Reference: Remember folks, in the year 2004 Lisa Myers of NBC News received a video from Canadian Member of Parliament Belinda Stronach that showed then Governor Howard Dean at a conference in Toronto , Canada discussing the irrelevance of having an Iowa caucus.

This five-year old video was used to smear then Democratic presidential candidate Governor Dean just before the Iowa caucus and push forward the candidacy of Bush's 3rd cousin and year 2004 patsy, John "Skull and Bones" Kerry Cohen.
