  'Ghis, previously known under the name of Ghislaine Lanctôt, was arrested at 1:30pm, on April 3rd, 2008 by two members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Her arrest followed a warrant for arrest ordered on March 3rd, 2008 against LANCTÔT, GHISLAINE, a corporation created by the government and owned by it, for omission to present “herself” at the Granby Quebec Court.'

Ghis is presently held at the Intensive Care Unit for Legal Psychiatry in Sherbrooke’s Hotel-Dieu Hospital. Her next court hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 7th, at 2pm, at the Granby Court.

Arrestation de Guylaine Lanctôt. "Une ordonnance d'évaluation psychiatrique a été demandée par la juge en cause, hier, le 3 avril , à la cour de Granby, Québec. Ghis est présentement détenue à l'Unité des soins intensifs de psychiatrie légale de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Sherbrooke. Elle doit repasser devant la cour de Granby lundi, le 7 avril prochain, à 14 heures."
 Ce ne sont pas de très bonnes nouvelles en ce qui concerne les dissidents ou résistants du Système. Une nouvelle maladie mentale a été rajoutée au DMS de la psychiatrie aux E-U. "La conspirationite du complot" a été classée comme étant une psychose/névrose/paranoïaque/mégalomanie et doit être soignée avec ou sans le consentement du patient. C'est bien, non ?
 Par contre tout dissident ou résistant en temps de l'imposition de la Loi Martiale, qui nous guette d'un mois à l'autre, sera considéré comme terroriste. Bonjour le waterboarding ! C'est autorisé comme torture par Bush lui-même.

Warrant for arrest issued against Ghislaine Lanctôt for failure to produce income tax reports for Revenue Canada.
On March 3rd, 2008, a warrant for arrest was issued because for failure to appear in court, despite a mistaken identity.

On July 16th, 2007, Judge Marie-Josée Ménard ordered a trial at the same court, to be held on September 6th, 2007.
On September 6th, 2007, the legal entity LANCTOT, Ghislaine, was sentenced on all charges, by Judge Menard, and asked to pay a 1000$ fine for each charge, for a total of 7000$. An order was also issued to produce seven income tax statements within 30 days.
On January 30th, 2008, new charges were laid against the legal entity LANCOT, Ghislaine, for not having produced the income tax statements within 30 days. The appearance was set for March 3rd, 2008, at the Granby Court of Justice (Summons No. 460 73-000190-085). Me Serge Champoux, attorney, was still acting for Canada Revenue Agency.

On March 3rd, 2008, given the absence of the former representative for the Ghislaine LANCTOT Corporation, a warrant for arrest was ordered against this corporation for failure to appear.
HOWEVER, NO RELATIONSHIP PRESENTLY EXISTS BETWEEN THE LANCTOT, GHISLAINE CORPORATION AND THE HUMAN BEING, WITH A BODY, A SOUL AND A SPIRIT.
