London, 27th August 2008: WE HAVE BEEN ASKED TO HOLD OFF DELIVERING TWO PLANNED KICKS IN THE PANTS The Editor has prepared two reports: (1) An explanation of what both the Clintons are up to
at the Denver Convention (IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY); and
(2) A detailed analysis of the endless evils perpetrated by the pan-German Nazi
strategic Continuum, Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst (DVD),
around the world, and especially in collaboration with the Bush++ Crime
Family and the German elements of the Central Intelligence Agency.
Both these reports have been adjudged to be MUCH TOO
HOT to be
publishable at the present hypercritical juncture, given developments
that we are aware of in the United States in connection with the long
overdue but finalising Settlements.
Contrary to the facile suggestions of some onlookers, we are not withholding reports in kneejerk fashion or in deference to mistaken assumptions concerning requests from the United States. We are doing so because we have been asked to hold back by parties of impeccable standing and in the overall interests of bringing ACT ONE of Die Meisterschwindlern, the hideous opera by Georg H. W. Busche, conducted by his son, and starring Prima Donna soprano Mme Hillaria Rodomski in the leading lady role, to an imminent conclusion. We expect the curtain to come down on Act One
THIS WEEK.
August
29th is the end of the 100 days allowed by decision of the Group of
Eight at the IMF Spring Meetings on 13th April 2008, which runs from
14th April to next Friday.
The 100 days were agreed as the period during which
recalcitrant
US banks must put their books in order for Basel-II purposes and
compliance.
Our original calculation of the 100 banking days was
correct.
It is disappointing that the foregoing kicks in the pants cannot be delivered immediately, as had been intended; but in the light of new developments, we have no sensible choice in the matter. The kicks in the pants are being held back at least until the curtain falls on Act One. Obviously, if any further reneging on undertakings takes place, they can be delivered without further ado. PUTIN'S RESPONSES TO NON-PAYMENT OF THE $87 BILLION HE DEMANDED AND IS OWED So we post herewith the 25th August updates added to the report of 19th August, with further data: As previously reported, GRU-Prime Minister Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin did not receive the $87 billion that he demanded must be placed in his bank account by Monday 18th August. The trail of exactly what happened next went tepid, if not cold: but in essence, the Soviet military, directed by the GRU (Glavnoye Razvedyvatelnoye Upravleniye, or Soviet Military Intelligence, a.k.a. the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the General Staff, the most effective military intelligence organisation in the world), .......... positioned forces strategically located so that the Georgian
segment of the pipeline can be seized at any time. Putin then let it be
known that payment would have to be completed by the close of business
EDT on Friday 22nd August,
or he reserved all his options.
Overnight, in the early hours of Saturday morning 23rd August 2008, a train carrying crude oil was bombed on the railway line running between Baku, Tbilisi, Gori and the port of Poti that has been extensively destroyed so that it has become useless for US purposes (which explains why the USS McFaul has been unloading so-called 'aid' deliveries into the southern port of Batumi, in the semi-autonomous Georgian province of Adjaria, which is still controlled by a tin-pot quasi-dictator). THE BOMBING OF THE CRUDE OIL TRAIN WAS PUTIN'S RESPONSE TO THE FACT THAT HIS EXTENDED DEADLINE OF FRIDAY EVENING EDT WAS IGNORED. He was then still holding back on his option of taking the Georgian segment of the pipeline, which clearly remained in the frame. EXCLUSION OF THESE REPORTS FROM THE CONTROLLED U.S. 'MAINSTREAM' MEDIA It is STILL the case that NO MENTION OF THE BOMBING OF THIS TRAIN HAD YET SURFACED IN THE U.S. 'MAINSTREAM' MEDIA AT THE TIME OF THIS NEW REPORT. By contrast, the whole of page 29 of The Times, London, of 25th August, was devoted to this matter, complete with a large and horrifying picture of the Azpetrol (Azerbaijani Petrol) train on fire, while the whole of the upper portion of page 13 of The Daily Telegraph (same date) was devoted to a like report with a similar graphic photograph. It can be taken as read that these photographs were distributed by 'authorities', since of course no Western photojournalist could possibly have known about this attack in advance, and in any case no access to the railway line would have been feasible. As soon as we heard about this attack (on Sunday morning), from a UK source, the Editor knew that the Settlements had not 'happened' by Friday evening. Furthermore, when discussing this matter on the transatlantic telephone on Sunday evening and Monday afternoon UK time, eavesdropping activity and interference with the calls was more than usually evident. We concluded that the intel cells operating inside all US
news
rooms were ordered to ensure that no reference to this attack appeared
in the US media. NOW WHY WOULD THIS BE?
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE EXCLUSION OF THE OIL TRAIN BOMBING FROM U.S. REPORTS The colour photographs of the burning petrol train were taken at the hight of the fireball event by one or more photographers who were standing inside the railway cutting on the railway line itself. Let's review this more carefully. • Question #1: How come press photographers were present on a railway line, which is heavily guarded, in the middle of the night/early morning of Saturday 23rd August? The only possible explanation must be that they were tipped off in advance, in the middle of the night. • Question #2: How come these photographs in the British press carried no provenance? Normally, such pictures are attributed, for instance, to Associated Press, Agence France-Presse, Reuters, or whatever. So, WHY NO PROVENANCE? In our Update of 25th August to the preceding report, we hinted at the possibility that this was a US or Georgian provocation (same thing) but then opted for the interim conclusion that it represented a further response by GRU-Prime Minister Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin to the non-payment of the $87 billion (his Reagan-Mitterrand Protocols $30 billion plus compound interest), first by Monday 18th August, and then by the Putin deadline of close of business
EDT on Friday 22nd August.
But in the light of the above unanswered questions, we can now see more clearly that this could have been US RETALIATION, which could be considered to serve the Bush White House's 'Black' agenda of 'Blackening' perceptions of Russia and Putin, especially in the light of a White House statement
dated 25th
August that the White House is now reviewing its entire relationship
with Russia from top to bottom.
We can translate this for you, too: WHAT THIS MEANS is that
the
entire corruption-driven 'Black Operations' nexus over which Bush Sr.
has presided ever since the early 1980s (not to mention earlier
dimensions thereof) is COLLAPSING and HAVING TO BE ROLLED UP.
As posted in a second Update on 25th August: 'The White House has announced (Monday) that it is now reviewing its entire relationship with Russia. In other words, the Bush-directed operation focusing on the USSR triggered after the death of Andropov has now collapsed, as the unravelling of the US Black Operations mounted
against the
Rest of the World in conformity with the DVD agenda, accelerates'.
COLLAPSE OF THE ENTIRE HISTORICAL U.S. INTEL 'BLACK OPERATIONS' PLATFORM? This is an indication of how momentous are the consequences of STANDING UP TO THESE EVIL TRAITORS TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, these crooks who have 'enronised' not only the United States itself, but many other countries, among which we would mention Japan, Ireland, Iceland, Spain and Argentina, as well as the 'former' Soviet Union. GEORGIANS DRIVE 5 HUMMERS LADEN WITH U.S. WEAPONRY AND DATA INTO POTI And it looks as though the US intermeddlers in other countries' affairs have 'lost it' in the present context, in other ways, too. For example:
A report from Moscow dated 21st August (bylined: Nikolay Barsegov) stated that an elite group of Georgian SPECIAL FORCES drove into Poti, which is fully controlled by Russian troops who have established a defensive ring in the countryside right around the port, in five US military Hummers.
The vehicles carried explosives, firearms and top-secret satellite technology. The incoming trucks were spotted by satellite, backed by HUMINT reports from local Georgians. A very senior Russian General told the author of this report, provenanced in Moscow, that 'we knew there was a lot of negligence going on in the Georgian army, but not to this degree'. As a consequence of this breach, it is speculated that NATO may have to re-encode their entire military and space coordinates, which will be time-consuming and expensive. This operation was clearly a covert attack, and has left the Americans, we understand, in a prospectively perilous situation. No wonder President Bush has suddenly invoked the
services of his
Vice President Richard B. Cheney, who, the Associated Press reported on
26th August,
is being despatched to Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine
and Italy, to patch up the mess that he and his boss have created.
Why italy? Ask the Pope. OIL TANKER SINKS IN THE BLACK SEA SATURDAY A Georgian (supposedly) oil tanker sank in the Black Sea on Saturday, we reported on the 25th. The cover story was that it sank in a violent storm. However we understand that there was no violent storm in the Black Sea yesterday. This grim event should therefore be seen as a further response by Putin and the GRU, following on from the blowing up of the oil train early Saturday morning in the above context of non-payment of the $87 billion due to him. HOWEVER... (1) It is not in Moscow's interest to have international relations in such turmoil during the run-up to the obscene parody of democracy labelled the US Presidential election, LEST the great American people vote for Mr Cain,
who is Bush III and would be EVEN MORE DANGEROUS.
Yes, Okay, the ballots will again be rigged by fiddling with the Diebold hardware and software, as previously. But this can only 'deliver' provided we have a nice 'neck-and-neck' situation which the opinion pollsters have obligingly orchestrated. See the comments about the opinion polls below. (2) As indicated in outline above, we expect that the curtain may be brought down on Act One of the long-running, tiresome opera entitled Die Meisterschwindlern THIS WEEK. Accordingly:
(3) We anticipate that the international stand-off and tension may unwind to some extent over the next few weeks, in good time for US electors to have forgotten all about Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, who only got overtired of waiting for the US arch-criminalists to meet their grossly overdue financial obligations, that's all. ignore the MONEY DIMENSION are unreliable, and basically a waste of

END NOTE: A WORD ABOUT THE PURPOSE OF OPINION POLLS You will be aware, or should be, that opinion polling is used by the 'controllers' for two devious purposes: first, to gauge which way the wind is blowing and what ordinary people are thinking, in order to guide strategic and tactical decision-making; and secondly, to plant perceptions into the public domain,
usually
by means of asking loaded questions, or the wrong questions, and then
publicising the answers to those wrong questions, which are the answers
the pollsters require.
These functions were fulfilled on 25th August when a CNN/Gallup poll revealed that ordinary US voters are not in the slightest interested in the issues exposed, for instance, on this website; for although reports of the results of this opinion poll,
taken by
Mr Frank Luntz, a 'leading US pollster', carefully omitted to state how
many people were interviewed,
the reports asserted as follows:
• Just 17 people identifed their primary concern as 'ending wasteful Washington spending and balancing the Federal budget'. If, instead of this bromide, the pertinent question had been asked, the responses might have been less to the liking of the manipulators of public perceptions. The correct approach would have been to identify 'relentless and open-ended financial fraud and criminality by the holders of the highest offices in both US political parties' as a 'concern' which interviewees could be invited to select in response to the questionnaire. • An objective, honest pollster would have included such an option. • However the phrase 'objective, honest pollster' is a contradiction in terms. The point here is, these crass polling operations are exercises in the cynical manipulation of public perceptions. Certain criminalist operatives received confirmation that their old corruption would be unlikely to surface at the Convention, which would be all that mattered from their
perspective.

It would be illogical for
the
United States to have been compelled by the international community,
with the assistance of powerful forces within the United States itself
that have been seeking the restoration of the Rule of Law, to adopt the

First, a caveat: Christopher Story is the Operations
Manager at the Royal Society of Arts in London, and the
author of some very interesting books.
He is
strongly aligned to the House of Windsor, aka “The Queen,” whose real
name is Mountbatten and who is really

Granted Mr. Story has to be in her camp given his position,

please understand that it necessitates that he put a pro-Queen “spin”

money FOR? Power and control, of course, and you can call it what you

It’s all dictatorship to the thinking person. A wise man

Both the Bush and the Clinton families and their cronies are
neck
deep in this corruption; in fact you can see how well the so-called
“Global Financial Settlements” (aka, repatriation and repayments of
stolen monies) are proceeding by how well or how poorly Clinton’s
campaign appears to fare in the mainstream media. The Clintons are
intelligence operatives for a criminal cabal headed up by one George
Scherff, aka George Herbert Walker Bush, uber - Nazi/CIA agent.
No, really: The entire Bush and Kissinger families are German Nazis who’ve been in charge of a black operation based

The DVD now controls the Nazi-styled European Union

After World War II the Nazis cozied up with their
“frienemies” in
Communism, joining intel forces in order to take down the West. For
serious: This long-term attempt at a post-WWII socialist coup is a big
part of the disclosure operations going on in Washington D.C. as you
read this.
Since the “Fourth Estate” (mainstream media) has been fully
complicit for decades you’ll never see any television coverage of these
disclosures beyond the occasional lurid sex scandal. According to Mr. Story:
Anyhoo, back to the money, since money is all that matters
at the
most lofty places. The Bush-Clinton cabal’s illegal offshore
shenanigans went on for years with impunity, financing untold numbers
of black ops until more powerful interests (the Queen, the Vatican, the
Chinese Government, etc.) got burned. Now that we have a global economy
(for better or for worse) nothing exists in a vaccuum anymore. This was
the point at which several well-heeled international feet were put
down, which more or less brings us where we are today.
The Group of Seven (G-7) financial powers (G-8 minus the US)
recently insisted the Bush-Clinton cabal halt it’s hijacking of the
global financial economy. The provisions of Basel II and the Financial
Stability Forum (FSF) play into this drama in a big way, but the
Hedonistic Pleasureseeker is too lazy to figure out exactly how, beyond
the obvious:
1) Financial crime is bad; and 2) Oversight is thought necessary to prevent such crimes in the future. (...)
Which brings up all sorts of sovereignty questions in the
mind
of this gentle patriot; i.e., at what point is it appropriate for
Global interests to intervene in the activities of sovereigns, even if
said interests are criminal? Is a top-down “Command and Control”
approach really the answer? What Would Ron Paul Do? (WWRPD?) A deep
yearning for a kind of frontier justice is understandable, but likely
to backfire, as evil always has the upper hand in the realms of the
lawless. No: Ron Paul would probably opine that lawsuits are in order,
in accordance with whatever International laws are set up to manage
legal difficulties between sovereigns.
Appeal to a newly established Global Overlording Dictator
(GOD)
entity would be counterproductive in the long run, as it would not take
long for said GOD to turn into a God-damned world nightmare.
Unsurprisingly, factions within the Western and Eastern
intelligence agencies haven’t been getting along too well as of late.
The “Suicide Flu” has struck the ranks and agents are dropping like
flies. High level assassination attempts appear to have hit a body
double or two but not the “real” intended targets, although the Henry
Paulson situation does make one wonder: There appear to be several
versions of Paulson slime making photo ops on behalf of the U.S.
Treasury.
“The final official act of any government is to loot the treasury.”What does this all mean to the American consumer and
taxpayer?
Hold on to your wallets: The now cash-poor Bush-Clinton cabal still has
the ability to manipulate the price of oil, so it will artificially
jack up the price of gas to refill their coffers. That’s right: Forget
supply in demand; we could all sit on our arses all summer and prices
would still go up. Our paltry $300 “Stimulus Checks” will probably be
hailed as the “shot in the arm” that turns our economy around, but only
stupid people who can’t do math will believe it. If our economy “turns
itself around” it will happen because the Global Financial Settlements
FINALLY TOOK PLACE after (literally) years of Bush-Clinton cabal
stalling.
In the mean time the Federal Reserve Bank continues to pull
money
out of it’s collective ass to pay for all sorts of underhanded and
un-Constitutional activities, so inflation during the next year or so
is going to be insane, further adding to the high prices for oil and
gas. High prices at the pump and at the grocery store, and a possible
tail-wags-dog diversionary war in the Middle East necessitating a
draft. Who in your family is of draft age? Daughters will not be exempt
this time around; women have finally earned the right to become cannon
fodder for elite corporate interests. We’ve come a long way, baby.
As for the long term consequences? What of the state of the
Union
overall? It all depends on whether the American People will finally
WAKE THE FUCK UP and do something about the criminals sliming the
corridors of power in Washington D.C., because:
1. They’ve known about this high level corruption for years, and 2. They’ve done nothing about it. In fact most have profited mightily from it.
A “vote the bastards out” approach to politics will only work if we get rid of the Diebold voting machines thoroughly vett our candidates, because sometimes even the so-called “new blood” (cough-Obama-cough) has it’s campaigns financed and managed by rival factions of Bad Guys. There is no easy way to do this, guys and gals: We’ve GOT to light fires under our behinds and get politically involved if we want an America that is By the People, For the People. It was our sloppy laziness that allowed this collectivist Evil to run amok in the first place. Shame on us!
Perhaps our dictator wannabes would be wise to heed the lessons of the French Revolution. We might want to use these guillotines against THEM before they use them against us! A bill has been introduced in Georgia to allow guillotines to be used to implement the death penalty . Why guillotines? So that prisoner organs may be harvested for use by whoever needs and can afford them, that’s why. This brings the term “prison industry” to a whole creepy new level, doesn’t it? Oh, and I see that some would also like to see that these executions are televised (Remind me never to move to Georgia!).
I don’t know what else to suggest, as I am nobody important,
able to do little about our fate except my patriotic duty to exercise
my free speech rights and make informed political choices. Besides,
when I made a move to join the City of Heroes until it occurred to me
that I wasn’t wearing any pants. Obviously, I am out of ideas. You?

The packs are now out of
the court and on the move for delivery tomorrow. WE are requested not to say "who done it".
Today's earlier report went to
each of the 180++ member nations of INTERPOL. The reaction was
immediate and violent.
Those who question today's
earlier report have no clue what goes on day after day.
By late afternoon the
Intel reported
earlier had been confirmed by sources around the world including who
was doing what to overcome INTERPOL'S sabotage and the coming
consequences for those involved. One major European source commented
"Is there anything, anything at all you guys can not find out
about"? He then confirmed the intell as have several other
sources this
afternoon.
WE often know what is going on
well before the biggest Trustee's in the U.S. and the World. HOW?
Because we watch the packs.
Most member nations are now
demanding a
top to bottom reorganization of INTERPOL due today's problem with many
member nations demanding the immediate dissolution of the entire
totally corrupt U.S. controlled organization.
This "problem" was known early
this
morning and a full day of activity on a world scale has overcome the
problem and still some messengers don't yet know about the problem much
less the solution.

The over night reaction to
yesterdays
updates originating from the usual group of Gordon Emmert, Mark
Swanson, Alan Babin, Chuck Siebert and, on occasion, "Poof"
is another demonstration of
the blind
leading the blind. Their "sources" are each other. Of this group only
Poof has any idea what is going on in the world as he has a good
understanding of the big picture even though his understandings reflect
a European perspective while the problems for the last two or more
years are of U.S./BUSH origin.
The others couldn't pour p__s out
of a boot if they cooperated in the endeavor.
WE learned early on there will
always
be people like these. Unable to determine what is going on from their
"sources" they sit in the stands and throw tomatoes at those who spend
thousands of dollars monthly to get at and report the truth to you
without cost. Fortunately the vast majority of you appreciate what WE
do
and your hundreds of "thank
yous'" have been acknowledged by us on Fourwinds. Thank you again.

WE push hard to tell things considered top secret sometimes getting a
yes and sometimes a big fat NO. The reason for a "no" is that
everyone, including US, are doing all possible to help get the
deliveries done. Sometimes, such as yesterday, exposure is in OUR best
interest and sometimes silence is required. Most times WE follow our
guidance, sometimes WE don't.
In addition to yesterday's
accurate
information there is more we could not report for the sake of getting
the deal done. Overnight the Queen has demanded that MI6 also be
dissolved along with INTERPOL and also the lifting of Executive
Orders
placed upon the carriers by the President. NOBLE and a dozen others at
INTERPOL have been arrested. There
is more we cannot report at this time.

request for his silence is a further reflection of the
sensitivity of
behind the scenes maneuvering.

Friends, there is a difference
between
ignorance and stupidity. There is nothing wrong with ignorance unless
it is willful. Stupid is as stupid does. Those who know nothing and
apparently have no source other than each other have again put
their
stupidity on display for the world to see.
What's worse, they appear proud
of their stupidity.
OUR Intel may be single sourced
when an
urgent need arises as it did yesterday but for the most part it is
confirmed three or four different ways before it is posted. By last
evening all important sources knew what had happened.
How is it that all our
important
sources know or learn quickly the latest tricks of BUSH & CO.? It
is because they are highly placed in many countries, are on "our" side
and work at it night and day as do we. Thank goodness we are at the end
of this long and winding road, and your need to discern truth from
ignorance from stupidity is ending.
Those mentioned above walk

cow pasture stepping in and spreading each others s__t and even
after
the passage of a full day and a night and another half day
they still have not caught up with Intel now 36 hours old and
counting.

June 17, 2008 Dr. David Nabarro, UN Influenza Coordinator,
welcomes a donation of 60 million doses of H5N1 Avian Flu vaccine by
Sanofi-Pasteur. This adds to the stockpile of a previous donation of 30
million doses by GlaxoSmithKline Dr. Nabarro said that good progress
had been made but Avian Flu could still kill as many of 150 million
people. Avian Flu still entrenched in Viet Nam, Bangladesh, India,
Egypt and India [sic] says Dr. Nabarro. Outbreaks recorded in 60 more
countries according to US Influenza Coordinator. But the people who
make vaccines are ethical and look out for our best interests don't
they? The cold, hard fact is that vaccine makers are neither ethical
nor concerned with health and longevity of their recipients.
Remember: vaccination remains an un-insurable risk: no
parent,
physician or pharmaceutical company can buy insurance against vaccine
induced harm. The insurance industry refuses to accept the risk. That's
why Congress created the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that is
funded by a special tax added to the cost of each vaccine shot: we pay
to protect pharmaceutical company profits.
Vaccines can be used for a great deal more than just for
what it
says on the label. After all, faced with a syringe of fluid, who is to
say exactly what is in there and what the intended, or unintended
outcomes of being injected will be?
Shielded by the FDA, vaccine (and drug) manufacturers are
immune
from prosecution for wrong doing and continue to do wrong with
