Some anonymous (as usual) blogger has just asked the incredibly dated questions: 'How did Leo Wanta earn this money: where did it come from?' We are staggered that a website that wants to be taken seriously can post such stuff.

The money was accumulated in accordance with instructions given directly to Leo Wanta by President Reagan and confirmed by three Executive Orders, to wage decisive financial warfare against the Soviet Union, which was done in collaboration with Putin and Gorbachev, both of whom received large 'facility payments'.

The funds were parked in numerous bank accounts of corporations established all over the world by Leo Emil Wanta, the highest-level taskmaster (as he reminded the Editor by telephone on 6th March 2008), FOR EARLY REPATRIATION UNDER INSTRUCTIONS TO THE U.S. TREASURY, AND TAXATION.

Those who ask such dated questions have not seen this documentation, which is accessible all over the world and in many US libraries. People who assert alternative claims to the same funds are deluded, although it may not always be their fault given the scamming that has been going on, and have simply failed to take on board the background data about the Bush-Clinton orchestrated theft of the original $27.5 trillion and the duplication thereof orchestrated by Bush Sr.-Greenspan, whereby about the same amount was raised from 200+ international banks at 7.5% per annum over a 20-year period expiring in 2012, at a deep discount.

Greenspan designed for Bush Sr. a mechanism which we refer to as the 'Never-Pay' model, the intention of which is to ensure that no-one gets paid, ever.

As a direct consequence of this Editor's private intervention in July 2005, when he paid $35,000 of his own money to finance the extraction of Leo Emil Wanta from his unlawful probation (the funds ostensibly went to pay Court-ordered 'Restitution'), the Wisconsin Department of Corrections took action to obtain his Absolute Discharge effective 14th November 2005, compared with the intended discharge date of 28th November 2010. He therefore 'ceased to be dead' contrary to the CIA lie that he was dead. When this lie about Wanta collapsed, so did all the associated Wanta-focused lies.

Faced with this state of affairs, the two-faced kleptocracy inside the intelligence community worked out a 'compromise' arrangement with Leo Wanta whereby he would be paid $4.5 trillion, on which he would pay tax of 35% ($1.575 trillion) which should have been paid to the US Treasury in June 2006, thereby transforming the finances of the United States. However the criminal operative Henry M. Paulson Jr. hijacked the funds which were then used to finance further open-ended fraudulent finance operations in addition to the existing stolen funds being used for that purpose. Payment of the $4.3 trillion to Leo Wanta 'releases' his claim on the residual $23.0 trillion Wanta funds and the hundreds of trillions generated from them, enabling the payments to other payees to be made.

However the criminal operatives, masterminded by Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst, Dachau, are hell-bent on preventing the payout, and are stopping it 'as we speak'. They prefer to go over the cliff, so that when they have destroyed the dollar, the banks and everything else, they can pick up assets for single-digit cents on the dollar, or less: THE CLASSIC FASCIST MODUS OPERANDI.

THIS IS HAPPENING TODAY, 7TH MARCH 2008, THE DATE WHEN PAYOUTS SHOULD OCCUR.

Thus on Wednesday 5th March, a dummy run of all the payments went perfectly: on Thursday 6th March, the payout process was stopped yet again by Bush Jr. (43). This was associated with the default of Carlyle Capital Corp (CCC), which had leveraged itself not 32:1 as inaccurately stated in media reports, but at least double that proportion. The highest-level criminals tried to kill the Bank of England and have been seeking to force The Queen to leverage her gold, which the US crooks, assisted by Blair, stole from her last year as exclusively reported on this website.

Against a background of escalating ecological crises, and the fact that large parts of the world´s population are being exposed to extreme poverty, inhuman working conditions and increasing social tensions, the annual global military expenditure has risen to more than 1000 billion dollars.

The military-industrial complex of just a few G8 countries is responsible for the overwhelming part of this spending, causing incalcuable social and ecological consequences.

Unequal distribution of global resources, increasingly controlled by large multinational companies, global debt policy and unfair international trading practices ultimately could not be maintained without military security. In many countries the military is used to repress critical opposition.

The terror attacks of September 11, 2001 are increasingly used to justify systematic surveillance and the dismantling of constitutional rights. Even European countries have helped to establish Guantanomo-like secret prisons, where torture in all probability takes place.

Iraq was attacked based on falsified evidence causing the death of hundreds of thousands of people, widespread destruction, destabilization and contamination with cancer-causing depleted uranium munitions.

Now plans to attack Iran and the possibility of a new World War have been made public, meeting resistance even from moderate elements within the military due to the unforeseeable consequences.

Faced with the choice between a war, that according to some western leaders, will last for many years or a possible peaceful transformation we support the following demands:

1) Impeachment proceedings against US President Bush and US Vice President Cheney before the 2008 election, a demand raised in solidarity with large parts of the US public and some members of US Congress. Furthermore prosecution by the International Court of Justice of G. W. Bush, R. Cheney and other officials from various countries for waging wars of aggression contrary to international law and committing crimes against humanity.

2) International investigation of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. They are used as the central justification for the "War on Terror", but well documented evidence shows that the official explanation of 9/11 cannot be correct. International personalities in science, politics, and culture, including high-ranking military veterans, have called for a new investigation.

3) Immediate military withdrawal from Afghanistan and Iraq, and no attack against Iran. International prohibition of war as a means of conflict resolution. Military intervention and export of weapons should be criminalized.

In a civilized society torture must be prohibited in any form.

4) Conversion of military industries to civilian purposes and the development of ecological and sustainable energy resources. According to the UN environmental agency, a fraction of the annual global defence expenditure could ensure that all humans have access to clean water and a basic supply of food and healthcare.

This statement is based on a commitment to non-violence and tolerance of all ethnic groups and religions. Two devastating World Wars and historical catastrophes like the Nazi Holocaust must always remind us of the worst consequences of nationalism, racism and incitement to war.

Canada 'human rights' investigator to be re-questioned over covert Internet postings

'Dean Steacy, one of the staff who will be compelled to answer questions on March 25th, has previously admitted to creating Internet pseudonyms to infiltrate websites the commission was hunting (something Richard Warman has admitted to doing as well after, uh, first not admitting to it). But instead of preparing some hermetically-sealed, written answers to Lemire's questions, as Steacy has been able to do in the past, he must now take the stand and answer questions live, under oath, from Lemire's lawyer. It will be fascinating to watch.

Remember, Steacy was the commission staffer who once exclaimed that freedom of speech -- which just happens to be section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights -- "is an American concept, so I don't give it any value." Watching Lemire's lawyer cross-examine him might be worth flying all the way to Ottawa.'

Profitant du passage à la mairie d’un nouveau maire de ville Régis Labeaume, ancien homme d’affaires et visiblement incapable de prendre une décision autre que celles reposant sur le pouvoir de l’argent, R. Porter menace de la perte d’investissement, de risque de condos, de perte de visibilité de Québec, de perte de grandeur.

Il considère comme ridicule la possibilité de conserver le vétuste monastère, qui n’a aucune valeur, négligé depuis la dernière décennie. Il considère la consultation publique comme ridicule et même, tout autre possibilité, quelle qu’elle soit ou pourrait être, comme totalement ridicule.

S’il est difficile de lui reprocher son mauvais pli d’universitaire de carrière de vouloir « culturer » le monde autour, il faudra comprendre les raisons de cette absolue ferveur ou encore l’attacher avant qu’il ne chie partout, victime de sa crise de mégalomanie.

Bien au-delà de la pyramide que Porter est à se construire, cette maladie de faire disparaître les vieux bâtiments, n’est pas une maladie. Ce que Porter et ses maîtres veulent, c’est le terrain.

Le Monastère Dominicain de la Grande-Allée possède une valeur très importante dans laquelle s’entremêle étroitement les bâtiments et la localisation dans ce que j’ai appelé « Les Fondations de Ville ».

Dans les fondations de Québec, ces bâtiments occupent les yards 1950-2000 en partant du monastère des Ursulines et sont les derniers liens assurant la « santé » de l’ouest de la ville de Québec.

Aux conseillers de la Ville de Québec : Allez au-delà de l’argent et de ce Walt-Disney pompeux. Les intérêts en jeux sont d’un tout autre ordre et une telle décision possédera des conséquences très néfastes pour le futur de la ville de Québec.

HRC: We have to approach minorities with caution. We cannot appear to be picking on them or singling them out for punishment. I suggest we fist [sic] use records to confiscate all legally registered weapons from white citizens to show the inner city residents that the white population will be disarmed before any minorities are. Keep in mind that of the fifty-odd deaths in the Los Angeles riots, most were caused by Korean shop owners defending their property. These Koreans should merit special attention in the initial roundup.

Regarding living wills and the Health Act:

HRC: . . . Simply unplugging a dying person is the easiest and most economical way. These people are not ever going to recover, so why spend hundreds of thousands of dollars per case on them?
