The David Icke Newsletter Goes Out On Sunday As Those Who Ridiculed His

China
has been incubating for hundreds of years being prepared for its role
as a key player in these times we are now experiencing. I was told by
an insider many years ago to watch for the emergence of China as an
economic and military power because then the action would really start.
Well, here we are.
China’s
‘economic miracle’, based on slave labour that undercuts production
costs across the world, has produced a mountain of money which has been
used to buy foreign debt. It holds in excess of one trillion dollars
worth of US Treasury bonds (debt) and debt of the US government
mortgage lenders, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, recently saved from
collapse by political intervention.
But
even this trillion dollars doesn’t nearly tell the full story because
it doesn’t include Chinese investment in private US corporations and
the use by the Chinese government of third parties to hide the extent
of its holdings.
Put it all together and China is gaining ever
more control of the US economy and it can use this power to destroy
what is left of the American financial system. If it sells its massive
dollar holdings the value of the ‘mighty dollar’ will plummet and if
its debt is not repaid it can claim American assets, yes government
assets, just as a bank forecloses on your house if you don’t make the
payments.
And the United States is now ten trillion dollars in
debt with more being added by the minute. The ‘superpower’ is
essentially bankrupt and at the mercy of its overseas creditors – not
least China.
Given that the plan is for a war involving North
America, Europe, Russia and China this takes on even greater
significance, as does the involvement in the trillion-dollar (open
chequebook) ‘bail out’ orchestrated by US Treasury Secretary Henry
‘Hank’ Paulson.

Out of Control means just what it says. If things were under control
the equity market would not have given a Brooklyn Cheer to the
President of the USA and the Chairman of the Federal Reserve and there
would not have been an unprecedented drop of interest rates today.
Bank holidays are on the way.
Every major retirement fund is stone broke.
Most money management entities are full of treasury OTC derivatives,
not treasury instruments, and are therefore also broke.
The local banks are in the web of the Money Center banks and are
therefore in trouble they do not even know about yet.
The paperwork behind OTC mortgages is a total disaster, adding more
mess to an already major financial planetary killer.
I am sorry to say that there is no way to make this process go away.
The downward spiral will make its way to the bottom.
Gold
will be the tool that finally stops the plague in the form of the
Federal Reserve Gold Certificate Ratio, revitalized and modernized, but
not until the public is in such a condition that it cries out to God to
stop the carnage. That will happen sometime before January 14th 2011.

Oct 6 (IPS/Terraviva) - The financial meltdown in most of the
industrialised world presents an opportunity for a new economic model
that would end short-sighted search for high returns, according to
leading economists attending the IUCN World Conservation Congress here.
"Right
now, the most conservative leaders in the industrialised world, such as
George W. Bush of the U.S. and Angela Merkel of Germany are allocating
public money to save the banks from bankruptcy," Alejandro Nadal, a
Mexican economist attending the congress told IPS.
"This
rediscovery of the role of the state as a major actor in economic
affairs, and the perspective of a new regulation of international
financial transactions opens a window of opportunity to rethink
neoliberalism in the developing world," Nadal said.
"This is not
only an academic question, it is an extreme political matter," he said.
And it can have an environmental dimension, he said. Nadal urged the
IUCN to coordinate a global effort among civil society organisations to
rethink the role of the state in linking macro-economic and
environmental policies.
The
IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature), organiser of the
Barcelona congress that continues until Oct. 15, is the oldest and
largest global environmental network, with a membership of more than
1,000 governments and NGOs, and almost 11,000 volunteer scientists in
more than 160 countries.
"It is time for civil society and
environmental organisations to take the world," Pavan Sukhdev, an
Indian economist and co-author of 'The Economics of Ecosystems and

and a totalitarian state is a matter of time.
With the
Government about to take shares in banks - and substantial shares at
that - the effect of the new socialism will be felt first of all by the
customers of those banks. Perhaps again there will be money to lend.
But the bank manager will have to lend in accordance with government
policy.

When the history books start to write of what has just happened in the
world financial markets, I hope plenty of space is reserved for that
cockeyed cowpuncher of capitalism, Mr All Hat and No Cattle himself,
Dallas Federal Reserve Board president Richard Fisher.
All
year long, Fisher has been warning that inflation was a bigger threat
to the world economy than recession and unemployment, a contention that
has now been proved spectacularly wrong. Up until very recently, he had
been advocating higher, not lower, short-term interest rates, a policy
recommendation that, had it been followed, and knowing what we know now
about just how weak the economy actually is, would have been
spectacularly harmful.
It was in September that Bernanke,
evidently hoping to get Fisher back into his flock and stop his
habitual dissents from the post-meeting Fed statements, agreed to the
interest rate hold, when a cut could have provided far more benefit
than the one we just saw.
Fisher joined in the majority with
Wednesday's cut, proving, once again, that the best way to make a
person see the light is to have him feel the heat. For many American
senior citizens who had hoped to be able to live out their golden years
gently drawing down their hard-earned stock wealth, these days they're
doing both, feeling the heat and seeing the light. The heat is from the
sizzling griddle at their new part-time job at a Florida McDonald's,
and the light is what they see flicking off when the next basket of
French fries in boiling oil is ready to be served.

saw when
they called me from Washington, D.C., to ask me how to fix the economy.
This
request focused my thoughts, or the lack of 'em, to such a fine point,
I gave my 14-inch Echo an edge it never had. Good enough for cutting
half a cord at least, to keep the wood stove going through October. I
love not paying the oil company a nickel. Except for the half-gallon of
gas and the chain oil, but I'm fixin' to make the thing run on plum
brandy. I've got a plum tree.
Ah, where were we?
The economy, yes: $700 billion is more than enough money to buy every
able-bodied American a chain saw, a solar-powered generator and a stake
in a communal well and windmill. Also, red dirt and plum trees. That
would probably only cost about $100 billion, and you can use the other
$600 billion to buy everybody their house outright.
Now
everybody can own their house and be green and self-sufficient, and can
go back to whatever they were doing before the world ended: watching
TV. Except for me. I was sharpening my chain saw.
So I go back
to it, and I see a line of refugees coming up the road to move in with
me. Oh my God, it's the '70s again. All my deadbeat friends — dead and
alive — are being chased out of their homes and heaven for not owing
any money. They are debt-free in a world that can't exist without
interest rates. The dead are especially egregious in this regard; you
can't squeeze even an extra penny out of them.
Oh, no, now that they are getting closer, I don't even think it's
people from the '70s: It's people ... from the future!
It's
worse than I thought: These are people independent from foreign oil,
carrying solar-powered chain saws, full of American ingenuity. After
the bailout, they owned their own homes, they didn't pay into a
corporate energy grid, and they didn't worry about food because they
grew it on the roof. They didn't drive, because they didn't have any
jobs to drive to, and every garage in America was the site of an
invention that was so darn beneficial nobody needed anything from the
store.
Without worries about money, without a job, and with
extra space in the garage to grow food and invent, these people forgot
about the stock market, stopped borrowing money, even forgot how to
shop — in short they stopped being American. These un-Americans got
their exercise raking the compost instead of circling the mall; they
home-schooled their children and were never again embarrassed that
their kids knew more than they did. Heck, they were in heaven, the
place where the pursuit of happiness leads to when you stop pursuing it.
Such
self-sufficiency made the economy grind to a halt, so the government
had to do something again: They called in the Army to chase everyone
out of their self-contained greenhouses.
And now they are coming up the road to my place because I'm a poet, and
I live in a compound defended by polygamist haikus.
"What did you do wrong?" I asked the first of the refugees to get over
the palisades.
"Nothing,"
he said. "We just got out of debt and stopped watching TV! So the urge
to buy things on credit disappeared. So they sent in the troops. First
thing they did was to put a 40-inch plasma TV in every room and fixed
it just so we couldn't turn it off. Just like in Orwell, only with much
sharper images. They are calling this the Second Bailout, or the Bail
Back In."
"At
least the Second Amendment is safe," I said. "Nobody took away your
guns, and the Founding Fathers didn't say anything about TV."
And with that, my chief haiku welcomed them thus:
make yourselves at home
you won't be bailed in or out again
you're safe in Second Life

American public, composed of both citizens and consumers, is under
attack on all fronts. This is being done by government directly,
indirectly, and across the board in every aspect of our lives. What
continues to go unnoticed is that the people of this country have the
constitutional and right to be represented within this "government"
that has become the blood-enemy of everyone that lives here. What the
cabal has failed to credit is that

intimidation, blatant lies and their misrepresentations about

These disfigurations to the Constitution were further massively expanded by the current, illegal US regime, and the purpose of the interregnum is to undo what the dark cabal has so egregiously wreaked. Our first actions are to redo the political system and prepare it to be the fair and impartial instrument as intended by the Constitution. Simultaneously, the present economic disaster needs to be untangled and replaced by new fiscal and currency instruments. The present decline of the dollar is a natural process foreordained by the dark, but also indicated in the plans of our Earth allies for replacing the dollar. During the latter part of World War II, the dollar gained a dominance that is only now beginning to decline. The dark wishes to replace it with a fiat currency based upon a broader union; namely, the North American Union. This is their long-sought way of ending the dream of America in this hemisphere. Our Earth allies are totally opposed to the tyranny that this union represents. The continued use of a highly manipulated fiat currency, which is what the dollar has become, is not this world's way to salvation. Rather, a return to a value-based currency is the bedrock of the new system, backed by vaults filled with gold bars and silver ingots. Helping to accumulate this wealth has been one of our tasks. These secret depositories are ready to come on line when this illegal US regime is ousted from office.
With the new currency system in hand, the next move is to issue global debt forgiveness. Debt forgiveness resets the global economic system and allows the new banking and currency system to start afresh. At present the world fractional banking system has virtually every nation and every citizen in some degree of debt. We need to switch to a hard currency system and use a new method to register debt, if any, in this system. The unprecedented aspect of all this is the amount of universal prosperity accompanying these changes: A veritable ocean of funds is waiting to be distributed, and all that is preventing the disbursement is the restrictive policies of the US regime. Once these restraints are removed, by legal methods we obviously cannot describe at this time, a spigot of enormous wealth can be opened. It is this wealth that transforms the limits of the present system and initiates a new fiscal realm for you ....
A plan
is underway that is surely loosening the grip of the dark upon this
world. After 13 millennia of control, what has been done in the past

OPERATION GAMBIT RUNNING AGAIN
Hello from Houston, and
welcome to October... 1929.
With all eyes on the stock markets, and people wondering why the banks
have chopped off credit as if they were all following the same
pre-designed game plan, few Americans are thinking about the Middle
East.
I've just updated our Project Central Page,
and also added a news feed from Citizens for Legitimate
Government.
I've depended on them for some time to ferret out good news stories
that I would otherwise miss. I've also updated our Nuclear Event
Alert
Status. It was dark for the last week or so as we reevaluated the
information on hand. It's now Orange. Why? Because,
we have firm
indications that Gambit, the false-flag operation that will trigger the
destruction of Iran, has been restarted.
Last time, Gambit included a captured Scud missile that had been
refurbished and topped with a small nuclear warhead. If the Navy
SEALS
who have been in charge of it ever launch this thing, it will be used
as evidence that Iran has initiated nuclear war and must be destroyed
immediately. There is also another nuke floating around that,
last we
heard of it, had been hidden in a car somewhere in Iraq. Can you
imagine? The world's first nuclear car bomb! Apparently
there is a
photo of the guys who put it together actually sitting on the
car.
Bush remarked on it in reversed speech. Apparently he thought it
was
creepy!
That information is now about six months out of date. We know the
false-flag operation is running again from RS that I will be putting up
on the site. What we don't know is the date of the operation, and
how
much the plans may have changed over the summer. The only clue is
that
the people on the ground have been told to hurry. So, while
Gambit
could start tomorrow or eight weeks from now, we'll leave the Alert
Status at orange. Red will be saved for the moment we get
information
about the date.
If you've been wondering about the astonishing power behind current
global economic events, I can tell you that what you are seeing is the
great Rothschild
banking monster flexing
its muscles and rearranging the world for even greater profits in the
future. This is something it has done before. And yes, if
you hadn't
guessed, Obama is the Rothschild candidate, and McCain is the Big Oil
candidate.
Of
course, the Rothschild's are said to own a lot of Big Oil so, as
always, the only thing a vote can change is the style of rhetoric we'll
get to listen to for the next four years.
