expense of
everyone else.
The Fed has kept the reserve requirement constant throughout the
Kleptastrophe. Adjusting the reserve requirement was the lever for
expanding the money supply that the Federal Reserve banks were supposed
to use when their was a shortage of purchasing power in any of the 12
Fed Reserve districts. The tool was to put money in the hands of small
businesses and new businesses, and homebuilders and farms etc. whenever
purchasing power got too tight and there were too many foreclosures.
But that is not what the Wall Street financiers wanted 100 years ago
when they decided to foist a central bank on the US -- but it is what
they wanted Congress and the American people to think it would be.
Rather than create new loanable funds by simply reducing the
reserves a bank was required to keep against its loans outstanding, the
Financiers made a different arrangement for expanding and contracting
the money supply. All expansion and contraction would be conducted by
big investment banks either by buying securities from the Fed (which
shrunk money investment bankers had to invest in big corporations or
loan to cities, states and the Federal Government) or by selling
securities to the Fed (which gave the investment bankers more money to
invest in corporations in investments at in the US or elsewhere.) This
is what Timothy F. Geithner does at the Federal Reserve Bank of New
York -- telling the Fed Board of Governors (including Bernanke) what he
and the Wall Street financiers have done only after the fact. (And yes,
probably Geithner is an order taker most of the time -- except in
matters touching the Kleptastrophe where he has the key role as
director and member of the orchestration team. Needless to say when
loanable funds are handed to investment bankers in exchange for the
securities they hold, the money they get for lending (which must give a
return higher than the securities were offering) does not end up as new
purchasing power (new debt-paying power) in the hands of the average
American householder.
So the Fed, rather than putting the purchasing and debt-paying
power in the domestic economy loop where it would reach householders
with mortgages they limited their purchasing power creation to their
own elite circle attached to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the
only Federal Reserve bank in the country which conducts these
open-market purchases and sales.(...)
Only after targeted Bear Starns was out of the way, did the Fed
begin to show the generosity, opening the discount window "candy store"
to the investment banks for the first time, cutting the interest rate
and offering short term loans -- measures that might have prevented the
fall of Bear Stearns, in many ways catalyst event for the main event in
the Kleptastrophe. The Goldman Sachs crew that was running the
Financial system of the United States, ostensibly for the benefit of
the American people, engineered the crisis -- to profit themselves, but
before they would let the government shower the (international)
investment banks with the people's credit which Treasury and the Fed
commands, which the architects of our financial system never dreamed
would be used to benefit investment banks -- they first had to get rid
of their hated competitor.
Now the investment bankers, their banks now enjoying all of the
tax- payer provided backing that had been intended only for our
commercial banking system -- they have attained their goals -- capture
of everyone's home equity, displacement, through watering of stock, of
American's investments in commercial banks, with the taxpayer actually
buying the stock for them, and with a new system where the taxpayer now
bails out the investment bankers who have been doing all of their
investing in China and not the US for the last 20 years and rigging
everything against the domestic economy.
And now you have a pretty good idea of what is really happening
and who is behind the Kleptastrophe, and the fact that individuals
really were behind it. The story is very poorly told -- my apologies --
I hope you will retell it more intelligently now that you have the
picture.
One day back in the 80s after my radio show, the courageous Irwin
Schiff (now a political prisoner) and I spent an afternoon discussing
America the Ideal versus America the Real. His first dictum was that,
"MONEY is someTHING of VALUE that can be used as a medium of
exchange."
By "thing" he meant such items as a ham sandwich, a goose, a
golden egg, a Volvo, an idea (patentintellectual property) or an hour
of a person's life ("Time is money" Franklinas in spend some time
with me). Primarily, the thing must have intrinsic, tangible value. But
what determines value? What Is value?
His definition of the origin of "value" was two fold. First, how
much time, effort and ingenuity went into the mining, transporting
and/or fabrication of the thing. And, Second "What's it good for?" Can
you eat it? Can you ride around in it? Does it shelter us while we
sleep? That's all there is to it. This principle of value derived from
creative effort which leads to a utilitarian commodity of some sort is
the sum total of what money is. That's why our Constitution states

My position is one of bemusement at the foibles of dynastic
avarice. I am content and thankful at having been introduced to a
healthy skepticism which has enabled me to relax in Moscow, Mexico
D.F., L.A., New York, Georgetown and many other locals, and listen to
all points of view without worry or active prejudice. If Super Dave

This angers the
ordinary Afghan, whose family may
have to get by on £10 a week. The government exercises enormous
patronage through the appointment of officials, most notably governors
and police chiefs. A chief of police post in a district which includes
a narcotic trafficking route can sell for $150,000. The new chief
recovers his "investment" by demanding a cut in the proceeds of
corruption from his juniors. At the bottom of this pyramid, officers
make money out of ordinary Afghans by exacting "tolls"at roadblocks and
by straight theft and extortion. An Afghan trying to take produce from
Lashkar Gar to Kandahar will typically pay at 12 roadblocks –
destroying any value he might gain from growing anything other than
opium.
It can be worse. An
Afghan doctor was stopped and
arrested by police, who demanded a $20,000 ransom – a fortune. He
borrowed the money and paid. The alternative was death.
For an ordinary
Afghan trying to scratch a living
out of the arid soil, this must be almost unbearable, particularly so
when he sees rapists and murderers, even failed suicide bombers,
released without charge after payment of a bribe.
That is the regime we
are defending and are perceived to be supporting. ....
Afghan despair
at this breakdown of justice has
been a factor in the Taliban resurgence. In the past few years, it has
led to 14,500 deaths. Monthly deaths of Allied soldiers here now exceed
those in Iraq. Aid workers are being kidnapped and killed. The major
road network is largely unusable because of risk of attack. In Helmand,
we control five town centres, but rural areas and roads are dominated
by the Taliban. Kandahar is little better. The problem is spreading.

Iranian Leader In Secret Meet With Obama At US Military Stronghold In Hawaii

Russian Military Intelligence reports to Prime Minister Putin today are stating that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has joined US Senator Barack Obama in Hawaii at an emergency conference ordered by America’s Top Generals in their effort to avert World War III and the collapse of the United States by the fascist forces within its own government it is currently battling.
As we had reported earlier in our October 23rd report “Obama Summoned To US Military Stronghold In Hawaii By Top Generals”, the presumed next President of United States is currently incommunicado in Hawaii under the cover of his grandmother being ill. President Ahmadinejad is, likewise, incommunicado under the cover of ‘failing health’ as he has suddenly cancelled all personal appearances.
According to these reports, the initial meeting between Obama and Ahmadinejad, and their Top Military Officers, was ‘tense’ but appeared to be beating back the planed fascist coup in the United States with the Iranian condition of being recognized by the US being met with the White House announcing last evening the resumption of diplomatic ties, and as we can read as reported by the Seattle Times News Service:
“The Bush administration will announce in mid-November, after the presidential election, that it intends to establish the first U.S. diplomatic presence in Iran since the 1979-81 hostage crisis, according to senior Bush administration officials.”
The American anti-fascist forces now headed by Senator Obama also appear to have had their main first condition met that President Ahmadinejad will step aside and not run for another term of office, which he appears to have agreed to, and as we can read as reported by the JTA News Service:
“A series of cancelled appearances have led to speculation that the Iranian president's health is failing. The situation may force Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to drop out of elections scheduled for 2009, according to a report on the Iranian Web site Shahab.”
American fascist forces, however, were quick to strike back against these moves against them by first ordering a US media blackout on the resumption of diplomatic ties with Iran released by White House stationed US Military Officers (which, thankfully, the Seattle Times News Service has refused to agree to) and then swiftly imposing sanctions on Russia and China for their support of Iran, and to which Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov blasted as being ‘inadmissible’.
Driving these desperate actions by Americas Top Generals are how close they are to seeing their Nation destroyed upon the alter of what the United States fascist forces call their ‘New World Order’, and which they stand virtually alone against not only their political elite but also several of their own intelligence agencies, and as we had previously reported on in our October 20th report “Israel To Fall As US Says This Will Be Their ‘Last President’”.
Also, and as we had reported on in our October 22nd report “Top US Generals Flee To EU And Russia In Last Attempt To Stop World War”, both Russian and European Special Forces units are continuing their attacks against these fascist forces planned nuclear attacks upon Europe’s main cities by the destruction of their core base in Austria and the downing of an Italian Military helicopter yesterday over France believed to be carrying a number of suitcase-type nuclear weapons.
The BBC is also reporting that British nuclear and biological warfare forces are continuing to be deployed around their Nation too.
It is also important to note, these reports continue, that Iran’s Supreme Leader is supporting these ongoing negotiations but has also issued a more serious warning should they not be successful, and as we can read as reported by the JTA News Service:
“Iran will target Israel if there is a U.S. attack on the Islamic state’s nuclear facilities, a senior Iranian official said. Dr. Seyed Safavi, an adviser to supreme leader Ali Khamenei, revealed the change in policy to foreign diplomats two weeks ago in London, according to a report Wednesday in the Israeli daily Ha'aretz.”
Most surprising, however, of all of these events is the near complete denial of the American people to this titanic struggle taking place in their very midst, and upon which their lives and future depends. This is brought into even more stark relief as this is the second coup attempt they have faced in the past 75 years, and which, coincidentally, also took place during a time of great economic turmoil, and as we can read:
“The Business Plot (also the Plot Against FDR and the White House Putsch) was a political conspiracy in 1933 wherein wealthy businessmen and corporations plotted a coup d’état to overthrow United States President Franklin D. Roosevelt. In 1934, the Business Plot was publicly revealed by retired Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler testifying to the McCormack-Dickstein Congressional Committee. [1] In his testimony, Butler claimed that a group of men had approached him as part of a plot to overthrow Roosevelt in a military coup. One of the alleged plotters, Gerald MacGuire, vehemently denied any such plot. In their final report, the Congressional committee supported Butler's allegations of the existence of the plot, but no prosecutions or further investigations followed, and the matter was mostly forgotten.”
